I liked it. The products were nice. Good flower & carts. But it’s way overpriced. A lot of the flower in Gville is & around FL. I’m not going to spend $50/an eighth. $40 an eighth is too expensive. & I’m not going be happy about paying $40 an 1/8 plus $10 for a half gram. That’s ridiculous. & the carts r way too expensive. $50 for one 400mg cart. They need to have some kind of discount program for people on food stamps or disability.read more

Ellie from the call center was so so sweet!! I told her about my awful experience at another dispensary here in town and how I was about to go to work and she had my order filled in 20 minutes SAME DAY vs the 8 hr wait at another dispensary. She was very informative, and even gave me great recommendations! Jessica in the store was also amazing! Everyone was just so sweet, welcoming, & helpful. Great newer dispensary in town. I'm in and out of there super quick but the staff never rushes me- it just seems like their systems are very efficient! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Their topical/transdermal products are excellent and potent for pain relief that lasts without getting you high, and for stronger relief the disposable vape cartridges and the flower are also both excellent. I can't speak for the other products as I haven't had them yet. Pricing is very competitive as well, which makes me happy.read more

Very pleasant staff, but unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, there isn't much to choose from right now. Once again, government is sticking there noses where they dont belong. When you let Democrats run things, they complicate everything with beuracasy and rules.read more

This is the best customer service I’ve experienced so far with a dispensary. Called the local hotline after having a little difficulty signing up online. Spoke to Halie who helped me seamlessly set up my first order and delivery. She answered all my questions and went over the various discounts they offer. She definitely secured me as a customer. The personnel and budtenders at Müv Gainesville are top-notch in customer orientation. They are attentive to patients' specific issues and make suggestions and even warnings accordingly. The store is super clean and is inviting in atmosphere. There is a convenient ATM.The products are the best I have tried out of the 5 dispensaries into which I have ventured. This review is a little late, but I absolutely love going to this MMU Facility. I work at a different dispensary and I drive over a hour to stop at this location. The Staff is very kind, and super helpful. The last time I was in there I was helped by Jonathan, who was extremely professional and enthusiastic about his career in the cannabis field. The Assistant manager is also very kind, and easy to get along with. I don't recall her name, but they are all great people and I truly enjoy coming to this location.read more

Strong first impressions! Zero wait time and ample product options right off the bat. THC content was fairly high as well.Prices were the same or lower than other dispensaries I've been to and they were having a good flash sale. Several other discounts you could get by doing various things as well if you were up for that. Overall Matt and Alex were knowledgeable about their product and sales and were able to help me decide what I wanted and get me in and out quick. This was my first visit but I'm considering switching over to this dispensary if this is how things are normally there!read more
