I initially had found this by accident everyone was exceptionally nice, plz note: I am a 60 year old “newby” with this THC thing I got a 70 year old buddy that shops elsewhere and I was bragging on this place. Today September 7th my buddy stopped by there to pick up what I was telling him for himself.. he called me upset swearing that he was treated disrespectfully.. I found a few things he said suspect like the product wasn’t vacuum sealed and I swore he had to have taken it off .. for sake of a bigger argument we both set iff to the dispensary… to say we were both treated badly .. RUDE doesn’t begin this expensive disaster. In fact, I was so upset I never looked at what was in my bag. I always get the same thing Indica, and berry chews. I had great chews I have sativa flower I have all kinds of things I didn’t order and then I paid for it I was in tears when I left there, and was so embarrassed and humiliated. By the way I was treated and yelled at listen. I’m an old crippled lady that was just trying something other than a pill route for pain I can barely walk and I really am offended. By the way I was treated after I bragged on how fabulous everybody was. That’s an embarrassment . I was crying.. thinking I’m going to jail I mean I left there and I got one thing in my order that was correct.. so I see that those two gentleman‘s bad attitude rolled over to my bud, tender that he couldn’t get his thoughts together either because I spent enough a lot of money to get one thing that I asked for the rest is for an FYI they do not steal their containers. There’s a piece of tape put on over the jar when you buy it so he won the argument. This is the only place that does not make sure that your product is not tampered with by sealing the container and check your bag twice because you can’t take it back because there is no seal so they don’t know if you tampered with it so you’re screweD.UPDATE: so I’ve been back twice the first time I was told that someone was trying to contact me and had left me voicemails… well first off my voicemail isn’t active am hasn’t been since my stroke an aneurysm .. so I calle the number I was asked to … don’t 45 minutes on hold b’cause I was being avoided which was apparent by the poor young lady who had to keep lying to me.. so needless to say.. the behavior their was justified by them and I’m a law breaker… HERES A KICKER… I’ve not been able to put shoes in my feet in over a year… I am having surgery so I can get on with living.. I was stopped and told I MUST wear shoes .. and I said politely I would love nothing more but once they ARE on I am a FALL RISK… I can not use my left side for much other than a “kickstand”!for now anyways .. Sooo there’s no sign on the door about shoes .. I don’t walk on my hands and put my feet on the counter.. in fact I’m more afraid of peoples hand washing .. anyways .. this girl… who had some POWER trip said I’m welcome to use the delivery service…she is just like a pharmacy … it took all I had to not laugh any louder in her face as she is deciding to tell me she is a pharmacy. My pharmacist knows I come in with no shoes and I told her they’re going to legalize marijuana and she’s gonna be without a job and with her personality she shouldn’t work at the Humane Society. I’ve been there and sadly done that and can see why they have no one in there … they keep it just where she can handle it..They had asked me to call so we could work on the STAR rating .. for their review and I made an honest effort .. my items were not corrected and I won’t stand down and be lied to to my face saying you left messages and then turn and tell me I’m lying... I find it offensive at best. What so I gain by lying about any of it NOTHING..ok here’s the nitty bitty after this chick gets over bersel … the cannibis at this store are the best..I think the products are great the customer service and/or the overall approach with folks needs help … thank you

Their disposable vapes batteries die before you can use all of the medication you purchase. Regardless of how often I come here, they remember me, my preferences & products I had considered the previous times Ive been there! "If i recall correctly, last time you got the ratio patches, did it help? Or do you think you wanna try the full THC patch?" I get top tier, two thumbs up, 5 star service every single time. They take the time to break down anything i look at & things that they recommend for me. They listen if I have musings like "I hate being 'high' but I really want to try flower again. The pain relief feels like it lasts longer than vaping... If that makes sense. But no matter which strain of flower I try, it always seems to make me clock out & i get so paranoid. They had a nice showroom with all their products and a board with all the pricing. They only accept cash. I went back on May 28 to get a couple of patches and a vape pen. On their website, the vape pen I purchased was on sale. When I went into store, I paid regular price. Website is difficult to navigate, so I guess it was an online only sale. Very disappointed.

Some of the staff here are friendly and some are very rude and some pick and choose who they are nice/rude to. For example the short blonde that worked the front desk today in May 28th is so rude to me but nice to others. If I say anything to her she pretends I'm not there. The only thing I can get her to say is asking me if I have an express pickup order when I walk in. She never says "have a good day" when I leave, it's nothing. The staff that prepares your orders will lie to you about not having inventory when they do. They don't like it when you change your order or add certain items like gear to your order. So if you place your order online, don't change it or they'll be rude to you depending on who you get when you get there. I wished they'd change the staff here.

