I cannot say enough good things about Brooke at MÜV! Every time I come in, the service is great, but Brooke completely goes above and beyond. Last night, I had my three-year-old daughter with me, and Brooke treated her like an absolute VIP. She took the time to actually talk to her, asked her what her name was, and even remembered to ask all about her swimming lessons! To top it all off, she gave her a sticker, which completely made my daughter's night (and made my life a whole lot easier). It is so rare to find that level of genuine kindness and authentic customer service these days. Brooke didn’t just handle my transaction; she made us feel like family. MÜV has a total rockstar on their team. Thank you, Brooke—we will definitely be looking for you next time we come in!

I’ve always had really good experiences with the staff at MÜV. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and the customer service is honestly great. My only frustration is that several months ago I was told the drive-through debit system would be fixed soon, and it still has never been resolved. As a parent, there are times I have my children in the car and using the drive-through is my only realistic option because I don’t want to bring them inside. Unfortunately, when I only have my debit card available, I end up having to cancel my order completely. I really hope this gets addressed soon because otherwise the experience has been very positive.

Been coming here for a while now. Staff is amazing and friendly - products have been great. I haven’t had great luck with (the)Essence 510’s (both malfunctioned same way. But it could just be me. - love it. Keep being great!

Jace, Brittany and Brook are extremely knowledgeable and professional! Each team member makes the MUV experience surreal. The online inventory is accurate with what's in stock. All products are fresh, even sale items! The Fort Myers Colonial location is 10 out of 10 every time!

Betzy is hands-down the BEST budtender at MÜV. Every time I come in, she already knows exactly what I like and always puts me onto something even better. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right product — not just selling something.
