AHCA Maintenance Coordinator
John Knox Village is looking for a self-motivated, experienced and knowledgeable AHCA Maintenance Coordinator for a Full-Time position, M-F 7:00am-3:00pm. This is an exciting and dynamic position, providing campus wide safety and disaster management to the John Knox Village community
Some of your daily activities will include completing preventative maintenance tasks within the documented timeline, which also includes initiating work orders, completing projects and maintaining records. You will also be overseeing the maintenance department, putting together staff schedules, overseeing work that has been completed and conducting employee training. Renovations and improvements will be planned out and budgeted, along with inventory and ordering. This position offers a wide variety of problem solving and management for a self- motivated individual!
We would love to talk to someone who has 5+ year’s experience in a management maintenance position, preferably in a healthcare facility. Knowledge of AHCA regulatory issues, extreme organizational skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance is required.
