I bought some live sugar from them that was on sale and went home to try it. I opened it up and first off it looked bad. I have been smoking sugar for over 4 years and never had an issue. The sugar won't smoke right and the texture is just absolutely wrong. I pissed away 25 dollars on this and went to return it after only using 1 hit from it and they REFUSED to even exchange it for anything. They kept telling me I had to buy more and they would discount the new sale. I will never go back to MUV as they don't stand behind their products and TRULIEVE Would NEVER give me an issue with this. I have spent over 5k on live sugar over the years and not once did I ever have an issue. Never once have I returned a live sugar so this says a lot about how bad the problem was.

Beautiful store front... 8 registers? Definitely have a positive outlook on expected turnout. I've never been to any dispensary where there were even over 5 people there at one time. I guess if you have the space do it BIG! Other than that, renowned product quality and decent customer service, but I wasn't asking a ton of questions either. Prices a lil bit on the high side for flower and carts. Other concentrates good prices for the larger quantities. (1g+).

Terrible quality in concentrate texture and on two occasions. Addressed after my second bad experience with their consumer relations who reached out to the store and hasn't responded in 48+ hours. I was only seeking a store credit for amount spent on bad product, nothing more. There was zero priority to resolve this small concern at the store level and I will now be MUVing on from MUV...7/20/24 I was contacted and my request was a $30 store credit for bad quality product. Only 30% off next visit was offered. Wouldn't you just immediately honor a request like that for the sake of customer appreciation? I wouldnt want to measure MUV's future losses if this is common practice of customer service for their continuous clientele. I have no desire to return to MUV for any reason going forward.

He was completely rude and disrespectful talking down to Nicole when she asked him about a mistake in my order. She did not deserve to be treated that way at all and even through the situation she protected her energy and was kind. I spent a good amount of time on the muv website picking out which pain relief products that would help me. I placed the order and picked a specific day for delivery. I get a text saying my order would be delivered at an acceptable time. I then get a text cancelling my order because that is not correct. I went into the chat where the agent was not helpful. In the terms and conditions it says delivery can be 24-48 hours but yes the website lets you pick a day. I have no problems spending my money at another business.

The quality of care you receive from every single employee is incredible! They all make you feel welcome. Which is tough to find and I appreciate it. It is most of the reason I will continue to return. The medicine you receive is always consistent and high quality as well.There are two guys who work there, who have more knowledge about all of the different strains of cannabis, than most I have met. It was really nice to have someone who knows what I wanted when I would describe what I was looking for. Recently I have not seen them in the store and I am hoping nothing happened. Even when I had to put my dog down recently, he went out of his way to remember and even make a note, or mention to another employee to ask how I was, when I arrived at the store the following visit. I will ask their names next time I visit and edit them in to this review.I encourage anyone looking for a quality medicine dispensary to visit any MÜV. I have been to the Pensacola, Bonita Springs and my home Boynton Beach stores and EVERYTHING is always consistent.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV

I bought some live sugar from them that was on sale and went home to try it. I opened it up and first off it looked bad. I have been smoking sugar for over 4 years and never had an issue. The sugar won't smoke right and the texture is just absolutely wrong. I pissed away 25 dollars on this and went to return it after only using 1 hit from it and they REFUSED to even exchange it for anything. They kept telling me I had to buy more and they would discount the new sale. I will never go back to MUV as they don't stand behind their products and TRULIEVE Would NEVER give me an issue with this. I have spent over 5k on live sugar over the years and not once did I ever have an issue. Never once have I returned a live sugar so this says a lot about how bad the problem was.

Terrible quality in concentrate texture and on two occasions. Addressed after my second bad experience with their consumer relations who reached out to the store and hasn't responded in 48+ hours. I was only seeking a store credit for amount spent on bad product, nothing more. There was zero priority to resolve this small concern at the store level and I will now be MUVing on from MUV...7/20/24 I was contacted and my request was a $30 store credit for bad quality product. Only 30% off next visit was offered. Wouldn't you just immediately honor a request like that for the sake of customer appreciation? I wouldnt want to measure MUV's future losses if this is common practice of customer service for their continuous clientele. I have no desire to return to MUV for any reason going forward.

I spent a good amount of time on the muv website picking out which pain relief products that would help me. I placed the order and picked a specific day for delivery. I get a text saying my order would be delivered at an acceptable time. I then get a text cancelling my order because that is not correct. I went into the chat where the agent was not helpful. In the terms and conditions it says delivery can be 24-48 hours but yes the website lets you pick a day. I have no problems spending my money at another business.

Wow what a mind blowing place. This place looks like it was beamed from the future. When you first step inside you smell the sweet scent of high quality marijuana. The staff is goes out their way to be helpful, recommend products, answer questions/concerns & most important they listen. There's lots of choices offered flower, vapor, concentrates, edibles, transdermals & patches. I even saw thc inhalers offered, 👏 😮 wow! The interior looks so professional. It's definitely one of the best dispensary I've ever visited.

I’m really happy to have MUV open in Boynton Beach. I had been to another dispensary in Boynton and had a bad experience there. The dispensary that I really liked was MUV in Wellington but that was too far away. Luckily, here MUV is in Boynton! The staff are all friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and sooooo patient! I’ve felt with Jack, Will, and the assistant manager Jake. All have exceeded my expectations!

RSO syringe defective packaging...cracked on dispensing cutting two of my fingers..however the rso is very good. Its just packaging that needs rework.Oh, they called me, replaced product and gave me 15% off my order...so I changed my rating. They need to ditch those syringes. Also, guess I am unlucky a vape cracked on me returned and they replaced. They have great customer service.....this was the Palm Beach Store.
