This is the best medical dispensary that I’ve been in as of yet! I’ve had my car since 2018. So I’ve experienced a lot of them. I give them 5 starts for the following reasons-1.They always have a great selection. 2. They have awesome deals! 3. The product here is great and worth a 5 star review…..unfortunately management is severely lacking and without ability to handle the slightest of issues, presented.There seems to be no real management structure in the delivery team they act extremely shady over the phone and unsure as to their job function.Had a minor issue today and tried to speak to a manager…. it was a simple thing, but instead the manager kept me on the phone for an extreme amount of time a refused to solve my problem while antagonizing me.You could have the best product out there but if your management team is absent and inept in their job duties. The product itself is worthless.

Today my medtender was "dungeon Matt" (two Matt's work here but this one has purple hair) and he was so much help. It was a great experience for a first timer! Make sure you bring cash, if not they have ATMsThey asked me for either ID. Then held on to it till my appointment was through. While I wait they had me fill out paper work for HIPPA Purposes. I patiently waited for my name to be called into a secure area. During my wait, I was able to look at laminated menus or a TV menu.Then Dylan my dedicated advocate called me back. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very thorough about the process.I definitely will be back. I hope to get Dylan again!

No matter the day or time I have yet to have a bad experience at Muv in Shalimar. They were the first dispensary I ever went to and even after checking a few others out I always find myself wanting to go back there. Dylan in particular is my favorite to see and chat with when I’m there for my purchases. All other dispensaries offer discount incentives for customer reviews (both positive and negative feedback welcome.) Muv sent me a text asking me to rate my dispenser, and the URL directed me to rate their entire location. I specifically requested not to receive text messages in the new patient information I completed moments ago. I was unable to list the contact that referred me without a special code I was not aware of until I received my own during registration. Product is good. Drive thru pick up lanes are stellar. Great location.

I was always pleased with MUV, until today. I purchased two Puffco pens on 2/14/22. Yesterday, one would not charge, or turn on. I drove over today , since they stated, "If anything goes wrong, we'll make it right"! When I purchased the Puffcos, they were on sale for 66.00 each. I spent 132.00 and one went bad. They directed me to contact Puffco. WTH, I purchase a battery MUV reccomended, and now I have to send it off for warranty? This isn't CUSTOMER SERVICE, at its finest. When they explained how they might not get an answer I stated, I don't care. I just want a battery that works for longer than 2 weeks. Not happy and I won't be returning. I stopped at 2 Vape shops and they stand by their products. If one goes bad during warranty, the store replaces it

This is a Newer Dispensary in Shalimar. They have a great incentive program and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always order online and go to pick up my product. They finally extended their hours which is great. The only negative is, even when ordering online, you are waiting in their lobby. It can be a lengthy wait at times. They also do not deliver beyond 20 miles.

The flower is dry every single time. Usually, I can handle some dusty flower because the drive through is a major bonus. However, the company has no rewards program, nor do they have any incentive for returning. When I first entered the building, I was immediately greeted and acknowledged. Registration was a breeze, the consultation was informative and the staff was very patient. Muv doesn’t require customers wear masks at all locations, only the ones where local laws require them . Employees are always required to wear a mask at all locations. This means that some locations require masks on customers, while others like Sarasota for example, do not. MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Shalimar does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Shalimar online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. No matter the day or time I have yet to have a bad experience at Muv in Shalimar. They were the first dispensary I ever went to and even after checking a few others out I always find myself wanting to go back there. Dylan in particular is my favorite to see and chat with when I’m there for my purchases. It’s nice to be able to have someone you can ask questions too but joke around and have a good time while you wait to check out. I absolutely love this store and shout out to the managers for hiring a great staff. You could use some more girl employees though!

All other dispensaries offer discount incentives for customer reviews (both positive and negative feedback welcome.) Muv sent me a text asking me to rate my dispenser, and the URL directed me to rate their entire location. I specifically requested not to receive text messages in the new patient information I completed moments ago. I was unable to list the contact that referred me without a special code I was not aware of until I received my own during registration. Product is good. Drive thru pick up lanes are stellar. Great location.

I was always pleased with MUV, until today. I purchased two Puffco pens on 2/14/22. Yesterday, one would not charge, or turn on. I drove over today , since they stated, "If anything goes wrong, we'll make it right"! When I purchased the Puffcos, they were on sale for 66.00 each. I spent 132.00 and one went bad. They directed me to contact Puffco. WTH, I purchase a battery MUV reccomended, and now I have to send it off for warranty? This isn't CUSTOMER SERVICE, at its finest. When they explained how they might not get an answer I stated, I don't care. I just want a battery that works for longer than 2 weeks. Not happy and I won't be returning. I stopped at 2 Vape shops and they stand by their products. If one goes bad during warranty, the store replaces it

This is a Newer Dispensary in Shalimar. They have a great incentive program and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always order online and go to pick up my product. They finally extended their hours which is great. The only negative is, even when ordering online, you are waiting in their lobby. It can be a lengthy wait at times. They also do not deliver beyond 20 miles.

The flower is dry every single time. Usually, I can handle some dusty flower because the drive through is a major bonus. However, the company has no rewards program, nor do they have any incentive for returning. There’s 4 other dispensaries within 10 miles that all appreciate the longevity of customer support by offering rewards programs. When I first entered the building, I was immediately greeted and acknowledged. Registration was a breeze, the consultation was informative and the staff was very patient. They were very nice in accommodating me (I am disabled) and made my visit comforting. Mollie (I think that's her name) took great care of me. She was awesome. Nick was great too. I will DEFINITELY recommend this dispensary to other cancer patients like myself. The only issue i have with MUV is that I wish you had a larger inventory of flower product strains. Otherwise, I will be back.

Muv doesn’t require customers wear masks at all locations, only the ones where local laws require them . Employees are always required to wear a mask at all locations. This means that some locations require masks on customers, while others like Sarasota for example, do not. I can’t ethically spend money at a business that doesn’t make a reasonable effort to protect all their customers from covid So I don’t shop here.I’m posting this review because I can’t find anything on the company site or here on maps stating this specific locations policy.If anything in this review is in error I hope Muv will correct me.
