First of all the employees are usually great and try to help as they can. The apps software and rewards revision has confirmed for me it’s time to MUV away from MUV. I had $60 in rewards coming to me - this is conveniently now only worth $23 instead of the $60 I had coming. I had somebody in chat told me they would give me 75 for the inconvenience then I get my order delivered and they tell me there will be no discounts. This dispensary is one of the highest price dispensaries. It used to be one of the great dispensaries, but greed has taken over. They are screwing their customers out of good rewards that they had coming. Which shows the shady practices that they really have going on. Stop playing with peoples money Stop playing with the rewards. An honor the rewards that they earned before your POOR revision that has screwed up everything. I feel bad for the employees have to endure dissatisfied customers because your corporate wants to play games Trulieve Has taken your spot in my life because they do offer good discounts they don’t overcharge their customers and they don’t play games with their money.

Ever since you switched points system, anytime i look to place a delivery order,(eg. W palm hub) for example, the available strains available to choose from is like 2 or 3 in the savvy. That is terrible and you guys are losing many many sales from patients because of that. You used to have the same inventory available for delivery orders that the actual store has for patients in person. You used to keep a good 8 or 9 savvy strains to choose from for delivery orders, not its like 2 or 3. Please fix this. Whatever you changed, its awful and its costing you financially. And why on earth would you have delivery orders to boca raton being serviced by the west palm beach store thats like 45-60 minutes away when the Deerfield beach location is like 10 minutes away from me. Does Deerfield location not do delivery orders anymore? Whoever manages your logistics and zone coverage needs to go...maybe go work for the secret service where they hire incompetent people......Please fix the inventory; i tried to do two orders this week but passed due to inventory listed on the website..... W palm hub never has anything available to choose from in the savvy for delivery orders!

So I went to muv yesterday, it started off fine, everyone was polite enough, the budtender who took care of me was nice and we started conversation. I went in for a BOGO on extracts, and he convinced me to get a sale extract at 30% off (about 15 bucks off), we spoke through the transaction, and I realized later he charged me full price for the discounted extract. Accidents happen and I'm not upset, I was distracting him with conversations, I expect to just call patient care and have them credit me.So I call customer care, and this is where things take a turn for the worst. I get on hold for a few minutes, I explain the situation to the guy, he goes to verify all my information, I'm put on hold for about 10 minutes. He comes back and says he had trouble verifying my information, so he repeats my correct phone number, and my correct patient ID number, and then it suddenly works, so he has to put me back on hold for another 5-10 minutes, he finally returns and tries to dispute the situation to me, saying they can't stack discounts, I explain that they weren't, it was 2 concentrates with BOGO, and a separate single extract on sale, even IF that was still an issue, the budtender should've just suggested multiple transactions. He acknowledges, and then finally says well *I* can't give you the credit, I need to get my supervisor, he puts me on hold for another 20 minutes, and then finally comes back and FIRST tries to use the excuse that the supervisor is in a meeting, and then later must've forgotten because he also tried to blame it on we're going through training right now. Either way, he promised me the supervisor would 'call me right back' as soon as he was available, but JUST in case, he was going to give me a number. Not the number to the supervisor, his number, because he knows very well the supervisor isn't going to call me back, and I'm going to have to waste more of my time to make sure they're doing their job for them, I take the number. As of today, I still have not received a single phone call from the supervisor OF PATIENT CARE!This is ABSOLUTELY the worst Patient Care service of ANY dispensary I've heard of, by the end of the useless phone call, they wasted 42 MINUTES of my time, and accomplished absolutely nothing. I may consider calling tomorrow, but after this fiasco I don't know how eager I am to go back anytime soon.I would again like to point out that the staff in the store were fine, it was their Patient Care service that was terrible, which is much worse tbh.

They are simply the best place because they have a cool vibe but more importantly, they are very innovative in their products.Müv has made advances in inventive technology. One example is their patches that help kill pain and last for three days. They also have other products that can’t be found anywhere else.The quality of everything I have purchased here is very high and very effective. I highly recommend this dispensary over the others.

