I visited MUV to buy some edibles for the first time. I liked the wide selection of unique products they have from feminine comforts to inhalers to a mouth spray, so many interesting and useful things to try. On my first visit to muv I was helped by a woman named Jenna, who was absolutely lovely. She was happy to help and answered all of my many questions and helped me to select the products that were most appropriate for me, even though it was near the end of her day. She didn't mind explaining things to me that I needed to help make this decision from a medical standpoint, which I feel requires knowledge that is only attained from more experienced guidance. She helped me to select the products that best fit my health needs. This is a shout out to tell her how grateful I am because they have already helped me immensely. Nowadays that so many products are available dispensary employees know less and less about them, and it's harder to get guidance for those of us who truly use these products medicinally. I had a fantastic experience at this location and will be sure to come more often. Highly recommend!! 🙏🏻

I went on a Saturday with four of my kids. The children were not as calm as I hoped on their very first visit to any dispensary. I am so glad the staff was so cool with us. No one offered me sideways glances or judgemental comments about my kids while I was there. The staff was, as always, on top of my order(online or preorder). However, in the year I’ve been coming here, I’ve noticed quite a decrease in quality and a rise in prices. ☹️ My last two purchases have been all stems. As an OG flower smoker myself, it’s been a little disappointing. I don’t mind paying more, but the quality has to be there too! The last few times I've gone to MUV I've had a nice customer service experience and walked away with really nice product for a reasonable price. I don't know if they read some of the negative reviews and decided to make a change, or if things just got better on their own, but it's a nice place to shop now. I'd recommend it.

My husband bought the chocolate to try, opened the package of 10 to find only 9 inside. Took photos and Called them and was told to bring in and they would make it right. Drove the 1 1/2 hours back to them and all they did was credit his account $2.50. Their topical/transdermal products are excellent and potent for pain relief that lasts without getting you high, and for stronger relief the disposable vape cartridges and the flower are also both excellent. I can't speak for the other products as I haven't had them yet. Pricing is very competitive as well, which makes me happy.

This review is a little late, but I absolutely love going to this MMU Facility. I work at a different dispensary and I drive over a hour to stop at this location. The Staff is very kind, and super helpful. The last time I was in there I was helped by Jonathan, who was extremely professional and enthusiastic about his career in the cannabis field. The Assistant manager is also very kind, and easy to get along with. I don't recall her name, but they are all great people and I truly enjoy coming to this location.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Gainesville does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Gainesville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. On my first visit to muv I was helped by a woman named Jenna, who was absolutely lovely. She was happy to help and answered all of my many questions and helped me to select the products that were most appropriate for me, even though it was near the end of her day. She didn't mind explaining things to me that I needed to help make this decision from a medical standpoint, which I feel requires knowledge that is only attained from more experienced guidance. I will, once again, say Gainesville Muv is my go to place because of their chews. The chews help my pain but they are expensive and not for an elderly woman on a fixed income. As far as the building itself, there is NO HANDICAPPED parking and the last time I was there an employee was MASKLESS! Masks required!? Stop lying about the Gainesville Muv. I use the place for their chews but have to go on Sundays to get the discount. I'm tired of the THC cap on their products. Vote Nikki Fried y'all. Update 10/19/21. The staff is always super wonderful and I enjoy every visit! However, in the year I’ve been coming here, I’ve noticed quite a decrease in quality and a rise in prices. ☹️ My last two purchases have been all stems. As an OG flower smoker myself, it’s been a little disappointing. I don’t mind paying more, but the quality has to be there too! The customer service is always impeccable though!****Jessica in the store was also amazing! Everyone was just so sweet, welcoming, & helpful. I'm changing my review to 5 stars from 2 because the complaint I had about snooty staff seems to have been corrected. The last few times I've gone to MUV I've had a nice customer service experience and walked away with really nice product for a reasonable price. I don't know if they read some of the negative reviews and decided to make a change, or if things just got better on their own, but it's a nice place to shop now. I'd recommend it.

I'd give 1 but it wouldn't be fair to MuV as a whole. Jeered at, laughed at, bullied. That's how I feel going in there. I wish I could just go, pay and leave. These young white guys and young girls, think they know everything about marijuana when I have been using it since I was 12. I will be 64 in 8 days. Being a Master Bud Tender/Compounder from way back, I found the staff members fairly well educated on the products they sell. (He is young and still learning) If you're looking for quality medication you must check out MUV!

My husband bought the chocolate to try, opened the package of 10 to find only 9 inside. Took photos and Called them and was told to bring in and they would make it right. Drove the 1 1/2 hours back to them and all they did was credit his account $2.50. That credit will probably go to waste as they lost our business, 2 patients, poor customer service and product oversight. VidaCann & Trulieve here I come, they have excellent customer service. Check your chocolates before you leave MUV!!!!

If you want to smoke MOLD come here. I was sold moldy marijuana which induced instant sharp headaches. Very clear the marijuana sold to me was moldy. I told her about my awful experience at another dispensary here in town and how I was about to go to work and she had my order filled in 20 minutes SAME DAY vs the 8 hr wait at another dispensary. Great newer dispensary in town. I'm in and out of there super quick but the staff never rushes me- it just seems like their systems are very efficient! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Their topical/transdermal products are excellent and potent for pain relief that lasts without getting you high, and for stronger relief the disposable vape cartridges and the flower are also both excellent. I can't speak for the other products as I haven't had them yet. Pricing is very competitive as well, which makes me happy.

This review is a little late, but I absolutely love going to this MMU Facility. I work at a different dispensary and I drive over a hour to stop at this location. The Staff is very kind, and super helpful. The last time I was in there I was helped by Jonathan, who was extremely professional and enthusiastic about his career in the cannabis field. The Assistant manager is also very kind, and easy to get along with. I don't recall her name, but they are all great people and I truly enjoy coming to this location.

THC content was fairly high as well.Prices were the same or lower than other dispensaries I've been to and they were having a good flash sale. Several other discounts you could get by doing various things as well if you were up for that. Overall Matt and Alex were knowledgeable about their product and sales and were able to help me decide what I wanted and get me in and out quick. This was my first visit but I'm considering switching over to this dispensary if this is how things are normally there!
