Florida Flips gymnast Bianca Sigua won four gold medals and netted All-American honors at the 2018 AAU Florida State Girls Gymnastics Championships at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach earlier this month.

Held April 14-15, the Flips’ Level 6 and Level 8 teams took first, but it was the performances of three individuals that stole the show. Sigua, competing in the Level 8, Group 3 competition, finished first in the uneven bars, balance beam, floor and all-around, netting her All-American honors.

Skylar Maxwell finished first in the uneven bars, balance beam and all-around in the Level 8, Group 2 competition. Hannah Johns finished second on the balance beam.

Julia Sigua was the top finisher among Flips in the Level 7 division. Competing in Group 1, Julia Sigua finished first on the balance beam and in the all-around. Ali Gerard finished first on the balance beam in Group 4.

Ge’Niya Lewter finished second on the uneven bars in Group 2, while Layla Unzueta did the same in Group 5.
