MUV used to be my go to but the quality of their product has definitely gone south.Edit: Old, dry product that has lost its medicinal effectiveness. Trulieve all day because there is never any question about their product. That's why they're able to offer a guarantee of money back that MUV simply can't.

ROBBERY. HORRIBLE experience, SECOND time! This is truly the second time they have stole money from me. The last time I came here was months ago, they forgot an inhaler in my online order, they didn’t check the order before giving it to me, and I’m an hour away before I realized. Called in, they offered no refund for the $50 inhaler, just a discount next time.This second time, today, I had another pickup order and their system was experiencing issues, I tried CanPay and it didn’t work (even having funds available), and instead of the employees offering solutions like switching systems or computers, I then offered try my debit card. Their POS system again failed, yet I saw the $123 transaction come out of my debit account immediately. The MOD called his manager and they said to give a 30% discount next time. Not the product, not a REFUND?? They have my $123, I have no product. Now, I have to dispute with corporate and hope I get my money back. Wish I never came back to this store. Their manager is clearly not an effective manager, their employees do not know how to operate a functioning store, or how to think critically. Go somewhere else like Sanctuary.

Trent was incredibly helpful and sweet. I visited the store after having a major mouth surgery, so I couldn’t smoke and needed products that could just melt on my tongue without chewing. Trent was patient, kind, and sympathetic - not to mention, got me in and out quick which I was hoping for. This location has always been great. I’ve always adored all the staff and never had any issues here. It’s clean and bright everyone is always welcoming and helpful.Go see Trent though- he’s the best 😊

And seem to have a little better inventory than my local. Definitely recommend. The parking lot is a little bit annoying. I guess you can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Any MÜV that I've been to and (I've been to a lot of them) has given me great customer service. they always have a solid selection their knowledgeable at this particular store I had a rough experience one time it wasn't bad it was rough and at the end it was fine I came back in the next day in the manager was working and he pulled me aside and he's like I just want you to know that if anything is ever wrong or out of place you come and find me and I will fix it that alone in addition to solid customer service and good deals good flower solidified a customer for life at least at this location

I just got my card last week and I’ve been to MUV twice. Love the layout. Convenient stop for me. Staff has been super nice and helpful both times. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out yesterday with some solid recommendations when I stopped in without any real plan. If you’re into vapes I highly recommend the dart pods. The battery is great and the flavor of the carts is like nothing I’ve tried before. The first 3 visit discounts are solid also.

I have been to 7 different MUV in the Tampa Bay area. This location, Clearwater - Roosevelt, is by far my favorite MUV dispensary. The property is easily located, and shaded. The entire staff is very attentive and willing to answer any questions concerning their products or the Florida MMU program. It is a happy place to get your medicine. MUV is also the only place you can get flower cups, currently, so I really do appreciate this Roosevelt location being close to my house ! The staff there is attentive and professional. This was me second time going to Müv and I was reminded why I loved them so much the moment I walked through the door. I had my toddler in tow and he can be a handful, he immediately took a bee-line to start exploring and the very sweet girl at the front desk asked if he would like a toy. He stopped dead in his tracks and ran over to her, she gave him his little toy and he was beaming. I got inside and Marcus helped me out. He answered every question I had and was super thorough with his responses. I picked up a few things because they were having a good sale, the prices were great even without the sale though! Anyway, highly recommend this place. It is the best of all the dispensaries I’ve visited thus far for customer service, price and quality product.

Employees constantly on their phones in front of customers, crowding around the managers office, and the newer associates, with the exception of Amanda, have zero personality and do not act very helpful. I ordered a delivery from this location a few days ago. My delivery was ready a day early , and they called to ask me if I wanted it a day early, which was great. When the delivery arrived, I asked some questions about the products and the store in general. The delivery woman was very nice and answered all of my questions and concerns happily. I hurried indoors with my new treasures. I was very eager to see how my first time experience with these new to me products from MUV would be. I had not tried this administration route from here before. Sadly, there was an issue that contradicted what I was told by the delivery woman. I called the customer care line, and their resolution to the situation was terrible. I was very, very disappointed with MUV in general at this point. Much later in the day. I decided to try calling again. The representatives are extremely polite and seem generally concerned; however, the resolution given by the management was simply for me to go to the store myself and "see if they could help me." I am disabled and cannon drive. It cost me around $ 25 to $30 to get there and home again with Uber. I reluctantly took the problem products to the store. I was pretty sure I would be walking out angry and swearing off MUV forever and a day. I arrived and was greeted by the same woman who delivered my order. She assured me that the management would fix the issue. I think I had to wait an entire 2 or 3 minutes before a manager came and got me. The longest review ever made shorter here (thank God, right). The manager took care of everything for me quickly and happily. The resolution offered in the store was great. I would like to thank the manager who helped me with resolving the issues beyond my satisfaction. Maybe I am just well aged, but I still feel that a company should stand behind their products. I also like a company that proves a customer forward attitude. My third visit to this location and I left happier than the first 2 times.

