By far, my favorite location for quick pickups; I am usually in and out within 15 min. Products are always fresh and potent for my needs. Inventory is usually expansive unless it is a holiday (but that is to be expected). I have shopped at this location three times a month for the past three years. It is a definite recommendation for individuals to at least stop by and get that smile back on your face.

Up until yesterday I've never had a problem with lutz MUV. I love every tender at that store, as a matter of fact. They all are friendly and knowledgeable. But the girl that helped me yesterday, I think her name is Tati? Wouldn't give me my rewards and let me use another discount. And was treating me very rude. I've never left a review but I felt like this one needed to be left. 🙁 shouldn't have left her a tip at all. But I worked in hospitality and that's not like me. Every other tender I've dealt with wants to give me a great deal, and asks me about my rewards or discounts. When I asked if I could use them, she said "yeah if you want to" and looked at me like I was crazy.

I’m picky and besides grow healthy & one plant I don’t really like any of the dispos in Florida but ,this specific muv always has something good on hand and always gives me some type of discount ,hats off to my last 2 bud tenders appreciated the 25% twice.. I had lower expectations both times I really only went in because it’s closer but after trying the live rosin ménage and ice cream cake I’m actually pretty happy with there quality and it worked out better then taking a 30 - 45 min ride.

Would not recommending shopping here there 3.5 g containers are not sealed and their t1 T2 and t3 flower buds look exactly the same furthermore the pre-rolls are garbage don't buy them if you notice when you go into the lobby there's hardly ever anybody in there because your products are garbage I recommend going to trulieve Wesley Chapel just down the road a little bit more busy but much more better quality of flower and a better all around experience with customer service.

5 stars for knowledge and information on the products; and for quality cannabis - but minus one star for location, parking lot and ability to enter the lot- there is only one entrance on 54 @41 and if you miss that one shot you have to drive like a 1/4 mile to turn around then you have to get back onto 54 and turn around like 1/3 mile down the road. Once you go there a few times you will see but even the other day I made such good timing traffic wise, and I missed the exit....I didn't realize I was right there and same thing you have to go like a 1/3 of a mile on 54 to turn around... but like I wrote- the product is nice and the curators really know their stuff

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Lutz does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.

You feel like a valued customer and a friend.The rotation of supply is good. I wish they had a larger flower selection or rotate the strains more often but I’m still always happy with what I get. Up until yesterday I've never had a problem with lutz MUV. I love every tender at that store, as a matter of fact. They all are friendly and knowledgeable. But the girl that helped me yesterday, I think her name is Tati? Wouldn't give me my rewards and let me use another discount. And was treating me very rude. I've never left a review but I felt like this one needed to be left. 🙁 shouldn't have left her a tip at all. But I worked in hospitality and that's not like me. Every other tender I've dealt with wants to give me a great deal, and asks me about my rewards or discounts. When I asked if I could use them, she said "yeah if you want to" and looked at me like I was crazy.

I’m picky and besides grow healthy & one plant I don’t really like any of the dispos in Florida but ,this specific muv always has something good on hand and always gives me some type of discount ,hats off to my last 2 bud tenders appreciated the 25% twice.. I had lower expectations both times I really only went in because it’s closer but after trying the live rosin ménage and ice cream cake I’m actually pretty happy with there quality and it worked out better then taking a 30 - 45 min ride.

Would not recommending shopping here there 3.5 g containers are not sealed and their t1 T2 and t3 flower buds look exactly the same furthermore the pre-rolls are garbage don't buy them if you notice when you go into the lobby there's hardly ever anybody in there because your products are garbage I recommend going to trulieve Wesley Chapel just down the road a little bit more busy but much more better quality of flower and a better all around experience with customer service.

5 stars for knowledge and information on the products; and for quality cannabis - but minus one star for location, parking lot and ability to enter the lot- there is only one entrance on 54 @41 and if you miss that one shot you have to drive like a 1/4 mile to turn around then you have to get back onto 54 and turn around like 1/3 mile down the road. Once you go there a few times you will see but even the other day I made such good timing traffic wise, and I missed the exit....I didn't realize I was right there and same thing you have to go like a 1/3 of a mile on 54 to turn around... but like I wrote- the product is nice and the curators really know their stuff
