Exceptional staff and very friendly, they also have a decent bit of knowledge and won't steer you in the wrong direction for suggestions. The product line could use some help at this location. Diamonds are never available anymore. Also, not a fan of ethanol extracts. They are very dirty. Their live sugar, diamonds and distillate are usually excellent.Their live sugar has improved drastically after making this review. Not there was anything wrong with it, but definitely a quality jump. Good to see someone is paying attention! 5 stars.

Actual delivery was fine. The delivery process leaves ALOT to be desired. It took 3 days, multiple phone calls, 2 calls with the Customer Care team and a lot of stress, aggravation and sleepless nights to get my order. The whole process needs to be better and people need to be more honest when resolving an issue. Won’t be doing delivery again any time soon, at least not with MUV. Good luck people…hopefully you have better luck than I did.

Went in as a visitor to help my mom since she has dementia. Robert was very unhelpful. He barely helped us. He just wanted to scoot us out. I come with my mom often to help her and he was the worst customer service representative we’ve ever had. He didn’t mention the card reader not working until she was trying to hand him the card and just told us the ATM was behind us since it wasn’t working. I asked if it was just this register he said he’d half to walk down to another register then told us none were working. Super confusing. She wanted to get more stuff after what she had already gotten and we were told we had to go out and come back in. Like what?! Why couldn’t she just be rung up?! He didn’t care so my mom had to walk out and walk in to be checked in again and wait. (She also uses a cane to walk and isn’t physically stable) How ridiculous. Maybe he needs to be trained better or learn compassion.Let me add, we came back in literally minutes later and magically all card machines work. What a joke. Lady working here looked shocked.

I attempted four separate visits to this location and was unable to make a purchase due to limited staff and long wait times. Sitting in the lobby for more than 45 minutes waiting. Don't bother with placing an order for pickup as that doesn't make a difference. I'll be shopping elsewhere. Once you're taken to the back, it's a nice experience but getting taken back is the problem. They should bring on more staff to handle the volume of customers they receive.

You’ll place an order, they’ll get sold out of that product, you’ll wait 30 minutes while they pick n choose who they want to dispense to, then tell you they are sold out.I placed an “Express Check-out”order at your Sebastian location, which is always more concerned with chit chat while the waiting area is full with patrons.I get there, wait 15 min, they call up someone that came after me. This place used to be great. I know they are short staffed but my orders keep not getting filled the same day I place them. I placed an order Saturday that stayed at verifying until Sunday afternoon. I couldn't pick it up Sunday and then it got canceled first thing this morning. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I have 2 sick kids and a cat that had surgery. Saturday was the only day I could pick it up until Monday. It hasn't been 24 hour from when you filled it.

So happy I found this place compared to Tru just wish I had found MUV sooner..If you try some of the reserve or t1 flower you'll be happier than current provider I don't care which dispensary you're using now as this is the best quality product I've found in state. I have been in store and the place is VERY clean. Every employee is friendly and helpful. I now usually use their delivery service. Besides being convenient, delivery isn't too expensive, and they have free delivery if you spend a certain amount. They always have deals and specials going on for all different products. Unlike another dispensary,( we all know who) what you order is what arrives in your delivery! All the delivery people are great too. A special shout out to Anthony. Since the first time he has been at our house to deliver, he has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Muv can feel good sending him out to peoples homes. The best part about this place is the quality of their products. Higher content than most other places and they usually have what you need in stock, which, is a problem for other dispensaries. Only thing is....I wish they had a loyalty program. I called and asked and was told they don't have a loyalty program because of their daily deals. Other dispensaries have daily deals and a loyalty program as well. So, if there is anything I could change about the MUV it would be a loyalty program. I actually go to other places when I can hit their deals and get points.

