I enjoy going to this dispensary the way they were taught to work there you can tell the management is on top of things they are so polite and helpful they've always got an idea when you're in there asking for something or looking for a certain thing they always got something there quick to show you. If I could say only one thing I wish they could send the management over to Hendricks Avenue in Jacksonville and get them trained up because that place just needs to be completely shut down their attitudes their smell worse than a trash can and they are the absolute worst they could learn a lot from Lake City

Then I purchased some flower that literally turned to dust when I touched it… still no help whatsoever… except I’m sorry about that. Money is too hard to come by nowadays to get this type of service! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone 👎 So I would like to report that Muv made this right and I will continue to be a customer thanks for caring…….. 🤦♀️well here we are again having to call out MUV they have gotten me twice now they will say anything to get you to change your review and then don’t stand by what they promised! I hadn’t been to MÜV in quite a while, and when I mentioned that, the staff quickly corrected me on the exact timeframe. I had actually deleted the app after my last visit, but since I was in town visiting friends, I decided to give them another try.When I re-downloaded the app, I was surprised to see a discount applied, which I thought was great, so I placed an order. Once I arrived, though, there was some back-and-forth about my card information. When it came time to pay, the total was suddenly $10 more than expected. I later found out the original order had been canceled without anyone explaining why.That’s when I was told I wasn’t a new member. I hadn’t realized the discount was only for new members, and instead of a simple clarification, I was made to feel like I was trying to scam the system just to get a deal.After leaving Trulieve to give MÜV another chance here, this experience really sealed it for me—I won’t be back

Then I purchased some flower that literally turned to dust when I touched it… still no help whatsoever… except I’m sorry about that. Money is too hard to come by nowadays to get this type of service! This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Lake City does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Lake City online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
