Terrible Management. Can never place an order and come pick it up in a timely fashion. They ask if your picking up or walking in as if that matters. It doesn’t. This one location has no Express. No system in place so that people who order ahead can just walk in and pay for their already packaged orders. You will wait exorbitant amounts of time wether you placed an order or not. Management doesn’t care. Nor will they acknowledge the the issue. Always understaffed. 1 maybe 2 people running the whole store no matter how busy it is. Management is also rude , will threaten to call the police and refuse service to customers. Treats patients likeVillains. Port Saint Lucie location has got to be unequivocally the WORST MUV location and provided the most Horrid excuse for Customer experience I have ever had the displeasure to comment on , special thanks to Allison the ‘general mamager’, who is highly unprofessional and rude. Staff is also a reflection of her poor leadership. Would steer clear of this location in my humble and honest opinion. They do not value your “customer loyalty” you will be treated like a junky. This has been the first review I’ve ever made in my life online . The experience consistently has been THAT BAD that I was forced to do this. Genuinely perturbed and saddened by these experiences from this location.

I left for a year and only came back because i heard management was new..... Nope the exact same they promise you stuff then take it away after you paid not even before. I was given my money back I guess that counts for something lol what a joke. As a business owner I would never treat my customers like this, and I'd honor it. I understand things happen but they could of made it work, but didn't want to because of that they simply didn't want to. Guess it's on to better places because this is not it.

My expectations were exceeded during my first visit to MUV! I made a pickup order and it was ready within the time I was estimated. When I arrived, the desk attendant was very nice and personable, and I only waited about 1 minute to be let in the back to collect my order! The budtender was professional, kind, and he even made sure to double check when I bought two products which were incompatible with each other, saving me money and a headache trying to return the product! I drove farther away to get here after my bad experience waiting almost 2 hours in the lobby for an online pickup order which was already ready for pickup at another dispensary nearby, and I look forward to returning to this MUV in the future!

The young man Kevin helped me and my mother was so amazing!! My mother has very bad back pain and he went above and beyond to help her. Always fire, occasionally over 30% THC. Strongest I believe was called ROBOTS at like 34% once I grabbed one. But the difference between muv is you can tell the difference between the strains distinctively. It's not like other spots or everything has a similar aroma and taste about it. A bit pricey and they still carry The Vape pods that we hated back in the day but who's laughing now? LOL. Keep those in stock price for sure because two and a half different every 35 days last two and a half weeks and I'm not much of a people person so the volcano loophole would be cool if it stayed open. Cuz I'm never going to buy a 3 or $400 volcano. Those ceramic flower pots definitely need Those ceramic flower pods definitely need to stick around and preferably the higher strains being they are $55 and all. Keep in mind y'all, that can come out of your inhalation if you are out of smokable at the moment. I look forward to the 25% off which doesn't sound much compared to other dispensaries but you get what you pay for and I'm happy to pay $91 for three of the best strains which are all over 20% up to 24% I believe.

They're also great for the working class population of medical patients with their T3 and T2 flower being comparable with street pricing. I had a pleasant experience, the staff is very friendly. This is a new MuV location and the only MuV I been to. The back of the store where the shopping is done is complete and looks top notch. Kudos to MuV for opening in Port Saint Lucie. The tier 1 is good for $50 a 1/8th compared to Trulieve’s top shelf that cost $53 and $58 a 1/8th. I recommend their Rudeboi OG, Modified Grapes, Mandarin Dream, Lemon Lights, Cherry Punch. Those are the only stains I tried so far. Looking forward to trying other strains

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Port St. Lucie does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Terrible Management. Can never place an order and come pick it up in a timely fashion. They ask if your picking up or walking in as if that matters. It doesn’t. This one location has no Express. No system in place so that people who order ahead can just walk in and pay for their already packaged orders. You will wait exorbitant amounts of time wether you placed an order or not. Management doesn’t care. Nor will they acknowledge the the issue. Always understaffed. 1 maybe 2 people running the whole store no matter how busy it is. My expectations were exceeded during my first visit to MUV! I made a pickup order and it was ready within the time I was estimated. When I arrived, the desk attendant was very nice and personable, and I only waited about 1 minute to be let in the back to collect my order! The budtender was professional, kind, and he even made sure to double check when I bought two products which were incompatible with each other, saving me money and a headache trying to return the product! Always fire, occasionally over 30% THC. Strongest I believe was called ROBOTS at like 34% once I grabbed one. But the difference between muv is you can tell the difference between the strains distinctively. It's not like other spots or everything has a similar aroma and taste about it. A bit pricey and they still carry The Vape pods that we hated back in the day but who's laughing now? LOL. Keep those in stock price for sure because two and a half different every 35 days last two and a half weeks and I'm not much of a people person so the volcano loophole would be cool if it stayed open. Cuz I'm never going to buy a 3 or $400 volcano. Those ceramic flower pots definitely need Those ceramic flower pods definitely need to stick around and preferably the higher strains being they are $55 and all. Keep in mind y'all, that can come out of your inhalation if you are out of smokable at the moment. I look forward to the 25% off which doesn't sound much compared to other dispensaries but you get what you pay for and I'm happy to pay $91 for three of the best strains which are all over 20% up to 24% I believe.

Love this LOCAL place. Muv is my new local hub and go to for flower when I can't leave the area... They have some of the best LOCAL products to date so far. I love the Tier 1 quality and have not been disappointed for the most part yet. Durban Dream is top notch. Also Clementine. That being said . I seem to find the best products are in the Tier 1 categories. I also enjoy their edibles.. gummies to be specific.

Of all my favorite dispensaries, MÜV a l w a y s has the best product, MOST consistently. I cannot recall a single time I was disappointed with any MÜV product I purchased. This is a new dispensary for this area. The products are good but not my favorite. Trust me when I say that they are going to do very well in this area even though there's a lot of competition nearby. The staff was super friendly and in fact since I happen to be heading that way today... I may stop in and give a new strain a spin! 😉👌💨

My only suggestion would be to change up the strains in the Vape category, they are all very effective but over the last year I got bored with mostly all the same flavors.Top 3 in flower quality ... Never ever dissapointing.

I had a pleasant experience, the staff is very friendly. This is a new MuV location and the only MuV I been to. The back of the store where the shopping is done is complete and looks top notch. Kudos to MuV for opening in Port Saint Lucie. The tier 1 is good for $50 a 1/8th compared to Trulieve’s top shelf that cost $53 and $58 a 1/8th. I recommend their Rudeboi OG, Modified Grapes, Mandarin Dream, Lemon Lights, Cherry Punch. Those are the only stains I tried so far. Looking forward to trying other strains

I love the Port St Lucie store and staff. It is so easy to place an order and pick it up with no hassle. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure to inquire about items that are not showing up on the menu or website. They may just have what you are looking for still in stock. All of the product at this MMTC is top shelf. I absolutely LOVE the Ice Cream Cake flower. For discreet medicating, try the THC Evolve gel. It is amazing!!!!!!
