Maybe the dispensaries themselves are fine if you go into the store. But whatever you do, do not order delivery. This is the second time that I’ve had a bad experience with delivery, and this time I didn’t even get the delivery. I chatted with people three days in a row, and even talked to a person who said they were gonna get to the bottom of it. I never got a return phone call back. Apparently everything is in the hands of the delivery team, and even the people I chatted with couldn’t get them to respond. I’m deleting their app, I also told my doctor how horrible they were, and I’ll never use them again.Edited on March 18, 2024: I got one phone call, which I returned, and heard nothing else. It was a pretty response, though. Lol

They dont let you look at anything before you buy as well, just from pictures and as you see above difference is black and white. I wouldnt be upset if it wasnt priced at over 13 a gram

I am handicapable, I'm in a chair, and it can be difficult to get in and out of the dispensary. Parking is also a huge negative. It's $10 to park on the weekends, I would not go Sat or Sun. Other than that my experiences have always been great. The place is clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Product is on the expensive side, especially concentrates. The quality of product is good!! Unless you have 50% off, it will hit your wallet. Be prepared to spend.

The location is great (right across the street from a parking lot) and the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and efficient.I was brought to the back very quickly (just a few minutes after arriving) and Meagan assisted me. The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because of the people they have working there. Thanks cooper. Otherwise this dispensary isn't quality anymore. The products still remain on the higher side in price yet the quality doesn't match. They try to get you in with high THC percentages but keep hidden all of the other pertinent information like terpine percentage and other COA information. If you are thinking about coming here or choosing anywhere else choose anywhere else because your money isn't worth being spent here. With the lack of point sytem, lack of meaningful discount programs or deals this place is the epitome of what the marijuana program in Florida is....lacking quality, insanely high prices, and a lack of care for patients in the long run.

I have been to the Longwood MUV 4 times. The first time was good, the last 3 times were not. Always check if the product you ordered is what is in the bag. They like to bate you with a high thc % and switch you to a lower % version. Not my problem anymore, I'll never be back!

Except for one of the managers Patrick, who had a member of his staff call me to ask me for more money and make the transaction more lucrative for the store. I used a physician referral discount, a store credit from a return, and CanPay. This manager thought his staff should have applied my store credit, then the discount (increasing my cost by about $30), then have me pay the difference which is not how retail works. I can't believe the audacity to call a patient on a Saturday night because you can't comprehend basic customer service and mathematics. I worked in retail for 10 years and how he became a manager is beyond me. Even after I tried to explain it to him multiple times, he still maintained his position until I had to finally hang up out of anger and frustration.

I went for the first time earlier this week. I’ll likely never go again. The man at the front desk was incredibly uninviting. He was also very rude to his staff in front of costumers. While I was there, he showed that he was angry and yelled that a man was at risk of getting written up for taking his lunch without alerting others. Why should I know that? Why are you speaking about this stuff in front of patients? Unprofessional much? He later, in a fit of frustration, told his staff (in front of customers) “I CANT DO EVERYTHING, GUYS!” It was very uncomfortable and I’d argue that someone in a position of power should be a better role model.

Really hate to leave a negative review, but the two times I have been in there have been extremely uncomfortable. Staff did not seem knowledgeable or communicative. The atmosphere was tense and awkward. Both my partner and I agree that neither one of us has ever felt so unwelcome in a dispensary. When we said that out loud in the car after our second try coming here, I realized a comment like that warrants a review. It’s a shame because I do enjoy the products, sadly the experience matters to me as well. All the positive reviews really baffle me, wish I could say I had the same experience.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If MUV in Orlando online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Maybe the dispensaries themselves are fine if you go into the store. But whatever you do, do not order delivery. This is the second time that I’ve had a bad experience with delivery, and this time I didn’t even get the delivery. I chatted with people three days in a row, and even talked to a person who said they were gonna get to the bottom of it. I never got a return phone call back. Apparently everything is in the hands of the delivery team, and even the people I chatted with couldn’t get them to respond. I’m deleting their app, I also told my doctor how horrible they were, and I’ll never use them again.Edited on March 18, 2024: I got one phone call, which I returned, and heard nothing else. I am handicapable, I'm in a chair, and it can be difficult to get in and out of the dispensary. Parking is also a huge negative. It's $10 to park on the weekends, I would not go Sat or Sun. Other than that my experiences have always been great. The place is clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Product is on the expensive side, especially concentrates. The quality of product is good!! Unless you have 50% off, it will hit your wallet. Be prepared to spend.