My husband and i went to muv for the first time last week and loved it! We drove all the way over from New Smyrna because we had heard such good things... and they all were spot-on. It’s clean, safe, and professional. We will def be making this pharmacy our primary one moving forward. Going to Muv in Ormond Beach is like going to a 5 star Dispensary. I can’t say enough about how clean and organized the pharmacy is. In my opinion, of all the local dispensaries stretching from volusia county to orange that I have traveled, this by far is the best one. I was just there yesterday picking up goodies for my bday and when I was told they were completely sold out of a product I had previously reserved & been anticipating its arrival for months, Jen was there and was quick to fix the situation. Sometimes all they have is indica or sativa, if you dose with flower and need both types you need to time it right or hit multiple Dispensaries to satisfy your needs. Florida is clearly behind in terms of accessibility, good strides, but just not enough here to not use the black market.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Ormond Beach does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. I initially had found this by accident everyone was exceptionally nice, plz note: I am a 60 year old “newby” with this THC thing I got a 70 year old buddy that shops elsewhere and I was bragging on this place. Today September 7th my buddy stopped by there to pick up what I was telling him for himself.. he called me upset swearing that he was treated disrespectfully.. I found a few things he said suspect like the product wasn’t vacuum sealed and I swore he had to have taken it off .. for sake of a bigger argument we both set iff to the dispensary… to say we were both treated badly .. RUDE doesn’t begin this expensive disaster. In fact, I was so upset I never looked at what was in my bag. I always get the same thing Indica, and berry chews. I had great chews I have sativa flower I have all kinds of things I didn’t order and then I paid for it I was in tears when I left there, and was so embarrassed and humiliated. By the way I was treated and yelled at listen. I’m an old crippled lady that was just trying something other than a pill route for pain I can barely walk and I really am offended. By the way I was treated after I bragged on how fabulous everybody was. That’s an embarrassment . I was crying.. thinking I’m going to jail I mean I left there and I got one thing in my order that was correct.. so I see that those two gentleman‘s bad attitude rolled over to my bud, tender that he couldn’t get his thoughts together either because I spent enough a lot of money to get one thing that I asked for the rest is for an FYI they do not steal their containers. There’s a piece of tape put on over the jar when you buy it so he won the argument. My pharmacist knows I come in with no shoes and I told her they’re going to legalize marijuana and she’s gonna be without a job and with her personality she shouldn’t work at the Humane Society. I’ve been there and sadly done that and can see why they have no one in there … they keep it just where she can handle it..They had asked me to call so we could work on the STAR rating .. for their review and I made an honest effort .. my items were not corrected and I won’t stand down and be lied to to my face saying you left messages and then turn and tell me I’m lying... Their disposable vapes batteries die before you can use all of the medication you purchase. Regardless of how often I come here, they remember me, my preferences & products I had considered the previous times Ive been there! "If i recall correctly, last time you got the ratio patches, did it help? Or do you think you wanna try the full THC patch?" I get top tier, two thumbs up, 5 star service every single time. They take the time to break down anything i look at & things that they recommend for me. They listen if I have musings like "I hate being 'high' but I really want to try flower again. The pain relief feels like it lasts longer than vaping... If that makes sense. But no matter which strain of flower I try, it always seems to make me clock out & i get so paranoid. Better yet, they check i have the materials i need to take the medication. 15/10

Some of the staff here are friendly and some are very rude and some pick and choose who they are nice/rude to. For example the short blonde that worked the front desk today in May 28th is so rude to me but nice to others. If I say anything to her she pretends I'm not there. The only thing I can get her to say is asking me if I have an express pickup order when I walk in. She never says "have a good day" when I leave, it's nothing. The staff that prepares your orders will lie to you about not having inventory when they do. They don't like it when you change your order or add certain items like gear to your order. So if you place your order online, don't change it or they'll be rude to you depending on who you get when you get there. I wished they'd change the staff here.

My husband and i went to muv for the first time last week and loved it! We drove all the way over from New Smyrna because we had heard such good things... and they all were spot-on. It’s clean, safe, and professional. We will def be making this pharmacy our primary one moving forward. We both have our cards and our favorites have been the disposables, RSO, mouth spray, and distillate. Andrea was our medtender Last time and was super knowledgeable and hospitable. She helped me narrow two strands down to perfectly fit my needs during the day and night. Highly recommend talking to her if you can!

In my opinion, of all the local dispensaries stretching from volusia county to orange that I have traveled, this by far is the best one. Their products are quality and top of the line & the excellent and friendly service I get has me returning every other week! Literally. I was just there yesterday picking up goodies for my bday and when I was told they were completely sold out of a product I had previously reserved & been anticipating its arrival for months, Jen was there and was quick to fix the situation. She made it happen & even gifted me a pre roll on the house as a courtesy to try! Clean facility nice folk. No dispenery in FL is worth 5 stars yet, prices are all high, discounting for bulk buys are not an option, strains offered are not consistent. Sometimes all they have is indica or sativa, if you dose with flower and need both types you need to time it right or hit multiple Dispensaries to satisfy your needs. Florida is clearly behind in terms of accessibility, good strides, but just not enough here to not use the black market.
