I came in around lunch time on 11/9. As a newly prescribed patient, I’m still learning and very nervous choosing products. I let the girl know who attended me, I was inexperienced. She was very cold, seemed annoyed when I was asking her questions AND basically had RBF the whole time. Not customer friendly at all. It wasn’t until AFTER I tipped that she smiled & thanked me.Let’s just say, that left a sour taste in my mouth & wont be coming back.I do have to say that all the gentlemen that were there were very polite and friendly.

Angel took me into the area where all the products were and was very knowledgeable about the questions that I asked. He knew what I needed (without the proper name which I forgot) and gave me a list of items, the different aromas, and the health benefits of each one. The one thing that Angel did for me, a senior citizen, that I felt was above & beyond, was to open a bottle for me before I left. I’m tired of paying $85 dollar for live rosin that’s green and brown that taste like straight leaf… I only consume live rosin and the quality was never really that good but lately it’s has just been getting worse and worse every time I go. It would be nice if people cared more about their product instead of the dollars they’re making off of it because their rosin is worth 50-60 gram not $85… other dispensaries in Florida sell true six star for around that price

Starting at 4th in line, the wait wasn't too long to be called from the front waiting room. Was escorted to the sales area where my order was confirmed and completed quickly and easily. Had two online orders combined into one with no hassles AT ALL, and was certainly not declined any products ordered, in large part because my comments on my order were actually read by a human. It feels great to have such a caring attentive and knowledgeable team tending to my needs, including the incredibly nice young lady that took care of my purchase. In general the prices are reasonable, but there is always some kind of sale going on. A 40% off sale enabled me to try a new product. Products are high quality, including some innovative products no one else offers. Gave four stars due to driving distance; would reeeally like to see a store in Charlotte County.

Ideally it felt more as a sales pitch than an actual medical standards of trying to determine what that person was coming in for and what type of relief that they were looking for. An added note is that significant others should be allowed specially when you have medical patient who may be overwhelmed by the different options and need to have someone back in the back assisting them with the products and determinations of what medication is needed.After contact was made and options were discussed, this has been an update to the review.Tori from the patient care team has been amazing to work with.Keep up the great work.

My bf had such a great experience with xander at the front desk. Also with emily at the register that he told me. He went from being in pain to raving about how nice the workers were and how he learned alot about how his individual endocannabinoid system. They have staff that know serious medical information. MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in North Port does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in North Port online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I’m tired of paying $85 dollar for live rosin that’s green and brown that taste like straight leaf… I only consume live rosin and the quality was never really that good but lately it’s has just been getting worse and worse every time I go. It would be nice if people cared more about their product instead of the dollars they’re making off of it because their rosin is worth 50-60 gram not $85… other dispensaries in Florida sell true six star for around that price

Starting at 4th in line, the wait wasn't too long to be called from the front waiting room. Was escorted to the sales area where my order was confirmed and completed quickly and easily. Had two online orders combined into one with no hassles AT ALL, and was certainly not declined any products ordered, in large part because my comments on my order were actually read by a human. It feels great to have such a caring attentive and knowledgeable team tending to my needs, including the incredibly nice young lady that took care of my purchase. My bf had such a great experience with xander at the front desk. Also with emily at the register that he told me. He went from being in pain to raving about how nice the workers were and how he learned alot about how his individual endocannabinoid system. They have staff that know serious medical information. Its not just this is good this is good. They told him what the terps in his favorite strains are and how they affect him. That’s priceless for a consumer or PTSD patient they need staff like these 2 all over the country he said also they are excited about jungle boys working with them. As is he. Big love and gratitude for the muv team. From the big guys to the little guys he said muv keeps there grows indoor and spends real climate control agriculture money on there set ups. Shout out. No light deps being sold as indoors. Theres a price jump indoor because you are the only thing generating liight for the plants to do that cost more money. The store was clean and fresh. Eric took care of me and made some quality recommendations, as he always does.
