I would have rated Muv 5 stars before my experience today. I took advantage of the 30% EVERYTHING Labor Day sale and bought $370 in products. I didn’t review my receipt until I got home and I was confused about the math of my discount. If 30% of $370 = $111.00 why was I given a discount of only $93?When I called customer support they explained that because I used $60 in rewards that amount comes off the total before the discount is applied. So my $60 discount netted me $42. If this had been mentioned I would have saved the $60 rewards until I was shopping for something never on sale!!I may have to start shopping at the cheaper dispensary that I always avoid because of their poor customer service.

They called me the day before my order to confirm my order and provide me with an estimate window of time and the total price of my order. You will need cash or you can use can pay app. They call to let you know they are 30 mins away. Kenneth took care of me today and he was so pleasant. Flower is descent but that's as far as it goes. Hardware there failed on me twice. The discount cards are vague. No one knows the rules of them. They try to fit ten people in a small room. There are many dispensaries in the area that are much nicer. Their product is their only redemption. Maybe one day they will get it right.

Love almost everything about this place, always place big orders for pickup and they are reliably ready and there are usually no mistakes made. Most efficient dispensary for sure, with high quality products especially their Plus cartridges. My main complaint and reason for 4 stars is the rosin. It is decent rosin, however it is not worth $95 , maybe 80 tops. For $95 one should expect premium rosin, and though packaged nicely the microns used in this rosin are not at all adequate for the price that they are showing. My rosin is currently green and almost looks like wasabi, due to the amount of plant matter in it. I shall still be using it, but this is not worth the price! Such a price should provide a MUCH higher standard on rosin.

I usually go to Wellington but since I've been working close I tried this location twice. First time they didn't have my express order ready when I got the text saying it was. Today I had an express order but since lady didn't greet me she didn't know. Somebody walks in a couple minutes after me, then goes to the back before me. When I told her I had express she says you all have express, which doesn't matter because isn't it still first come first serve for the express orders too? It was a lie anyway because there was a guy already there but I did get to go in front of him so obviously he didn't have express. Today was my 2nd visit to a MUV store.I went to the grand opening at the Deerfield Beach store today.The staff did a VERY good job.For the grand opening, they offered us bottled water twice and also gave us a ticket for a free sandwich from the very good food truck they hired for the occasion.As another reviewer mentioned, their customer service and the attitude of their employees is far better than their competitors. Their "flower" is also superior to the competition.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Deerfield Beach does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I would have rated Muv 5 stars before my experience today. I took advantage of the 30% EVERYTHING Labor Day sale and bought $370 in products. I didn’t review my receipt until I got home and I was confused about the math of my discount. If 30% of $370 = $111.00 why was I given a discount of only $93?When I called customer support they explained that because I used $60 in rewards that amount comes off the total before the discount is applied. So my $60 discount netted me $42. If this had been mentioned I would have saved the $60 rewards until I was shopping for something never on sale!!I may have to start shopping at the cheaper dispensary that I always avoid because of their poor customer service.

Love almost everything about this place, always place big orders for pickup and they are reliably ready and there are usually no mistakes made. Most efficient dispensary for sure, with high quality products especially their Plus cartridges. My main complaint and reason for 4 stars is the rosin. It is decent rosin, however it is not worth $95 , maybe 80 tops. For $95 one should expect premium rosin, and though packaged nicely the microns used in this rosin are not at all adequate for the price that they are showing. My rosin is currently green and almost looks like wasabi, due to the amount of plant matter in it. I shall still be using it, but this is not worth the price! Such a price should provide a MUCH higher standard on rosin.

Florida, I headed to MÜV Deerfield because I had positive experiences with their Jacksonville location.Even though it's a little bit out of my way, I keep going back here.Their prices are fair, and their new patient promo is one of the best I've personally come across.More importantly, I have never been dissatisfied with anything I've bought. And every interaction I've ever had, with any employee, has been nothing but pleasant.

I usually go to Wellington but since I've been working close I tried this location twice. First time they didn't have my express order ready when I got the text saying it was. Today I had an express order but since lady didn't greet me she didn't know. Somebody walks in a couple minutes after me, then goes to the back before me. When I told her I had express she says you all have express, which doesn't matter because isn't it still first come first serve for the express orders too? It was a lie anyway because there was a guy already there but I did get to go in front of him so obviously he didn't have express. I didn't let it bother me but I do feel like management needs to know. Other than that everybody else is really friendly though and the products are good

Had a great experience, every person that worked there was happy to help me. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, in fact i now found my new favorite dispensary! I was impressed with how fast the wait is, I was in and out within 10 minutes. .If you want to skip the long waits, and have a variety of different strains of medical marijuana this is the place to go!

I will refer friends and family to go there for any medical needs. What's most important to me is the great staff they have & the medicine to go with it, if you don't walk out with a smile on your face your in the wrong place is my theory

MÜV is fantastic and finally in deerfield beach! No more driving up to Wellington for my medicine. The new store is phenomenal, the inside is very clean and state of the art. The bud tender was very polite and caring. Do not expect any discounts or leeway from the manager.

I used to travel all the way down to Wellington for this dispensary. Now there’s one Deerfield i couldn’t be more happier. Jacob was awesome and I waited there for like 2 min in the waiting room. Awesome service there and great medical marijuana.

Today was my 2nd visit to a MUV store.I went to the grand opening at the Deerfield Beach store today.The staff did a VERY good job.For the grand opening, they offered us bottled water twice and also gave us a ticket for a free sandwich from the very good food truck they hired for the occasion.As another reviewer mentioned, their customer service and the attitude of their employees is far better than their competitors. Their "flower" is also superior to the competition.