I was completely turned off by this dispensary yesterday when I tried to return a product of theirs and they told me I had to go back to the store that I got it from. I work all over the state of Florida and I live in West Palm Beach I went to the West Palm Beach location and was told that I could not return it there by the girl at the front desk. I will never go to this dispensary ever again. Your product is busted not working correctly, but I have to drive 100 miles out of my way to go to another muv store to return it that’s ridiculous and I will be telling everyone I know never to go to this dispensary again .

I was lucky and didn't get a ticket for parking and not paying. They want money for parking everywhere downtown in IA insane 15 dollars for 2 hours there silly just be fast and watch for Paul Blart riding around ticketing everyone 😂 🤣

I get a little anxiety going to dispensaries for some reason. Been to couple where they rush you and not a good experience. I dealt with Laura when I got inside and she was excellent. Told her my issues and she recommended what to take. Just to make sure she asked her coworker what he thought. I did not get his name but also very nice and gave me great advice. The only fault and this has nothing to with dispensary is the parking. It’s downtown West Palm so I kind of expected it. Highly recommended going there. Thank you Laura and everyone else there!!

I’m not handy with tech, have wanted rewards app for a minute I definitely lost out on some points, I scanned qr, and the girl at the front desk said it might be easier with App Store and that did make me feel more comfortable and I got it all set up in about 4 minutes that’s really good for me, this was all the front desk, then I was asking the tender, and she jumped right on showing me everything the app did explaining every sub group very helpful and I feel more confident about the whole thing, everyone very helpful!!! My only problem is I wanna make hash I even bought a freeze dryer..I only get 2.5 oz every 35 days… that’s not helpful obviously I know you have nothing to do with it but, I would like to get into industry I’m working with cbd atm

They are horrible when it comes to their coupons, discount and specials.I.e. Had a coupon for spend 150$ get 75$ off. They had carts normal 50$ and the boxes were being changed. So they were 35$ due to older packaging. I asked for 5 at 35$ for 175$ gave my coupon for 75$ off and they would not honor it. Even though the vapes were repriced he called it a discount which it wasn't because the price was 35$ not discounted but repriced. Wasn't impressed with the outcome. Spent 175$ when it should of been 100$. The coupon or sales price had no restrictions listed or mentioned in print and wasn't honored. Won't be going back.

