(NOT about the store, I asked an employee how to review a product from the store and this is where he told me to go. Service and store cleanliness has always been great.)I am extremely disappointed in the Dart Pods and don’t recommend anyone purchase it if you’re used to the standard cartridges. It is not an improved design or product by any means, despite the price difference. I bought my voltage variable battery and a 1g Dart Pod to start, and before the pod ran out (still had like .2-.3g in it, A LOT of product) it was tasting so burnt I couldn’t finish it and genuinely made me worry for the safety of the product. Attempted to bring the pod for replacement, even with a .5g or .3 cartridge, but was only given a discount towards a new pod. Decided to give it another shot, maybe it was the one pod. Nope. Second pod is now barely dispensing vapor and is starting to taste funny, this time even sooner than the last! I tried keeping the voltage down, I tried keeping it high, nothing makes this product satisfactory for longer than the first .3g of product. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that I can’t even return the battery that I don’t want to use anymore. I won’t be trying anything other than traditional cartridges from here on out and recommend you don’t either, I’ve wasted over $100 on the Dart.

I was hesitant to give them a try because I really haven't heard good things. The main complaint I keep hearing is that they're very slow. However I decided to give it a shot anyways. So at around noon, today, I placed pick up order for 6pm. As of right now (past 7pm), I still haven't received any confirmation that my order is ready and it still says "verifying" on the website. This was enough information for me to decide to stick to what I know best; Curaleaf.

I spent a little more time waiting than expected (I placed the order online), but the background music was good, so I didn't suffer all that much. I do recommend that you check them out and I will be back. Betzbabe is excellent.

I drove from 45 minutes away to pick up my order just to find out when I get there that they already reserved the last of it for other people and they can’t sell me any. I asked the guy if there’s anything he can do because today is my birthday, I already had previously researched and liked this strain mix, and he said no because the last of it is reserved for other people. I got some wedding cake instead but that’s nothing special to drive 45 minutes for. Super disappointed with my experience here. The staff was friendly though so that’s a plus but I’m just gonna stick to my guys at Fluent from now on.Edit: FYI the company that owns MUV called me all last weekend and when I was finally able to call them back, they said the worker was probably just having a bad day and that if I delete my review, I’d get a 30% off coupon. Today is Sunday and I parked outside, 9:45 in the morning (Sunday, no AC because not enough gas). 10:53 comes and this woman skips me because she could. Because I didn’t want to stand at the door, she skipped me. Can you have numbers we get or something? I was already in a bad mood, she made it worse! I just had surgery last month. I don’t need her lol.So my question to the dispensary, when this happens, will we be allowed to cuss out other patients? The woman who was first today in line when I should have been, was still talking about what was going to be on sale tomorrow instead of getting out with her express order. I left before she did!!! I thought we weren’t allowed to talk about other products if we had an express order. Did that change? And if so, please tell me so I can do it.Again, Dispensary, great, other patients leave much to be desired. I don’t know what time to show up to make sure I’m not gonna have a panic attack. I guess the only thing I can do is make my husband my caregiver so he can pick up my prescription because patients are impatient, and only care about themselves. This is not the first time I’ve been skipped in line while being outside, waiting either.Edit: It should not be whoever gets to the door first gets seen first. It should go by who was waiting first. But if that’s the way, it honestly is, let me know, and I will stop going here. I’ve been a patient here since 2019. I am at my wits end with being skipped. She also skipped 4 other cars that were waiting before she walked up. I have asthma, fibromyalgia, numerous bulging and herniated discs (6 total), arthritis, migraines, not to include the mental health saga and other physical ailments. We all have reasons for being first. Patients need to wait their turn.

However, I went the other day and Janna the manager remembered my issues and helped to rectify them. She did a fantastic job. I live going here, the staff is always helpful and informational on products, but the last two times I've been I usually get about 5 containers of flower and one has been really skimp both times, like some has been taken from the container. Because it definitely didn't weigh what it was supposed to. It's making me reconsider going to this location, which sucks because it is a great store, but not if I'm going to get shorted, I wouldn't make a big deal but, once I can understand, but twice back to back, doesn't make me feel reassuring.

