I will start this off by saying I have been a long time MUV patient and supported them for many years but today was the last chance I could give them. Be aware of the products they have on sale as they will try to sell you medicine that is over 2 years old and try to say that there is no expiration on products in concentrate or raw form. This is not true and now I understand why they have so many super saver deals and sales. To the He/she that tried to help me today. Educate yourself on your job and not the money.

Nobody at this location has ever gotten on my bad side and I don’t ever think they will be. Today I got someone I haven’t gotten before and like always with getting a new person it’s a little skeptical but today I got Kurt and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes which I love. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I told him which eighths I was getting and when I asked for him to use my $60 off for the 700 points he even went as far as to tell me that the 25% off is taken off after the $60 off for rewards so I could do my calculations for how much I’d be spending in the future. Overall another great experience at MUV, I’ve never had a bad one and it’s the reason I don’t go to other dispensaries near me.

The first time, they modified my order without my consent, then lied and said I canceled the order when they were supposed to bring the correct items back. They retaliated by tampering with a 7g flower on my next order (sent pictures, had to throw away flower). Waited 6 months to order delivery from them again, and when they showed up earlier today my order was modified again. After getting my order fixed in the system I've been waiting hours for the delivery hub to call me with an answer on when my medicine will be delivered today, but they're retaliating against me again by refusing to give me an answer (called 3 more times). Most likely they'll call/text me this evening or tomorrow trying to force me to cancel, knowing I work during weekday delivery hours.Update: Customer Care Team reached out and, with the help of the Lakeland location, all was well. I will continue to visit the Lakeland location. The staff is great and friendly.

Only until recently, my experience at the MUV Brandon location was always incredibly positive. BUT caution - it’ll LARGELY depend on who is helping you.I think there should be a more consistent treatment of patients and MUV should work with their cannabis professionals around demeanor and attitude. It shouldn’t be awkward to ask questions about the product I’m buying. Nor should they ring me up for products if I didn’t explicitly ask for them. Note - I’ve loved the experiences here so far until today. Just odd that this person is completely antithetical to their counterparts in terms of service and helpfulness.*** Update 5/17Thanks to Nick and the entire support team for completely turning this around. In my most recent visit - the manager pulled me aside with no prompt to talk to me. They recognized my name from the review and they addressed this situation, in my opinion, incredibly effectively. I really appreciate the level of attention and how serious they took my feedback. Truly so customer-centric. So this is my first review that I have ever done so take it with a grain of salt. But as of the second day they were open. One of the people up their (Ashley) made my time in the dispo amazing. I had multiple questions and she was very patient and understanding, and never made me feel embarrassed. She listened and responded in a way that made me not feel dumb for not knowing the answers. If you go in here and you have the luck of running into her. Let her take care of you, she will give you the right strain for whatever ales you at that moment. For me it was ptsd. MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Brandon does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Most likely they'll call/text me this evening or tomorrow trying to force me to cancel, knowing I work during weekday delivery hours.Update: Customer Care Team reached out and, with the help of the Lakeland location, all was well. Only until recently, my experience at the MUV Brandon location was always incredibly positive. BUT caution - it’ll LARGELY depend on who is helping you.I think there should be a more consistent treatment of patients and MUV should work with their cannabis professionals around demeanor and attitude. I had multiple questions and she was very patient and understanding, and never made me feel embarrassed. She listened and responded in a way that made me not feel dumb for not knowing the answers.
