Everyone is super kind at the store, but Jessica really stood out to me as a kind, n caring person. And, I feel like I’m seen and heard when I come to the Lakeland store. And, so I think it’s worth mentioning that Jessica is great and she deserves much praise because she is so kind n compassionate.. I just know that I go to pain management once a month and sometimes I just feel like a number and I feel like all of us as patients are not treated as individuals. With individual needs, concerns and different types of pain. Most days it Just feels we all are blended together and nobody’s really seen or heard. We’re just given opiates and sent out the door. And, so for example -I came in one day and I guess it was obvious to Jessica by my tears and the look on my face that I was in pain and, she made my day so much better bc she was so kind and compassionate to me. And, so very helpful. I was making a pretty big purchase that day and she went out of her way as to offer me a patch. And that is the kind of people that you need working there because even though we only see or deal with these people for a few minutes. Its in that few minutes that really matters to me and other patients, and, it really does matter when that person sees our pain and offers up kindness and compassion. Jessica is definitely a keeper.!!!!!!

This place is incredible. I am not a patient, but my husband is. The knowledgeable staff always help him get the right medication to ease his symptoms. They also are so much better customer service wise than any medical dispensary he has ever dealt with. From California, Nevada, coastal Florida, and now here- this dispensary is incredible. They award him with points and gear such as bags, T-shirts, hats, wicked cool enamel pins. I 12/10 highly recommend this medical dispensary for anyone looking within a 100 mile radius.

New customer here I am a big cartridge and vape kinda patient and everything I’ve got from muv has been good so far. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is their lack of parking in their parking lot. There’s no reason for me to have to park a block away in a lot that charges you because your parking lot is so small. Other than that great dispensary

The biggest problem with the MMJ system in Florida was always the doctors. I spent a number of years working for other dispensaries here in Florida and always found that the doctors are woefully misinformed and pass that misinformation on to patient. Today I watch a dispensary full of employees completely disregard a patient and give him such little help/explanation; that I had to step in as a fellow patient and explain what the employees did not know or did not feel obligated to explain. People come to MMTCs to receive help and information, not just buy a sack 🙄 I was absolutely flabbergasted at the dismissive way that they treated this man, all for something I explained and showed him in the OMMU in less than 2 minutes. Literally before I was called back. It’s wild af. Some days I do miss working in retail at a dispensary, and days like today are one of them. It’s sad to see someone just collect a check with no real passion for anything other than cheesy t-shirts and a discount 🤦🏻♂️

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Lakeland does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Lakeland online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. I went here today and was wanting to try something new and Sam was so helpful and patient. Well I changed my mind on him like 3 times. He ended up accidentally putting something in my bag that I did not pay for. It was totally on me. I had left before I realized and immediately knew I needed to do the right thing and go back. I did not expect anything but the feeling of doing what's right. Cheney was over joyed and so happy I was honest she gave me a huge discount and free shirt. Great staff, and product. Usually, good options. But sometimes they just don't have what you need. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. They need to do better staying in stock. This is a medical product and people need what they need. So better for you patients on that one.

MUV Lakeland is one of the best dispensaries in the state, and I've been around the state. Always super friendly staff. Always smiling. Always quick in and out or if I have questions they're happy to answer.There was one busy sale day I went a little before close with an order that wasn't fulfilled correctly long story short, Cheney did everything possible to make it right so I walked out smiling.10/10 customer service and products.

I may be a little bias when it comes to the Muv team (in the BEST way possible), but this team from in store to on the phone has always been extremely kind, friendly, and super helpful. Whether I’m calling in an order and get to speak to Julie or heading in the store to see the crew, I’m immediately made to feel like family. I just spoke to a customer service agent called Eddie from the Tampa area the dude was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on pretty much everything and answered all my questions and made my online order simple. Its rare when you get someone willing to take the time and explain and take care of you in with a professional and positive attitude and he was that person if I had more than 2 thumbs 👍 they would all be facing up thanks Eddie hope there's more agents like you....
