Excellent place for your medicine! I was a walk in, guy at the counter was very polite, he took my card, told me i was 3rd in line. There a nice TV like menu to look at while waiting which was awesome bc im sure it speeds up the “what do i want” process. Less than 4 minutes later my name was called. She took me back, immediately got my order started, i paid, out the door in less than 5 minutes. This place blows away Trulieve and their extremely long wait times! Best place in StA ive found. Highly recommended.And for that 1 star review they have, sounds like that dude needs to slow down and lower that tolerance a lil bc ive partaked for over 30 yrs now and ive got Zero probs getting where i need to be from MUV’s products:)

This was my first visit to a Florida medical marijuana dispensary. Someone recommended Müv. I'm glad they did. The receptionist was great! She helped me with the check-in process, answered my questions, and was very nice. I was quickly passed on to Brittany's care to make my purchase. Brittany was friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I got the product I wanted and that I used the available discounts to best advantage. The only other team member I talked to was also very friendly and informative. service is great. pen carts are best and cleanest around. pre rolls have to be the worst ever tried. forget never getting any affects of the shaker bud but i bought two 5 packs and none were smokable bc they were packed so tight. then the flower was probably the worst. looks decent, contains no smell and no affects. spent over 100 on indica flower and didnt feel a thing. best pens, terrible flower

Can you tell "fast" is a priority for me. Who has time to sit for an hour to pick up their meds. (Trulieve has an hour wait usually). I really appreciate the fact that they staff the dispensary with more than 1 person dispensing products. Anna Lynn was such a delight today. The atmosphere and this location is so so good. Peaceful and chill. Not at all like the tense indifferent staff at Trulieve. I felt safe and certainly there were no 100 lb pit bull dogs hanging out, again as it was regularly at Trulieve. I really like MUV and the staff. I am very happy now!!

“Mr. Owen” was incredibly condescending to us regarding the visitor pass however, your visitor pass policy is very inconsistent. If you’re going to be condescending about wearing it you should be consistent with everyone wearing it regardless of age. Front desk guy extremely rude. My beautiful friend has cancer and is at a point where her pain is increasing. We wanted to ask some questions about medical MJ, we are not aware of any laws or such, just a grandma that wanted to possibly get some info to help her spend more quality time with her grandchildren. Dude interrupted us, talked down to us and basically kicked us out. Only saving grace was the guy on the other side of the clinic that overheard the jerk, swooped in and gave us the name of a place that could help us. Very sad. I had to come back and drop my rating down to one star. This place is an absolute joke. The cartridges are awful, the Edibles are disgusting and the flower is average at best. I bought three different kinds of flower with three different names and three different THC percentages just to get them home to find out all three were the exact same strain. When I brought this up with the staff they told me "buyer beware".Avoid at all costs or it will cost you.

There's a check in room when you first walk in. As it's your turn, you're brought back into the next room with your budtender. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Muv has the best quality concentrates that I've tried in town. They are a little pricey but there's deals all the time that help out. The set up inside it very clean and organized. The only thing I would have changed, would be to have menus on the counters because the moving menu on the hung up T.V. screen, is a little hard to read in a timely manner. It's hard to read throughthe products when there's more than 2 slides of products in the section. I would definitely recommend friends to come here if they're looking for good quality products and a staff that's knowledgeable enough to help you get what's best for you.Pictured : crumble, live badder. MUV, located at 400 S Ponce De Leon Blvd in St. Augustine, is open to serve the cannabis community of almost a million active medical marijuana card holders in Florida.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in St. Augustine does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If MUV in St. Augustine online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

“Mr. Owen” was incredibly condescending to us regarding the visitor pass however, your visitor pass policy is very inconsistent. If you’re going to be condescending about wearing it you should be consistent with everyone wearing it regardless of age. Front desk guy extremely rude. My beautiful friend has cancer and is at a point where her pain is increasing. We wanted to ask some questions about medical MJ, we are not aware of any laws or such, just a grandma that wanted to possibly get some info to help her spend more quality time with her grandchildren. Dude interrupted us, talked down to us and basically kicked us out. Only saving grace was the guy on the other side of the clinic that overheard the jerk, swooped in and gave us the name of a place that could help us. Very sad. I had to come back and drop my rating down to one star. This place is an absolute joke. The cartridges are awful, the Edibles are disgusting and the flower is average at best. I bought three different kinds of flower with three different names and three different THC percentages just to get them home to find out all three were the exact same strain. When I brought this up with the staff they told me "buyer beware".Avoid at all costs or it will cost you.

Very willing to talk you through any questions you may have- knowledgeable about their product list. There's a check in room when you first walk in. As it's your turn, you're brought back into the next room with your budtender. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Muv has the best quality concentrates that I've tried in town. They are a little pricey but there's deals all the time that help out. The set up inside it very clean and organized. The only thing I would have changed, would be to have menus on the counters because the moving menu on the hung up T.V. screen, is a little hard to read in a timely manner. It's hard to read throughthe products when there's more than 2 slides of products in the section. Live Rosin, was mediocre, at best.Their prices are top dollar. But concentrates, aren't top tier CONCENTRATES...I think you're extraction team is trying to speed through the process. Let's slow it down and perfect it and get it right guys...