I went in today a little low on money hoping to get maybe a tier 2 with the discount that I had. The bud tender right when I got there was so nice off rip. I started talking about one of the Tier 1 strains and he told me he’d definitely recommend it. And then we talked about Reddit and some other dispensary’s and their quality and such. Then after I told him I was short a couple bucks, he told me he could probably help me out and then told me I have a series of discounts coming up that I didn’t even know about. He then told me I’m good and he could spot me the little I was short and can get the tier. This was only my second time here but i will definitely be going my back here instead of other sh*tshow dispensary’s in Florida. Thank you so much man! I didn’t get your name but I hope you see this. Today was my first experience with any MUV dispensary and I had a wonderful time! Kamilla (Forgive me- my spelling may be a little off) was so helpful and patient with me and all of my questions. Everyone was very excited for a new MUV patient and treated me so nicely- 10/10 will be coming back! I have a hard time finding a dispensary that feels warm- I think I have found it. Only thing I would suggest is having more availability when it comes to different tiers, I understand product runs low but every single strain only came in the first tier so I could not get a lot of different strains to try- instead I stuck with one.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. First of all the employees are usually great and try to help as they can. The apps software and rewards revision has confirmed for me it’s time to MUV away from MUV. I had $60 in rewards coming to me - this is conveniently now only worth $23 instead of the $60 I had coming. I had somebody in chat told me they would give me 75 for the inconvenience then I get my order delivered and they tell me there will be no discounts. This dispensary is one of the highest price dispensaries. It used to be one of the great dispensaries, but greed has taken over. They are screwing their customers out of good rewards that they had coming. Which shows the shady practices that they really have going on. Stop playing with peoples money Stop playing with the rewards. An honor the rewards that they earned before your POOR revision that has screwed up everything. Ever since you switched points system, anytime i look to place a delivery order,(eg. W palm hub) for example, the available strains available to choose from is like 2 or 3 in the savvy. That is terrible and you guys are losing many many sales from patients because of that. You used to have the same inventory available for delivery orders that the actual store has for patients in person. You used to keep a good 8 or 9 savvy strains to choose from for delivery orders, not its like 2 or 3. Please fix this. Whatever you changed, its awful and its costing you financially. And why on earth would you have delivery orders to boca raton being serviced by the west palm beach store thats like 45-60 minutes away when the Deerfield beach location is like 10 minutes away from me. Does Deerfield location not do delivery orders anymore? Whoever manages your logistics and zone coverage needs to go...maybe go work for the secret service where they hire incompetent people......Please fix the inventory; i tried to do two orders this week but passed due to inventory listed on the website..... So I went to muv yesterday, it started off fine, everyone was polite enough, the budtender who took care of me was nice and we started conversation. I went in for a BOGO on extracts, and he convinced me to get a sale extract at 30% off (about 15 bucks off), we spoke through the transaction, and I realized later he charged me full price for the discounted extract. Accidents happen and I'm not upset, I was distracting him with conversations, I expect to just call patient care and have them credit me.So I call customer care, and this is where things take a turn for the worst. I get on hold for a few minutes, I explain the situation to the guy, he goes to verify all my information, I'm put on hold for about 10 minutes. He comes back and says he had trouble verifying my information, so he repeats my correct phone number, and my correct patient ID number, and then it suddenly works, so he has to put me back on hold for another 5-10 minutes, he finally returns and tries to dispute the situation to me, saying they can't stack discounts, I explain that they weren't, it was 2 concentrates with BOGO, and a separate single extract on sale, even IF that was still an issue, the budtender should've just suggested multiple transactions. He acknowledges, and then finally says well *I* can't give you the credit, I need to get my supervisor, he puts me on hold for another 20 minutes, and then finally comes back and FIRST tries to use the excuse that the supervisor is in a meeting, and then later must've forgotten because he also tried to blame it on we're going through training right now. Either way, he promised me the supervisor would 'call me right back' as soon as he was available, but JUST in case, he was going to give me a number. Not the number to the supervisor, his number, because he knows very well the supervisor isn't going to call me back, and I'm going to have to waste more of my time to make sure they're doing their job for them, I take the number. As of today, I still have not received a single phone call from the supervisor OF PATIENT CARE!This is ABSOLUTELY the worst Patient Care service of ANY dispensary I've heard of, by the end of the useless phone call, they wasted 42 MINUTES of my time, and accomplished absolutely nothing. I may consider calling tomorrow, but after this fiasco I don't know how eager I am to go back anytime soon.I would again like to point out that the staff in the store were fine, it was their Patient Care service that was terrible, which is much worse tbh.

I was completely turned off by this dispensary yesterday when I tried to return a product of theirs and they told me I had to go back to the store that I got it from. I work all over the state of Florida and I live in West Palm Beach I went to the West Palm Beach location and was told that I could not return it there by the girl at the front desk. Your product is busted not working correctly, but I have to drive 100 miles out of my way to go to another muv store to return it that’s ridiculous and I will be telling everyone I know never to go to this dispensary again .

They helped guide me to the products that would best help my particular situation and health issues. They listened attentively and provided me in depth information to my inquiries. I went in today a little low on money hoping to get maybe a tier 2 with the discount that I had. The bud tender right when I got there was so nice off rip. I started talking about one of the Tier 1 strains and he told me he’d definitely recommend it. And then we talked about Reddit and some other dispensary’s and their quality and such. Then after I told him I was short a couple bucks, he told me he could probably help me out and then told me I have a series of discounts coming up that I didn’t even know about. He then told me I’m good and he could spot me the little I was short and can get the tier. This was only my second time here but i will definitely be going my back here instead of other sh*tshow dispensary’s in Florida. Thank you so much man! I didn’t get your name but I hope you see this. Today was my first experience with any MUV dispensary and I had a wonderful time! Kamilla (Forgive me- my spelling may be a little off) was so helpful and patient with me and all of my questions. Everyone was very excited for a new MUV patient and treated me so nicely- 10/10 will be coming back! I have a hard time finding a dispensary that feels warm- I think I have found it. Only thing I would suggest is having more availability when it comes to different tiers, I understand product runs low but every single strain only came in the first tier so I could not get a lot of different strains to try- instead I stuck with one.
