Now get me they have my phone # and email and could not make a phone call to me to let me know they made a mistake! The lady that helped me was like in left field! It was responsible to return my my card! So I had to drive back to their store 45 minutes away to get my card! There isn't alot that make this dispensary stand out. They have what they call a sell every now and then and every time I go something is wrong. My order gets rejected and no one knows why and I get in the car and drive .2 up the road and my order is fine. I guess they are picky about who they sell to.

Horrible they short my order and then I call support and Nick (manager ) said oh well basically . You lose $50 ! Unless someone other than Nick at the 1800 number which is their support line calls and makes it right I won’t be back at all !! This is incredible they could do something like this and not show the video of it going in the bags because I know they have video cameras everywhere ! They said they saw it go in my bag yet I looked as soon as I got home and nothing . They saw the battery go in my bag NOT the cart

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Orange Park does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Orange Park online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I visited the store in Orange Park Florida the clerk did not return my card to me when my transaction was complete could not get anyone on the phone! Now get me they have my phone # and email and could not make a phone call to me to let me know they made a mistake! The lady that helped me was like in left field! It was responsible to return my my card! So I had to drive back to their store 45 minutes away to get my card! That was very poor customer service what does HIPA have to do with informing the client she left her medical card at the store? My business will be focused on a different store POOR SERVICE!

There isn't alot that make this dispensary stand out. They have what they call a sell every now and then and every time I go something is wrong. My order gets rejected and no one knows why and I get in the car and drive .2 up the road and my order is fine. I guess they are picky about who they sell to.

Horrible they short my order and then I call support and Nick (manager ) said oh well basically . You lose $50 ! Unless someone other than Nick at the 1800 number which is their support line calls and makes it right I won’t be back at all !! This is incredible they could do something like this and not show the video of it going in the bags because I know they have video cameras everywhere ! They said they saw it go in my bag yet I looked as soon as I got home and nothing . They saw the battery go in my bag NOT the cart

The manager there at least the one I have dealt with so helpfuland nice. I drive to this one instead of the one near my home because of how great they are and seem to have all the product I use.