I call MUV the apple store for flower... You can't visit without wanting to buy something and the BEST. Literally thrilled to have them in Sebastian as I've been driving to Palm Beach because of the quality. I've purchased several tinctures from throughout the state and theirs is the only one I have to keep around! Wow! I'm highly impressed with MUV in Sebastian. For a sleepy older town (which I LOVE) I was surprised to see a dispensary at all. Once inside I was greeted by friendly staff. Then inside the large "show room" it was bright, large, well lit, and contemporary. I used my 25% off first customer discount to try three different flower strains. The buds were small but this dispensary actually let me see and SMELL the product! Not all do this. I was very very happy after product testing at home. I will be back soon.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Sebastian does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If MUV in Sebastian online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Diamonds are never available anymore. Also, not a fan of ethanol extracts. They are very dirty. Their live sugar, diamonds and distillate are usually excellent.Their live sugar has improved drastically after making this review. Not there was anything wrong with it, but definitely a quality jump. Good to see someone is paying attention! 5 stars.

Actual delivery was fine. The delivery process leaves ALOT to be desired. It took 3 days, multiple phone calls, 2 calls with the Customer Care team and a lot of stress, aggravation and sleepless nights to get my order. The whole process needs to be better and people need to be more honest when resolving an issue. Won’t be doing delivery again any time soon, at least not with MUV. Went in as a visitor to help my mom since she has dementia. Robert was very unhelpful. He barely helped us. He just wanted to scoot us out. I come with my mom often to help her and he was the worst customer service representative we’ve ever had. He didn’t mention the card reader not working until she was trying to hand him the card and just told us the ATM was behind us since it wasn’t working. I asked if it was just this register he said he’d half to walk down to another register then told us none were working. Super confusing. She wanted to get more stuff after what she had already gotten and we were told we had to go out and come back in. Like what?! Why couldn’t she just be rung up?! He didn’t care so my mom had to walk out and walk in to be checked in again and wait. (She also uses a cane to walk and isn’t physically stable) How ridiculous. Maybe he needs to be trained better or learn compassion.Let me add, we came back in literally minutes later and magically all card machines work. What a joke. Lady working here looked shocked.

I attempted four separate visits to this location and was unable to make a purchase due to limited staff and long wait times. Sitting in the lobby for more than 45 minutes waiting. Don't bother with placing an order for pickup as that doesn't make a difference. I'll be shopping elsewhere. Once you're taken to the back, it's a nice experience but getting taken back is the problem. They should bring on more staff to handle the volume of customers they receive.

This place used to be great. I know they are short staffed but my orders keep not getting filled the same day I place them. I placed an order Saturday that stayed at verifying until Sunday afternoon. I couldn't pick it up Sunday and then it got canceled first thing this morning. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I have 2 sick kids and a cat that had surgery. Besides being convenient, delivery isn't too expensive, and they have free delivery if you spend a certain amount. They always have deals and specials going on for all different products. The best part about this place is the quality of their products. Higher content than most other places and they usually have what you need in stock, which, is a problem for other dispensaries. Only thing is....I wish they had a loyalty program. I called and asked and was told they don't have a loyalty program because of their daily deals. Other dispensaries have daily deals and a loyalty program as well. So, if there is anything I could change about the MUV it would be a loyalty program. I call MUV the apple store for flower... You can't visit without wanting to buy something and the BEST. Literally thrilled to have them in Sebastian as I've been driving to Palm Beach because of the quality. I've purchased several tinctures from throughout the state and theirs is the only one I have to keep around! The tenders also allow you to smell the on-hand selections of flower they have available which is a plus for me due to most products coming sealed. Please plan to visit! Wow! I'm highly impressed with MUV in Sebastian. For a sleepy older town (which I LOVE) I was surprised to see a dispensary at all. Once inside I was greeted by friendly staff. Then inside the large "show room" it was bright, large, well lit, and contemporary. I used my 25% off first customer discount to try three different flower strains. The buds were small but this dispensary actually let me see and SMELL the product! Not all do this. I was very very happy after product testing at home. I will be back soon.
