1st time at a dispensary in FLHere in this city they seem to have a more clinical appearance when you walk in, when compared to cities where smoking in public is legal(they tend to be a bit more colorful and laid back). However, the staff at MÜV was super chilled and friendly (and professional), so it was still a fun experience. Zane took his time explaining how all worked, and the different products available and in sync to my specific needs and interests. It was also my bday week and they gave me an extra reward! I highly recommend downloading their app for points and bday disc.

Don't get me wrong it's a great place. You know how they tell you if you have a guest, that the guest is not to influence what you purchase and whatnot. Well, I was with my father, and all I said to him was the name of one he had before to refresh his memory. The girl was like, oh you can't talk to him about any of it remember that's one of the first things we tell you. I looked at her and I said, all I did was remind him of a favor he had. He already told them his memory wasn't what it used to be. That's why he has me help him.It's like she didn't know the difference between influencing what he gets and telling him something from the past to trigger his memory. That aggravated me about that place.

I had the best experience with Sam at the call center. I have been trying for 2 years to find something to help my pain but don't like the high. My dr recommended ac/dc which is the same as the 30 to 1 rso. It comes out so skinny had to use about 2 inchs but still didn't get rid of a lot of pain. Called the call center and a amazing employee Sam stayed on the phone for a long time to help me figure this out. I'm a senior and have tried so many things and doing it thar way it's very expensive. He recommended taking something with the 30 to 1 only 2 drops of a tinture and added together should definitely help the pain without the high. This man took so much time answering all my questions and made me feel like doing this is on the right track. It's very hard when your older to navigate all of this but people like him make it all worth while. I now have hope 🙏 to get the best relief I can without being high. I cannot ever thank him enough for his help and expertise helping me navigate this all. Wish more people were so informed as he is. So kuttos to muv for having such a kind caring knowledgeable employee. Will keep coming back.

I really hate to leave a bad review for this lace because I have actually had good experiences here. I’ve been a customer of muv for 5 years and more so this location over a year. I’ve made multiple attempts via their customer service and in person talking to staff here about having spent close to 2800$ and not a single point earned . I’m extremely dissatisfied and annoyed and will be shopping elsewhere. I’m a veteran and use my vet discount here but that is not enough when I should be getting the hundreds upon hundreds of points I am rightfully owed.Fix your system. !! My personal profile is correct my number matches and my patient id is correct yet not 1 point ever given despite thousands spent here

Well I gotta say this dispensary is awesome never had any issues till today the employee that took care of me was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional I was telling her I couldn’t remember the names of flowers and gummy’s I wanted to purchase so I was looking at the board she rolled her eyes and kept asking me what did I want I replied to her and had said I apologize I’m taking your time but I just wanted to make sure I purchase the correct things I wanted- she was very obnoxious was very upset when her coworker got into the very nice girl then she changed somewhat her attitude but I was already disappointed with her because of her attitude I did give the complaint to the receptionist upfront I wanted to speak with a supervisor but no one was available I’ve never had this problem when I go but definitely if I see her again I don’t want her to take care of me. If I get in contact with a supervisor or manager I will them her name I don’t like to give complaints but this was uncalled for. I gave a one star but the place really is a five star this was the only employee I had this issue with

I love each and everyone of these guys they have helped educate me on so many different levels. These guys know their stuff and we as customers appreciate the education that these guys are given. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Orange City does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If MUV in Orange City online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. The girl was like, oh you can't talk to him about any of it remember that's one of the first things we tell you. I looked at her and I said, all I did was remind him of a favor he had. He already told them his memory wasn't what it used to be. That's why he has me help him.It's like she didn't know the difference between influencing what he gets and telling him something from the past to trigger his memory. That aggravated me about that place.

I had the best experience with Sam at the call center. I have been trying for 2 years to find something to help my pain but don't like the high. My dr recommended ac/dc which is the same as the 30 to 1 rso. It comes out so skinny had to use about 2 inchs but still didn't get rid of a lot of pain. Called the call center and a amazing employee Sam stayed on the phone for a long time to help me figure this out. I'm a senior and have tried so many things and doing it thar way it's very expensive. He recommended taking something with the 30 to 1 only 2 drops of a tinture and added together should definitely help the pain without the high. This man took so much time answering all my questions and made me feel like doing this is on the right track. It's very hard when your older to navigate all of this but people like him make it all worth while. I now have hope 🙏 to get the best relief I can without being high. I cannot ever thank him enough for his help and expertise helping me navigate this all. Wish more people were so informed as he is. So kuttos to muv for having such a kind caring knowledgeable employee. Will keep coming back.

I’ve made multiple attempts via their customer service and in person talking to staff here about having spent close to 2800$ and not a single point earned . I’m extremely dissatisfied and annoyed and will be shopping elsewhere. Well I gotta say this dispensary is awesome never had any issues till today the employee that took care of me was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional I was telling her I couldn’t remember the names of flowers and gummy’s I wanted to purchase so I was looking at the board she rolled her eyes and kept asking me what did I want I replied to her and had said I apologize I’m taking your time but I just wanted to make sure I purchase the correct things I wanted- she was very obnoxious was very upset when her coworker got into the very nice girl then she changed somewhat her attitude but I was already disappointed with her because of her attitude I did give the complaint to the receptionist upfront I wanted to speak with a supervisor but no one was available I’ve never had this problem when I go but definitely if I see her again I don’t want her to take care of me. If I get in contact with a supervisor or manager I will them her name I don’t like to give complaints but this was uncalled for. I gave a one star but the place really is a five star this was the only employee I had this issue with