The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because of the people they have working there. Thanks cooper. Otherwise this dispensary isn't quality anymore. The products still remain on the higher side in price yet the quality doesn't match. They try to get you in with high THC percentages but keep hidden all of the other pertinent information like terpine percentage and other COA information. If you are thinking about coming here or choosing anywhere else choose anywhere else because your money isn't worth being spent here. With the lack of point sytem, lack of meaningful discount programs or deals this place is the epitome of what the marijuana program in Florida is....lacking quality, insanely high prices, and a lack of care for patients in the long run.

Except for one of the managers Patrick, who had a member of his staff call me to ask me for more money and make the transaction more lucrative for the store. I used a physician referral discount, a store credit from a return, and CanPay. This manager thought his staff should have applied my store credit, then the discount (increasing my cost by about $30), then have me pay the difference which is not how retail works. I can't believe the audacity to call a patient on a Saturday night because you can't comprehend basic customer service and mathematics. I worked in retail for 10 years and how he became a manager is beyond me. Even after I tried to explain it to him multiple times, he still maintained his position until I had to finally hang up out of anger and frustration.

I went for the first time earlier this week. I’ll likely never go again. The man at the front desk was incredibly uninviting. He was also very rude to his staff in front of costumers. While I was there, he showed that he was angry and yelled that a man was at risk of getting written up for taking his lunch without alerting others. Why should I know that? Why are you speaking about this stuff in front of patients? Unprofessional much? He later, in a fit of frustration, told his staff (in front of customers) “I CANT DO EVERYTHING, GUYS!” It was very uncomfortable and I’d argue that someone in a position of power should be a better role model.

Very friendly staff. Fast process no wait time. Cash only atm on site. I would give 5 stars but the parking is the biggest issue. So I opted to be dropped off and then picked back up. Kind of a 2 person deal and a hassle. I would frequent the store more often if parking was available. For now I will stop in when I have a driver to drop me off and pick me up. Please consider a better location than downtown.

Jena was helpful and informative, and very patient and thorough when answering my questions. She gave me great recommendations for sleep, nausea, and anxiety. Jena provided me with pamphlets and sheets for me to do additional researcg at home, and had me checked out on no time flat. Despite being a new customer, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Really hate to leave a negative review, but the two times I have been in there have been extremely uncomfortable. Staff did not seem knowledgeable or communicative. The atmosphere was tense and awkward. Both my partner and I agree that neither one of us has ever felt so unwelcome in a dispensary. When we said that out loud in the car after our second try coming here, I realized a comment like that warrants a review. It’s a shame because I do enjoy the products, sadly the experience matters to me as well. All the positive reviews really baffle me, wish I could say I had the same experience.

I’ve only been to this location a few times as a walk in, but I am a huge fan of their all in one vape pens! Taste is like dabs 👍🏽 never been longer than a 10 min wait to be seen, clean place, and friendly staff. It’s always worth the drive! (Please open a Kissimmee location 🤣)

Its a great dispensary with good deals specially for first time customers. There is no parking in front but there is a parking garage right behind it for only $1 for 30 minutes which was enough for me... I would recommend

The people there are friendly and helpful and the shop is really nice. Like an apple store or something. Their flower selection is pretty great. The one that sticks out is Guru. The smell and overall bag appeal is something. The smell is like that of a citrus fruit or bag of citrus candy. It's really incredibly funky stuff.