The staffer is very informative about anything that sold at that store so if you have any questions go online and do your research, you can also do an online order for pickup, you can also chat with a live person, or you can call or go in store. I love the variety of strains that they have and that they're not wimpy as well. They too are getting a lot of new restrains out anywhere products out that I really enjoy.The store is always super clean, the staff is always amazing, polite and courteous, and super informative and helpful. This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Clearwater does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Clearwater online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

The last time I came here was months ago, they forgot an inhaler in my online order, they didn’t check the order before giving it to me, and I’m an hour away before I realized. Called in, they offered no refund for the $50 inhaler, just a discount next time.This second time, today, I had another pickup order and their system was experiencing issues, I tried CanPay and it didn’t work (even having funds available), and instead of the employees offering solutions like switching systems or computers, I then offered try my debit card. Their POS system again failed, yet I saw the $123 transaction come out of my debit account immediately. The MOD called his manager and they said to give a 30% discount next time. Not the product, not a REFUND?? They have my $123, I have no product. Now, I have to dispute with corporate and hope I get my money back. Wish I never came back to this store. Their manager is clearly not an effective manager, their employees do not know how to operate a functioning store, or how to think critically. Go somewhere else like Sanctuary.

I just got my card last week and I’ve been to MUV twice. Love the layout. Convenient stop for me. Staff has been super nice and helpful both times. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out yesterday with some solid recommendations when I stopped in without any real plan. If you’re into vapes I highly recommend the dart pods. I have been to 7 different MUV in the Tampa Bay area. This location, Clearwater - Roosevelt, is by far my favorite MUV dispensary. The property is easily located, and shaded. The entire staff is very attentive and willing to answer any questions concerning their products or the Florida MMU program. It is a happy place to get your medicine. I ordered a delivery from this location a few days ago. My delivery was ready a day early , and they called to ask me if I wanted it a day early, which was great. When the delivery arrived, I asked some questions about the products and the store in general. The delivery woman was very nice and answered all of my questions and concerns happily. I hurried indoors with my new treasures. I was very eager to see how my first time experience with these new to me products from MUV would be. I had not tried this administration route from here before. Sadly, there was an issue that contradicted what I was told by the delivery woman. I called the customer care line, and their resolution to the situation was terrible. I was very, very disappointed with MUV in general at this point. Much later in the day. I decided to try calling again. The representatives are extremely polite and seem generally concerned; however, the resolution given by the management was simply for me to go to the store myself and "see if they could help me." I am disabled and cannon drive. It cost me around $ 25 to $30 to get there and home again with Uber. I reluctantly took the problem products to the store. I was pretty sure I would be walking out angry and swearing off MUV forever and a day. I arrived and was greeted by the same woman who delivered my order. She assured me that the management would fix the issue. I think I had to wait an entire 2 or 3 minutes before a manager came and got me. The longest review ever made shorter here (thank God, right). The manager took care of everything for me quickly and happily. The resolution offered in the store was great. I would like to thank the manager who helped me with resolving the issues beyond my satisfaction. Maybe I am just well aged, but I still feel that a company should stand behind their products. I also like a company that proves a customer forward attitude. My third visit to this location and I left happier than the first 2 times.

Honestly, I felt like I had taken a trip to Disney! The staff was well trained, professional, and very relaxed and at ease with the clientele. I wanted to stay! I received solid advice, purchased A bunch of great products and really enjoyed my time there. This is the only location I will return to! What a team!!

This is a new store that just opened. The staff there really knocked it out of the park with making sure to leave a FANTASTIC first impression on me. It went beyond the usual "hello, how are you?" conversation and was really about getting to know my likes and things I needed to stay away from. For being a new store everyone took their time to be well educated on the products to answer questions and as a newer user I appreciate someone who can tell me about the products and even give me personal testimonials.
