Take my advice, open your packaging before leaving to ensure you are in fact, receiving what you purchased.I recently purchased two quarters, in one of the quarters was what appeared to be only an eighth. Probably my last time as a patient of MUV. Highly disappointing, considering this market is highly regulated and controlled.Update: I owe a huge thank you to the management at MUV. She read my review and listened to my complaint, then compensated me graciously and generously. Thank you, MUV is still my favorite.

There always seems to be someone in the bunch that takes forever to figure out what they want as if they’ve never smoked before. Don’t inconvenience people in the lobby with your learning curve. Go to the website. Find out what they have. If you have any questions google it. Educate yourself instead of wasting our time.

The facility and staff have been excellent and they have a good variety of strains but their latest iteration of gels are unsatisfactory. They are sticky and messy . At one point I had purchased several containers and had them stored in a desk drawer in my air conditioned house. I had to throw away the last two containers as they had actually become fermented with mildew in the sealed bags.I am hoping that MUV will eventually offer a better version of gels. The original Wana Chews were just fine but the best innovation would be if they create a gel that is sturdy and has the consistency of gummy bears. The gels I have purchased in AZ and California are like gummy bears and seem to have a much more stable shelf life and don't melt even in the heat of Florida.

I kept landing on a page that talked about the products but I had a very hard time finding the page where I could see a menu of what's available - I finally had to call for help with the site. I have used the website many times and it was never this hot mess. BTW, the word "guide" is spelled as "gude". Cash only in 2022? Something sketchy going on here.Wife came here for some much needed medication - we came to this store because it was close and convenient. Then we found out it was Cash Only. This is a tourist destination and tourists should not be encouraged to keep cash on them... putting people at risk of pickpocketing and have card numbers stolen from sketchy ATMs. There's plenty of dispensaries down here, if you aren't in a urgent rush I would consider going somewhere else that considers the needs of the customers and is self aware.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Key West does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Key West online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

The facility and staff have been excellent and they have a good variety of strains but their latest iteration of gels are unsatisfactory. They are sticky and messy . At one point I had purchased several containers and had them stored in a desk drawer in my air conditioned house. I had to throw away the last two containers as they had actually become fermented with mildew in the sealed bags.I am hoping that MUV will eventually offer a better version of gels. The original Wana Chews were just fine but the best innovation would be if they create a gel that is sturdy and has the consistency of gummy bears. The gels I have purchased in AZ and California are like gummy bears and seem to have a much more stable shelf life and don't melt even in the heat of Florida.

I kept landing on a page that talked about the products but I had a very hard time finding the page where I could see a menu of what's available - I finally had to call for help with the site. I have used the website many times and it was never this hot mess. BTW, the word "guide" is spelled as "gude". Someone is not paying attention to detail.The excellent store in Key West, deserves better online representation.

Cash only in 2022? Something sketchy going on here.Wife came here for some much needed medication - we came to this store because it was close and convenient. Then we found out it was Cash Only. This is a tourist destination and tourists should not be encouraged to keep cash on them... putting people at risk of pickpocketing and have card numbers stolen from sketchy ATMs. There's plenty of dispensaries down here, if you aren't in a urgent rush I would consider going somewhere else that considers the needs of the customers and is self aware.
