I went on a Saturday with four of my kids. The children were not as calm as I hoped on their very first visit to any dispensary. I am so glad the staff was so cool with us. No one offered me sideways glances or judgemental comments about my kids while I was there. The staff was, as always, on top of my order(online or preorder). I appreciate that products are as advertised, and I don't have to worry about getting what I ordered or even what I paid for, like with some of the others. However, in the year I’ve been coming here, I’ve noticed quite a decrease in quality and a rise in prices. ☹️ My last two purchases have been all stems. As an OG flower smoker myself, it’s been a little disappointing. I don’t mind paying more, but the quality has to be there too! The last few times I've gone to MUV I've had a nice customer service experience and walked away with really nice product for a reasonable price. I don't know if they read some of the negative reviews and decided to make a change, or if things just got better on their own, but it's a nice place to shop now. I'd recommend it.

My husband bought the chocolate to try, opened the package of 10 to find only 9 inside. Took photos and Called them and was told to bring in and they would make it right. Drove the 1 1/2 hours back to them and all they did was credit his account $2.50. Their topical/transdermal products are excellent and potent for pain relief that lasts without getting you high, and for stronger relief the disposable vape cartridges and the flower are also both excellent. I can't speak for the other products as I haven't had them yet. Pricing is very competitive as well, which makes me happy.

This review is a little late, but I absolutely love going to this MMU Facility. I work at a different dispensary and I drive over a hour to stop at this location. The Staff is very kind, and super helpful. The last time I was in there I was helped by Jonathan, who was extremely professional and enthusiastic about his career in the cannabis field. The Assistant manager is also very kind, and easy to get along with. I don't recall her name, but they are all great people and I truly enjoy coming to this location.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Ellie from the call center was so so sweet!! I told her about my awful experience at another dispensary here in town and how I was about to go to work and she had my order filled in 20 minutes SAME DAY vs the 8 hr wait at another dispensary. She was very informative, and even gave me great recommendations! Jessica in the store was also amazing! Everyone was just so sweet, welcoming, & helpful. Great newer dispensary in town. I'm in and out of there super quick but the staff never rushes me- it just seems like their systems are very efficient! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Their topical/transdermal products are excellent and potent for pain relief that lasts without getting you high, and for stronger relief the disposable vape cartridges and the flower are also both excellent. I can't speak for the other products as I haven't had them yet. Pricing is very competitive as well, which makes me happy.

This is the best customer service I’ve experienced so far with a dispensary. Called the local hotline after having a little difficulty signing up online. Spoke to Halie who helped me seamlessly set up my first order and delivery. She answered all my questions and went over the various discounts they offer. She definitely secured me as a customer. The personnel and budtenders at Müv Gainesville are top-notch in customer orientation. They are attentive to patients' specific issues and make suggestions and even warnings accordingly. The store is super clean and is inviting in atmosphere. There is a convenient ATM.The products are the best I have tried out of the 5 dispensaries into which I have ventured. This review is a little late, but I absolutely love going to this MMU Facility. I work at a different dispensary and I drive over a hour to stop at this location. The Staff is very kind, and super helpful. The last time I was in there I was helped by Jonathan, who was extremely professional and enthusiastic about his career in the cannabis field. The Assistant manager is also very kind, and easy to get along with. I don't recall her name, but they are all great people and I truly enjoy coming to this location.

Strong first impressions! Zero wait time and ample product options right off the bat. THC content was fairly high as well.Prices were the same or lower than other dispensaries I've been to and they were having a good flash sale. Several other discounts you could get by doing various things as well if you were up for that. Overall Matt and Alex were knowledgeable about their product and sales and were able to help me decide what I wanted and get me in and out quick. This was my first visit but I'm considering switching over to this dispensary if this is how things are normally there!
