The $10 promotion to download their app is a scam. I tried to redeem the $10 and I was told that you also have to allow push notifications for the app (how apps get the info off your phone) to qualify. It does not say that anywhere on the promotion but they would not honor it. There are too many other dispensers around for MÜV to do this. You lost me off principle.

They honor veterans with a discount, so that is great. The shop is incredibly clean, with great esthetics. No wait, very professional gentleman at the front, he was cool. The store has a well-trained staff who is very helpful in matching their products with the specific needs of the client. I am not a "pot expert" by any means and rely on the staff to make specific recommendations to meet my specific needs. I had cancer and was having difficulty both eating and sleeping. Their recommendations helped me get through a very difficult period in my life. I'm pleased to say that I am now cancer free so I no longer use their products but recommend that people in a similar situation may want to give them a try.

It was my first time visiting a MUV dispensary and it was amazing! When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk greeted me and told me that there computer system had been acting up all day and that the wait time could be really long. But I no problem with that and pleased that she informed me about it. After waiting for a little bit the manager Holly came out and told all the patients that the computers were still being slow and was sincerely sorry! She also offered anyone who wanted to leave and couldn’t wait, a 30% off coupon for the next time you come. That was very kind of her and shows how much she cares. I decided to wait a little longer and not even 5 minutes later I was greeted by Nancy, ready to help me out. Computers were still running a little slow but I had no problem with this, it’s not their fault. Once I was finally ready to checkout, Nancy and Holly decided to give me even more of a discount for patiently waiting! WOW fantastic customer service, and super friendly! Also great variety of anything cannabis that you need. I will definitely be coming back here!! Thank you again Holly and Nancy, keep up the great work!

The last two times I have went there, the flower I got was not what they said.I got what I was told, was 30 % THC.But it was NOT. It was listed as 1087.When I asked, how do you get the THC content from that number, I was told, well we use a lot of fractions. I'm sure the math is not complicated, but that was the answer I got. I don't want to be told what I am buying, is not what I am getting.I started coming to MUV, because the quality at truelieve was consistently low.I was very happy for a while, alway got quality. For a good price. But I was not told the truth about what I was getting. The time before last, I was told I was buying a 29% indica. The number on label was .987.I don't know the formula.but I know that it sucked. Not good at all. Now I don't know where to go

I called ahead, as this was my first experience with a dispensary, and Jesse literally took an hour out of his day to talk to me and explained everything in detail. Any and all questions I had he was able to answer, and had the foresight to anticipate a few of them. I was able to place an order over the phone, saw some of the stock online at the same time, and keep everything within my budget and still address my variety of personal medical issues. For anyone who is scared, or on the fence about going down this path, everyone I have worked with at MUV is beyond understanding and they genuinely want to help you with whatever issue(s) you're facing. It was a very, very comforting and comfortable experience. For the first time, in a long time, I've felt like I've done something uplifting for myself. Until other dispensaries catch up to the variety and quality of products available with MUV, along with the genuinely helpful attitude--they have 100% of my business and I cannot recommend them enough for beginners to seasoned users--they cover all bases.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. I tried to redeem the $10 and I was told that you also have to allow push notifications for the app (how apps get the info off your phone) to qualify. It was my first time visiting a MUV dispensary and it was amazing! When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk greeted me and told me that there computer system had been acting up all day and that the wait time could be really long. But I no problem with that and pleased that she informed me about it. After waiting for a little bit the manager Holly came out and told all the patients that the computers were still being slow and was sincerely sorry! She also offered anyone who wanted to leave and couldn’t wait, a 30% off coupon for the next time you come. That was very kind of her and shows how much she cares. I decided to wait a little longer and not even 5 minutes later I was greeted by Nancy, ready to help me out. Computers were still running a little slow but I had no problem with this, it’s not their fault. I called ahead, as this was my first experience with a dispensary, and Jesse literally took an hour out of his day to talk to me and explained everything in detail. Any and all questions I had he was able to answer, and had the foresight to anticipate a few of them. I was able to place an order over the phone, saw some of the stock online at the same time, and keep everything within my budget and still address my variety of personal medical issues. For anyone who is scared, or on the fence about going down this path, everyone I have worked with at MUV is beyond understanding and they genuinely want to help you with whatever issue(s) you're facing. It was a very, very comforting and comfortable experience. For the first time, in a long time, I've felt like I've done something uplifting for myself. Until other dispensaries catch up to the variety and quality of products available with MUV, along with the genuinely helpful attitude--they have 100% of my business and I cannot recommend them enough for beginners to seasoned users--they cover all bases.

If parking is what others base their reviews on vs the actual knowledge and friendliness of it's staff then it's definitely a review I would take with a grain of salt.
