Shalil was great but the guy was really rude to her and yelling at her all because she asked for help getting her credit card terminal back working. If she didn’t get them back working I wouldn’t have purchased anything because I would have had to take out more than what my purchase was. Shalil you were amazing and thanks for being knowledgeable and extremely pleasant! Hope that guy who was the team lead w/black nail polish gets in trouble for treating you that way in front of customers!! Kuddos to you for handling it the best way! I took my dad here today to fill a prescription and the staff could not have been more kind, helpful, and patient. I was extremely concerned about him getting in and out because my dad has pancreatic cancer and is very weak. The receptionist checked us in quickly. The manager was patient with my concerns, got him easily in and seated and was kind with my protectiveness. Gage was informative with what we were prescribed and the MUV products, and helped him choose what was best. He explained how to use everything. When we got home, my dad actually played with his granddaughter after trying one of the products Gage sent us home with.Thank you to MUV for their kindness to both of us and their help with his choosing products.

I tried using the website chat feature and was told I must use Google to provide customer feedback. Okay, here you go. MUV rebuilt its website and purged all member information so we have to create new accounts. That means we now have to scan the bar code on our cards via phone camera to order and build the new account. I’ve done all this before. Loyal customer. Now I’m being made to do it again to give MUV money. I called to try placing an order, twice. Five minutes on hold both times with no human interaction so I hung up. I tried three avenues to give MUV money this morning and the company made it impossible. Luckily MUV isn’t the only dispensary in town. Bye.

The guy I had the last few times really needs to go. He’s not knowledgeable on product and I don’t like his attitude or demeanor. This used to be my 1st choice but a month ago I walked in at 1:30 on Saturday and there were 3 employees working and it took 35 mins to get what l needed. We asked why and muv said it was a schedule issue...I wasn't the only one that was upset so I decided to go elsewhere. Well I was on this side of town and thought I would give move another chance I came in today and there was one person and he was working behind the counter .When I asked him what was going on he said one person's on their break the other person in the bathroom and the managers on the phone, the other two he didn't know. Again you get this l dare you ask us why your delayed.!!! So when do y'all start waiting on customers? I will not be back. Apparently my business isn't important enough.

I have not had another dispensary offer that.What kept this from a 5 star is simple, it's in Florida. You cannot see or smell the flower. You can't see the tricones. Florida needs to adopt the rules/regs of Oregon. But that is not this dispensary's problem, it's statewide.

I usually always have a pick up order because I'm the type that needs to work out their order before speaking to someone. This is my go-to favorite dispensary, everyone is so nice and welcoming. They open the doors for you, and are all very personable. Dejah (I’m not sure if that’s spelled correctly) is amazing, and makes such great conversation, like you’re talking to a friend, and really makes you feel welcome. There are menus in the waiting area which are very helpful. The wait is never very long, and the waiting area has a lovely ambience so it’s not a bother at all. They have a great selection of just about everything, and always have great deals. I cannot say enough great things about this dispensary.

