Administrative Assistant

John Knox Village is looking for a self-motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant on a Full-Time basis, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, good at multi-tasking and has excellent customer service skills to serve the residents and guests of John Knox Village.

This is a dynamic position involving a variety of different areas. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide extraordinary service to everyone supported by this position. Additionally, this position will be responsible for generating and tracking work orders, invoice and inventory.

We want to speak with individuals who have 3+ years of administrative experience, along with demonstrated project management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Additionally, Smart Sheet and an aptitude to learn other software programs needed. Notary Public preferred.
