The wait wasn't too long but only to get in there and be completely out of ground flower the only product I wanted. How do you get an almost perfect rating and not even have all the products you offer ?I have been a steady customer of Surterra for as long as it's been legal & they have never been out. So I feel they deserve a real review.I've been going to this location ever since I got my card. About 3 years. I originally felt I should shop around due to advice I found online. There's never been a need. The prices here are great. There's always a good deal. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient. They seem to actually care and I don't feel uncomfortable giving them a tip because I feel they earn it and actually go out of their way to provide a great experience. The store is clean. The wait is short. The parking is ample. The products are high quality. I've been using a MUV brand vape for 3 years and the battery is going strong.I literally can't even think of constructive feedback to give because this store seems to be spot on. Maybe like they could give out stickers or something. I dunno lol.Keep up the good work y'all!

I had been coming here for a while and spent a lot of money. I had one bad experience with a product and they do not even exchange even though one of the containers wasn't even open. Then the manager was condescending and rude. Saying he will give me a credit for $20 though I spent $70 and said he didn't have to do that he was doing me a favor. Excuse me? Ok well I guess I need to go elsewhere from now on. Go to Rise or Curaleaf.

Felt horrible to see this poor guy get turned away with his kids after being sold products being told the guy next to me and I would be the last people to see Mike during his visit today... It was supposed to be an hour long and we were cut off at the 47 min mark. I was pretty upset but felt even worse for those little kids as well as the mother and father. I spent $100 and drove over an hour to buy a semi decent quality cart I could have bought MUCH closer to home and without the dissapointment....I have been contacted by muv and was given an apology.

Hi, I went in today with intention of it being my last visit. Happy to say because of Cameron and Shawn I will definitely be back!! Let's say I am very stubborn :). I explained what happened to Cameron and Shawn and Associate and Manager. I want to say that the manager went out of his way to make it right. Because of how he handled it I will definitely go back now. I'm not sure who is who I went back in and asked a team member there names just didn't get which goes with which. Of course I started out with my situation and I shouldn't have. He says " I can't change what happened I can just try to make this experience as best as possible for you." I thought that was awesome.The last day of adding U Points to your account I placed an online order for pickup the next day between 4-5pm. Well due to work I could not make it that day. They state they hold the orders 24 hrs past pickup time. They cancelled my order as soon as they opened the next day :(. I should have had until 5pm that day. I called corporate to see if they could help me. He just said that I was in the right with the time allowance BUT there was nothing he could do because that part of the program for adding the points is already out of there system. Ok, I understand that, I get technology. I had 484 points and I needed 500 🙁 for my $30 off. You can imagine how sad and disappointed I was when I was working towards that $30 off. Anyway he apologized and said there is nothing he could do.I just want to say don't be like me and not go back just because of a situation they will hear you out 🙂 Thank You Cameron and Shawn @ MUV!!! Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in St. Petersburg does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. The staff here are great. I had a issue with a product they took me in the back spoke with me and made sure everything was taken care of. I can’t express how grateful I am that I wasn’t giving a hard time. I’ve heard horror stories about other dispensary’s not being as understanding and accommodating. MUV in st.Pete is not one of those places. They’re one of the GOOD ONES!

I was given options from tier 1 to 3 and made it easy for me to understand what would work best for me in a language I would understand.The store was super clean with great chill vibes. Called to place an order and I got a lovely lady named Sam! She did the most for me during this phone order. I don’t make phone orders very often and I have to say this was probably my favorite one yet! Unfortunately when I got home and looked in my bag I was given the wrong 8th! BUT I called Sam right up and told her what happened and after her speaking to her managers on the situation I was able to get everything resolved and now I will be going in tomorrow to get the 8th I was supposed to get and I am getting it for free! Hi, I went in today with intention of it being my last visit. Happy to say because of Cameron and Shawn I will definitely be back!! Let's say I am very stubborn :). I explained what happened to Cameron and Shawn and Associate and Manager. I want to say that the manager went out of his way to make it right. Because of how he handled it I will definitely go back now. I'm not sure who is who I went back in and asked a team member there names just didn't get which goes with which. Of course I started out with my situation and I shouldn't have. He says " I can't change what happened I can just try to make this experience as best as possible for you." I thought that was awesome.The last day of adding U Points to your account I placed an online order for pickup the next day between 4-5pm. Well due to work I could not make it that day. They state they hold the orders 24 hrs past pickup time. They cancelled my order as soon as they opened the next day :(. I should have had until 5pm that day. I called corporate to see if they could help me. He just said that I was in the right with the time allowance BUT there was nothing he could do because that part of the program for adding the points is already out of there system. Ok, I understand that, I get technology. I had 484 points and I needed 500 🙁 for my $30 off. You can imagine how sad and disappointed I was when I was working towards that $30 off. Anyway he apologized and said there is nothing he could do.I just want to say don't be like me and not go back just because of a situation they will hear you out 🙂 Thank You Cameron and Shawn @ MUV!!! You guys ROCK!! Some of us live on budgets and count on the discounts and y'all made it happen!!

Went to MÜV in St Pete for the first time on Oct 15th. Incredible experience. Great location. Parking. Clean. Informative menu board in waiting area. Best part of the experience was the customer service from Joseph. I have worked in customer service for 30 years (as a clerk, supervisor and operations manager). Joseph blew me away. So friendly and knowledgeable. I have received terrible customer service at a lot of other dispensaries (which is why I decided to try MÜV). Employees like Joseph are rare and an asset to any company. GREAT product, Excellent dispensary and OUTSTANDING customer service. A+ all the way around. If you haven't tried MÜV, I highly recommend it. Especially at this new and convenient location in downtown St Pete on 1st Ave N.

After recieving my order though, I realized I needed an accessory for it, which had me go to the store for a pick up. I am so glad I did. First the staff are all extremely friendly. The folks I interacted with at the store were all very attentive. The inside waiting area is fairly roomy when comparing to other stores in the st Pete area. MUV was my favorite when 8 was in South Hillsborough and look forward to being able to take advantage of their presence, just up the road from me again
