Cartridges quality are very low. This will be my 3rd defective cat in 3 months. This has put the cost of doing business with them far higher than other places. I know they don't make the things there it just sucks I'm out $100 because of no return policy for obvious reason. Sorry but I have to shop elsewhere. Edit update. Today is Friday, August 18 and I was asked to do a update on my store experience. While I was there, I watched them pick on (what appeared to be) homeless man. I understand you might think somebody smells bad, but they actually sprayed the counters and we're picking on him behind his back after I left in my presence. Not trying to rank on this store, but it has some problems with being nice to their customers. Honestly, this is just a genuine, nice natured person thing that you shouldn't pick on people who are below your status. they asked me to update my review. This is it. It can change and I hope it does……………..This dispensary is hot garbage. They are always closed, Like 30 minutes before it says. business OWNER response to reach out and try to make it right admirable. I use to order here all the time, but then I stopped getting my online orders filled until I arrived at the store trying to pick up my order. I would place my order the night before get a text saying my order was received and that’s it no other messages, nothing saying my order is being prepared or ready. What’s the point of placing an order online if your not going to fill it and just ignore online orders.

This was my first time trying out MÜV and I was purchasing just one item. When I inserted my card and entered my PIN into the system it showed an approval code. For some reason, this threw off the staff members and they asked me if it already charged my account. I told them yes and proceeded to show them on my Chase app that the transaction is now pending but they said that I need to re-insert my card and PIN because it didn’t go through. The only reason why the card reader provided an approval code is because the system ran out of receipt paper. The staff told me that I could call my bank to resolve this situation so I went to the bank only for them to tell me to go back to the store who caused this mistake. With no time to go back to the store, I instead contacted the support team online and they said have a $60 store credit but I just wanted my money back because I got other things to pay for. I asked if there is any other way that i could get the money in cash or back into my card and I get no response from the support team. I go back into the store later in the week and they told me that there is no way that I could get my money back. This is my first and last time purchasing from MÜV. The only good thing about my experience with this shop was the excellent customer service provided I just wish this could’ve been a different outcome.

When Aleshia (and I didn’t catch the name of the man at the desk) greeted me at the door, it created the experience. They were so damn nice I almost wrote it twice! Logan, phone rep at customer service number, deserves praise and kudos. I needed Guru Flower for my chronic insomnia and both Bonita and Fort Myers were sold out. I was facing a 48 minute drive to the Cape Coral store. So Logan looked to see if any was in back inventory at Bonita and FM. Nothing, and that’s where most employees would have stopped. Not Logan; He said hold a minute and CONTACTED both stores and sure enough the FM store had it. He saved me 48 minutes driving time and was so pleasant. It was refreshing how he was so courteous, patient and in this age of worker problems, you have an employee that stands above the rest. I sure hope you tell him about this review and put it in his file.

We have ordered from the Ft. Myers location but are VERY happy to see the Cape Coral MuV location open at Santa Barbara and Veterans Pkwy. I don't use myself, but do pay the bills and have found their business to be professional, courteous, and most importantly (for me) HONEST about their discounts and pricing. My wife of 45 years has a plethora of health problems and has found her medical marijuana card just what she needed to sleep at night. The staff has been exceptional with recommendations and helping select the correct product to achieve her needed goal for pain relief. Their discounts are market leading and they have ALWAYS lived up to the stated offers (I can't say the same for the competition). 25% off the entire order for Christmas was just what the doctor ordered to make my wife's holiday merry! They do have free delivery as well but with the online ordering and customer support you can confidently order and just pop in for pick-up. Glad to see them doing business in Cape Coral.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Fort Myers does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. I understand you might think somebody smells bad, but they actually sprayed the counters and we're picking on him behind his back after I left in my presence. This was my first time trying out MÜV and I was purchasing just one item. When I inserted my card and entered my PIN into the system it showed an approval code. For some reason, this threw off the staff members and they asked me if it already charged my account. I told them yes and proceeded to show them on my Chase app that the transaction is now pending but they said that I need to re-insert my card and PIN because it didn’t go through. The only reason why the card reader provided an approval code is because the system ran out of receipt paper. The staff told me that I could call my bank to resolve this situation so I went to the bank only for them to tell me to go back to the store who caused this mistake. With no time to go back to the store, I instead contacted the support team online and they said have a $60 store credit but I just wanted my money back because I got other things to pay for. I asked if there is any other way that i could get the money in cash or back into my card and I get no response from the support team. I go back into the store later in the week and they told me that there is no way that I could get my money back. This is my first and last time purchasing from MÜV. The only good thing about my experience with this shop was the excellent customer service provided I just wish this could’ve been a different outcome.

Was given wrong orders on 2 different occasions. This first time wrong flower that I ordered. Called Corp office line and left complaint but never heard anything back. This past time not only was order wrong but it had someone else's name on it. Med tender failed to even take product out of bag to make sure he was dispensing proper meds. I went through the drive-up window at the store in Ft. Myers and the cashier short changed me. When I called him on it he said the register did not have proper change. He said if I wanted it he would have to go to another cashier. Why didn't he tell me before he kept my change. Why should I have to pay for their coin shortage? We have ordered from the Ft. Myers location but are VERY happy to see the Cape Coral MuV location open at Santa Barbara and Veterans Pkwy. I don't use myself, but do pay the bills and have found their business to be professional, courteous, and most importantly (for me) HONEST about their discounts and pricing. My wife of 45 years has a plethora of health problems and has found her medical marijuana card just what she needed to sleep at night. The staff has been exceptional with recommendations and helping select the correct product to achieve her needed goal for pain relief. Well it's not the fault of any of the dispensaries. It's just the immaturity of the industry in Florida. As amazing as some of the products are, the consistent availability isn't really there yet. I was going to pick up some more, but in just a couple days it's been sold out. It's not like there aren't other strains and concentrates, but when you find one that you really enjoy, it goes away too soon.😢

Medical Marijuana is a new industry in the state of Florida, which is all the more reason to be at the vanguard of an essential service industry during a pandemic. But the fact that MÜV will not work with an Primary Immunodeficiency patient in medically-ordered isolation, by insisting on having a wet signature for acceptance of delivery, is absolutely criminal! For an industry deemed an essential service as a medication, yet won't work within the parameters ordered by a doctor, is withholding medication!!!