This was my second visit to this location. Both times were pleasant, but the receptionist was always kind of rude (different receptionist each visit). The first time I entered, it was my first time ever entering a dispensary so I didn't know what to expect. When you enter, you are literally already at the receptionist's desk and practically in their face. This was very awkward for me, I need my personal space, but I expected it to be a small place from the building. The receptionist asked if I was walk-in or pickup? No greeting of any kind. Not a huge deal. After that, it was great. The lady who helped me was pleasant and helpful and I left happy.The second time, however, kind of a different story. It was busy tonight and I overheard the receptionist tell the guy who walked in just before me there was a 45 min wait. When I walked up, she just stared at me. I looked at her for a moment before remembering last time and I tell her walk-in and hand her my ID. She says nothing and turns to her computer. I stand there bc I couldn't remember if she would need anything else and she didn't mention the wait time to me or ask me to take a seat or anything. After a couple of minutes pass by, I politely ask if I could sit. Her only reaction was to purse her lips. I took it as a yes. While sitting there, I'm listening to her converse with other customers and she was polite and when she was letting them out the door (they closed while I was waiting so she had to let them out) she told people to have a good night and be safe. So I just thought maybe she was having a bad night. The guy who helped me, Zachary, was super quick and friendly. But when I go to leave, the receptionist gives me the dirtiest look and just opened the door. No pleasantries like with everyone else.Obviously, I took this very personal and since she and I don't know each other, I can only assume it was based on appearance (nothing but an avg looking girl here... was is my mask?)I definitely won't be going here again.Also, parking sucks. Muv came highly recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately I can not agree with them. I made my order for delivery several days in advance and was very excited for my products. Friday I got a text stating my delivery was on its way which was very confusing to me as a first time client. I figured out it was meaning my order was confirmed. I sat at home for the 4 hour window and no phone call no text no communication. I even looked at my account online several times and it still said out for delivery. Once my reservation passed I called and the operator said they had canceled deliveries for my date because of a broken down truck. I understand life happens and trucks break down but they could have called/text something to notify me. I work long hours with limited time off so now I will have to pick another day to sit and wait around for 4 hours and hope it actually shows up. Very unhappy with my experience and will not be recommending this company to anyone. I guess the only bright side to my experience is at least I didn’t have to pay in advance for my order.Update: they called at 4:38pm saying their deliveries were over booked for today which is why my order didn’t show up. So which reason is it? I just decided to cancel my entire orderUpdate: The manager called and I decided to give them another chance and I am glad I did. I went directly into the store and had a very nice experience. Tiffany helped me every step of the way and made my first trip a breeze. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable

The selection is smaller than the orange park location. I had a great teller but I can't remember her. I'm sorry to her! I had an express order that was ready instantly, which made it available for me to get before the scheduled time. This was super beneficial for me due to a mix-up of appointments that day.The only thing that could make it better would be to not have to wait when you order an express order. If you could instantly go back and get it would be great instead of having to wait in line like the walk-ins.

Can't forget the customers who get to the front and realize oh hey I need cash! It's a shame because the products are good and this is never and issue at the beach location.

I am ready to report this place. They gave me dirt instead of medicine. It was dry, the seal was broken over the top, the top had no white seal to keep safe from contamination. There was NO medicine to help. It was 0% THC and tastes like dirt. The guy that checked me out laughed at me. I think he knew I got ripped off. Does he think cancer is funny too? I drove 15 miles to get this and have nothing to help now because they think it's funny to rip people off.

The only time I ordered from this place was a terrible experience. I placed a delivery order on a Tuesday. They said they will deliver on Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes by no call no delivery. So I call them and they said their backed up and I should have it in a day or so. Friday nothing. I call back they say their backed up again and I should get it Sunday. Then I get a call a little later saying the soonest they can deliver is Tuesday. So I canceled my order. I can’t speak about the store itself but their delivery system has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. No communication and insane wait time.

This is by far one of the best MM dispensaries in the area! After being a long time Trulieve customer, the customer service, consistent inventory, and short wait times at MUV just couldn’t be beat! The last time I was in, Lauren made sure to double check their inventory so I could get the specific cartridges I was looking for. I always walk out of there with a better customer experience each and every time!Only tip: on weekends, it’s just best to do Express, they can be a little busy and parking is an issue at peak times. So save yourself a little extra wait time if you’re in a rush.

That being said I was told some day when they expand grow operations to meet There high demand. I hope they open there new grow operation soon to meet patient demand for products. Both were clean hitting, the aroma of the Guru as well as it’s vibrant colors and nice palpable high worked well. I used these two for Anxiety, light aid for my Sciatica, and nausea.I highly recommend the Guru for nausea. I have daily violent stomach pains and nausea. This really honestly did help for that. It seems like a great deal because they give you 1 gram for $70 but the oil is very low quality And is not thick and almost comes out in a watery flow. Half gram syringe from Trulieve or Cureleaf last twice as long as low quality 1 gram syringe from MUV. #truth

I have been to multiple MUV locations and all others were very professional. I went to use my renewal card with the last discount of buy one get one. They refused to allow me to be able to use the discount. States to me that you could only use 2 in a year. I just used the first 2 discounts from the card a month ago at another location and still refused to honor it. I even contact the main number and they added the complaint but could not give me the discount. I will not be returning to any of the locations for meds after this runaround. The branch managers have all the power in each location, even though they are a chain. I have never been treated like this before and refuse to allow it. I hope this info gets to a much higher rank of management so they can correct this for future patients. Completely in disbelief.......

MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Service and store cleanliness has always been great.)I am extremely disappointed in the Dart Pods and don’t recommend anyone purchase it if you’re used to the standard cartridges. It is not an improved design or product by any means, despite the price difference. I bought my voltage variable battery and a 1g Dart Pod to start, and before the pod ran out (still had like .2-.3g in it, A LOT of product) it was tasting so burnt I couldn’t finish it and genuinely made me worry for the safety of the product. Attempted to bring the pod for replacement, even with a .5g or .3 cartridge, but was only given a discount towards a new pod. Decided to give it another shot, maybe it was the one pod. Nope. Second pod is now barely dispensing vapor and is starting to taste funny, this time even sooner than the last! I tried keeping the voltage down, I tried keeping it high, nothing makes this product satisfactory for longer than the first .3g of product. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that I can’t even return the battery that I don’t want to use anymore. I won’t be trying anything other than traditional cartridges from here on out and recommend you don’t either, I’ve wasted over $100 on the Dart.