I have been shopping at MÜV since their grand opening and I am happy to say my experience has only gotten better with each visit. My most recent visit was yesterday, Black Friday. I made an early morning pick-up order and received a text that it was ready to pick up before the doors opened. I arrived just as the doors had opened to an already full parking lot and waiting room and I expected a long wait.I was instantly greeted by Jen at the front counter who, despite the crowd, was incredibly cheerful and welcoming. I had, a few days prior, spent an hour and twenty minutes waiting at Trulieve and was prepared to wait as long at MÜV due to Black Friday. However, they had the store properly staffed and they were working efficiently and diligently to move people in and out.I was called back to the register after no longer than a five minute wait and was seen by a very courteous and upbeat Isaac, which is always a pleasure. Isaac was thorough, making sure I knew what I purchased and showing me that it was the correct product before taking payment.While Isaac packaged my products, I chatted with both Peter and Courtney who, despite being obviously busy, politely made time to entertain my incessant talking (as usual). 😅 They're such good sports, just outstanding personalities.On Black Friday, from the moment I walked in to the moment I was walked out (including all the time I spent rambling about Thanksgiving pies), I was not in the building for more than fifteen minutes though it was crowded. I'm not at all surprised. The last time I waited any amount of time at MÜV, Cameron went out of his way to take care of me, though I wasn't bothered by the wait in the least.Not only is everyone there so professional and polite, but they're really exemplary at their jobs here. I absolutely love this location! Their staff are beautiful people. I recently locked my keys in my car while shopping there. When I was with my budtender, I off-handedly mentioned to her that I might have locked my keys in my car and chuckled at myself. I didn't think much of it and just kind of laughed, but she took the initiative to walk outside with me and try to help me get my door open. When we couldn't figure it out, the assistant manager came out and tried himself. I eventually decided to call someone and the receptionist at the front insisted I stay inside instead of standing in the hot sun waiting for someone. He was extremely friendly and kept me company until my issue was resolved. I got the chance to speak with the manager about how awesome her staff was and she was so sweet! As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher for over a decade I understand how important pain management is. I have been to other dispensaries before however this one is by far the best. I felt listened to about my needs and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They had more than one product to offer me as far as topical treatments, edibles or inhalers. The founder of the company also came in and tipped the consultant I was with $20. This tells me that the employees are well taken care of and that this company is run by people who care. All I could mutter out was "This place is the s***" after I was introduced to him. So that was rad. My wife and I have been to MUV probably 3 times since the grand opening. The entire staff (from entry level to manager) is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The store itself is very clean and very modern, it has a real South Florida feel (to me anyway). I told my wife "it reminds me of an Apple store". It is also very private and secure: all of the glass doors and windows are frosted, the product room is separate from the waiting area and an employee escorts you in with their key card. They have a wide variety of products and they are absolutely of the highest quality. The flower is in little clear view cubes with lights and a magnifying glass on top. They even have a cool flowchart on the wall that shows how it gets from the seed to your hand. They offer great discounts for first timers and referrals. I can't say enough good things about MUV and we will definitely be stopping by many more times.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV

I took my dad here today to fill a prescription and the staff could not have been more kind, helpful, and patient. I was extremely concerned about him getting in and out because my dad has pancreatic cancer and is very weak. The receptionist checked us in quickly. The manager was patient with my concerns, got him easily in and seated and was kind with my protectiveness. MUV rebuilt its website and purged all member information so we have to create new accounts. That means we now have to scan the bar code on our cards via phone camera to order and build the new account. I’ve done all this before. Loyal customer. Now I’m being made to do it again to give MUV money. I called to try placing an order, twice. Five minutes on hold both times with no human interaction so I hung up. This used to be my 1st choice but a month ago I walked in at 1:30 on Saturday and there were 3 employees working and it took 35 mins to get what l needed. We asked why and muv said it was a schedule issue...I wasn't the only one that was upset so I decided to go elsewhere. This is one of my favorite dispensaries here. I rave about 2 of them... This is one of those. The people are amazing, the products are also amazing, there's a lot of sales, it's usually pretty quick unlike SOME places. All in all, I love everything about it.

I have been shopping at MÜV since their grand opening and I am happy to say my experience has only gotten better with each visit. My most recent visit was yesterday, Black Friday. I made an early morning pick-up order and received a text that it was ready to pick up before the doors opened. I arrived just as the doors had opened to an already full parking lot and waiting room and I expected a long wait.I was instantly greeted by Jen at the front counter who, despite the crowd, was incredibly cheerful and welcoming. I had, a few days prior, spent an hour and twenty minutes waiting at Trulieve and was prepared to wait as long at MÜV due to Black Friday. However, they had the store properly staffed and they were working efficiently and diligently to move people in and out.I was called back to the register after no longer than a five minute wait and was seen by a very courteous and upbeat Isaac, which is always a pleasure. Isaac was thorough, making sure I knew what I purchased and showing me that it was the correct product before taking payment.While Isaac packaged my products, I chatted with both Peter and Courtney who, despite being obviously busy, politely made time to entertain my incessant talking (as usual). 😅 They're such good sports, just outstanding personalities.On Black Friday, from the moment I walked in to the moment I was walked out (including all the time I spent rambling about Thanksgiving pies), I was not in the building for more than fifteen minutes though it was crowded. I'm not at all surprised. The last time I waited any amount of time at MÜV, Cameron went out of his way to take care of me, though I wasn't bothered by the wait in the least.Not only is everyone there so professional and polite, but they're really exemplary at their jobs here. MÜV is definitely my favorite dispensary in town and I'll continue to shop here for the employees and the quality of products.If I have one critique, this store does not get enough of the Forum Cut Cookies and I gotta be honest ... it makes me a little sad. 🍪🥺