Because it definitely didn't weigh what it was supposed to. This was my second visit to this location. Both times were pleasant, but the receptionist was always kind of rude (different receptionist each visit). The first time I entered, it was my first time ever entering a dispensary so I didn't know what to expect. When you enter, you are literally already at the receptionist's desk and practically in their face. I looked at her for a moment before remembering last time and I tell her walk-in and hand her my ID. She says nothing and turns to her computer. I stand there bc I couldn't remember if she would need anything else and she didn't mention the wait time to me or ask me to take a seat or anything. After a couple of minutes pass by, I politely ask if I could sit. Her only reaction was to purse her lips. I took it as a yes. While sitting there, I'm listening to her converse with other customers and she was polite and when she was letting them out the door (they closed while I was waiting so she had to let them out) she told people to have a good night and be safe. So I just thought maybe she was having a bad night. The guy who helped me, Zachary, was super quick and friendly. But when I go to leave, the receptionist gives me the dirtiest look and just opened the door. No pleasantries like with everyone else.Obviously, I took this very personal and since she and I don't know each other, I can only assume it was based on appearance (nothing but an avg looking girl here... was is my mask?)I definitely won't be going here again.Also, parking sucks. Friday I got a text stating my delivery was on its way which was very confusing to me as a first time client. I figured out it was meaning my order was confirmed. I sat at home for the 4 hour window and no phone call no text no communication. I even looked at my account online several times and it still said out for delivery. Once my reservation passed I called and the operator said they had canceled deliveries for my date because of a broken down truck. I understand life happens and trucks break down but they could have called/text something to notify me. I work long hours with limited time off so now I will have to pick another day to sit and wait around for 4 hours and hope it actually shows up. Very unhappy with my experience and will not be recommending this company to anyone. I guess the only bright side to my experience is at least I didn’t have to pay in advance for my order.Update: they called at 4:38pm saying their deliveries were over booked for today which is why my order didn’t show up. So which reason is it? I just decided to cancel my entire orderUpdate: The manager called and I decided to give them another chance and I am glad I did. I am ready to report this place. They gave me dirt instead of medicine. It was dry, the seal was broken over the top, the top had no white seal to keep safe from contamination. There was NO medicine to help. It was 0% THC and tastes like dirt. The guy that checked me out laughed at me. I think he knew I got ripped off. Does he think cancer is funny too? I drove 15 miles to get this and have nothing to help now because they think it's funny to rip people off.

The only time I ordered from this place was a terrible experience. I placed a delivery order on a Tuesday. They said they will deliver on Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes by no call no delivery. So I call them and they said their backed up and I should have it in a day or so. Friday nothing. I call back they say their backed up again and I should get it Sunday. Then I get a call a little later saying the soonest they can deliver is Tuesday. So I canceled my order. I can’t speak about the store itself but their delivery system has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. No communication and insane wait time.

This is by far one of the best MM dispensaries in the area! After being a long time Trulieve customer, the customer service, consistent inventory, and short wait times at MUV just couldn’t be beat! The last time I was in, Lauren made sure to double check their inventory so I could get the specific cartridges I was looking for. I always walk out of there with a better customer experience each and every time!Only tip: on weekends, it’s just best to do Express, they can be a little busy and parking is an issue at peak times. That being said I was told some day when they expand grow operations to meet There high demand. I hope they open there new grow operation soon to meet patient demand for products. Regina from customer service was very nice and knowledgeable about my experience and situation both financially and medically. She was very kind and did here best to try and offer solutions for my problem , unfortunately we are unable to find a solution to my problem till flower comes in a few months. Both were clean hitting, the aroma of the Guru as well as it’s vibrant colors and nice palpable high worked well. I used these two for Anxiety, light aid for my Sciatica, and nausea.I highly recommend the Guru for nausea. I have daily violent stomach pains and nausea. This really honestly did help for that. Cherry punch helped my sciatica more, as well as helped me slow my anxieties down and helped me to get sleep.

My low rating is only based on the oil they sell in syringes. It seems like a great deal because they give you 1 gram for $70 but the oil is very low quality And is not thick and almost comes out in a watery flow. Half gram syringe from Trulieve or Cureleaf last twice as long as low quality 1 gram syringe from MUV. #truth

I have been to multiple MUV locations and all others were very professional. I went to use my renewal card with the last discount of buy one get one. They refused to allow me to be able to use the discount. States to me that you could only use 2 in a year. I just used the first 2 discounts from the card a month ago at another location and still refused to honor it. I even contact the main number and they added the complaint but could not give me the discount. I will not be returning to any of the locations for meds after this runaround. The branch managers have all the power in each location, even though they are a chain. I have never been treated like this before and refuse to allow it. I hope this info gets to a much higher rank of management so they can correct this for future patients. Completely in disbelief.......