Not only did she express it from Saturday to Friday, she confirmed all the details, and provided additional information for any questions I had within an hour of placing my order. She was the absolute sweetest and honestly that incredibly amazing costumer service alone makes me want to recommend this great location/dispensary to anyone and everyone. This dispensary is great! The staff is so friendly and fun to talk to and they are a HUGE help when you just aren’t sure if what you’re looking for! They are professional and knowledgeable of their products. They have a fantastic selection of top shelf products (even their T2 is premo) and they are fairly priced for what you get! MY ONLY COMPLAINT, and it’s more so just a nit picky complaint, but I don’t like how they don’t accept debit cards. Other dispensaries around town do accept debit cards, and it’s just off to me. They do have an ATM on campus that you can use, I just prefer not to have cash 😂 but I HIGHLY recommend this dispensary! Wish I could get a job here because everyone seems happy here

I absolutely love this location! Their staff are beautiful people. I recently locked my keys in my car while shopping there. When I was with my budtender, I off-handedly mentioned to her that I might have locked my keys in my car and chuckled at myself. I didn't think much of it and just kind of laughed, but she took the initiative to walk outside with me and try to help me get my door open. When we couldn't figure it out, the assistant manager came out and tried himself. I eventually decided to call someone and the receptionist at the front insisted I stay inside instead of standing in the hot sun waiting for someone. He was extremely friendly and kept me company until my issue was resolved. I got the chance to speak with the manager about how awesome her staff was and she was so sweet! Ive always heard the overall atmosphere of a place starts with management, and she is such an excellent example for her staff. If you want your day to be instantly better, go see them at Muv!

This is my favorite dispensary thus far! The service is quick, friendly, and informative. The inventory is broad and priced well. This spot has ways of getting medicated that I havent seen anywhere else, such as oral spray and inhalers. Absolutely check them out for your medicinal needs, you will not regret it!

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher for over a decade I understand how important pain management is. I have been to other dispensaries before however this one is by far the best. I felt listened to about my needs and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They had more than one product to offer me as far as topical treatments, edibles or inhalers. The founder of the company also came in and tipped the consultant I was with $20. This tells me that the employees are well taken care of and that this company is run by people who care. All I could mutter out was "This place is the s***" after I was introduced to him. So that was rad. For 6 months I've been trying to understand things going on in my body and this employee (I forgot to ask her name!) was extremely intelligent about the female body. I left with so much knowledge about CBD and THC and with a fancy inhaler - which works amazingly. I will definitely be telling all my friends and clients about this new spot!

The inside Building is light and calming and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The 2 kinds of weed I purchased was the best I have had in a long time. Both were cured properly, with excellent flavor and high THC content. I got premium weed at a fair price and I am very happy about my purchase. I would say to come buy your weed here, but I am scared there wouldn't be any weed left for me, so don't buy your weed here.

Brand new store in Pensacola and they are great! Daijha assisted me by answering all my questions about the products and was extremely knowledgeable about the specific Muv products. Since the store is so new I was impressed by her product knowledge. The 1:1 Topical 72 hour patches are taking my pain level down substantially, both nerve and muscle spasm pain. The store is bright and clean. Efficient check-in process! They have great discounts for patient referrals and it can be stacked with my disabled veteran discount. I had a question and called their central call service number, and Brooke was also knowledgeable and friendly. She answered my question and gave me additional great info. I’m impressed with this company and will continue doing business here.

My wife and I have been to MUV probably 3 times since the grand opening. The entire staff (from entry level to manager) is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The store itself is very clean and very modern, it has a real South Florida feel (to me anyway). I told my wife "it reminds me of an Apple store". It is also very private and secure: all of the glass doors and windows are frosted, the product room is separate from the waiting area and an employee escorts you in with their key card. They have a wide variety of products and they are absolutely of the highest quality. The flower is in little clear view cubes with lights and a magnifying glass on top. They even have a cool flowchart on the wall that shows how it gets from the seed to your hand. They offer great discounts for first timers and referrals. I can't say enough good things about MUV and we will definitely be stopping by many more times.
