I was completely turned off by this dispensary yesterday when I tried to return a product of theirs and they told me I had to go back to the store that I got it from. I work all over the state of Florida and I live in West Palm Beach I went to the West Palm Beach location and was told that I could not return it there by the girl at the front desk. I will never go to this dispensary ever again. Your product is busted not working correctly, but I have to drive 100 miles out of my way to go to another muv store to return it that’s ridiculous and I will be telling everyone I know never to go to this dispensary again .

Usually this place is great; but today I checked online and physically drove in to the store. The website wasn’t updated and I wasn’t able to fulfill my order. I was lucky and didn't get a ticket for parking and not paying. They want money for parking everywhere downtown in IA insane 15 dollars for 2 hours there silly just be fast and watch for Paul Blart riding around ticketing everyone 😂 🤣

The staff is always friendly and attentive and the sales area is always clean and well lit. That being said, the outside could use some sprucing up. The entrance foyer hallway floor is filthy, the outside garbage can is overflowing and the bench has bushes growing up through it.

I get a little anxiety going to dispensaries for some reason. Been to couple where they rush you and not a good experience. I dealt with Laura when I got inside and she was excellent. Told her my issues and she recommended what to take. Just to make sure she asked her coworker what he thought. I did not get his name but also very nice and gave me great advice. The only fault and this has nothing to with dispensary is the parking. It’s downtown West Palm so I kind of expected it. Highly recommended going there. Thank you Laura and everyone else there!!

I’m not handy with tech, have wanted rewards app for a minute I definitely lost out on some points, I scanned qr, and the girl at the front desk said it might be easier with App Store and that did make me feel more comfortable and I got it all set up in about 4 minutes that’s really good for me, this was all the front desk, then I was asking the tender, and she jumped right on showing me everything the app did explaining every sub group very helpful and I feel more confident about the whole thing, everyone very helpful!!! My only problem is I wanna make hash I even bought a freeze dryer..I only get 2.5 oz every 35 days… that’s not helpful obviously I know you have nothing to do with it but, I would like to get into industry I’m working with cbd atm

They are horrible when it comes to their coupons, discount and specials.I.e. Had a coupon for spend 150$ get 75$ off. They had carts normal 50$ and the boxes were being changed. So they were 35$ due to older packaging. I asked for 5 at 35$ for 175$ gave my coupon for 75$ off and they would not honor it. Even though the vapes were repriced he called it a discount which it wasn't because the price was 35$ not discounted but repriced. Wasn't impressed with the outcome. Spent 175$ when it should of been 100$. The coupon or sales price had no restrictions listed or mentioned in print and wasn't honored. Won't be going back.

I went in today a little low on money hoping to get maybe a tier 2 with the discount that I had. The bud tender right when I got there was so nice off rip. I started talking about one of the Tier 1 strains and he told me he’d definitely recommend it. And then we talked about Reddit and some other dispensary’s and their quality and such. Then after I told him I was short a couple bucks, he told me he could probably help me out and then told me I have a series of discounts coming up that I didn’t even know about. Today was my first experience with any MUV dispensary and I had a wonderful time! Kamilla (Forgive me- my spelling may be a little off) was so helpful and patient with me and all of my questions. Everyone was very excited for a new MUV patient and treated me so nicely- 10/10 will be coming back! I have a hard time finding a dispensary that feels warm- I think I have found it. Only thing I would suggest is having more availability when it comes to different tiers, I understand product runs low but every single strain only came in the first tier so I could not get a lot of different strains to try- instead I stuck with one.

During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I was completely turned off by this dispensary yesterday when I tried to return a product of theirs and they told me I had to go back to the store that I got it from. I work all over the state of Florida and I live in West Palm Beach I went to the West Palm Beach location and was told that I could not return it there by the girl at the front desk. I will never go to this dispensary ever again. Your product is busted not working correctly, but I have to drive 100 miles out of my way to go to another muv store to return it that’s ridiculous and I will be telling everyone I know never to go to this dispensary again .

Told her my issues and she recommended what to take. Just to make sure she asked her coworker what he thought. I did not get his name but also very nice and gave me great advice. They are horrible when it comes to their coupons, discount and specials.I.e. Had a coupon for spend 150$ get 75$ off. They had carts normal 50$ and the boxes were being changed. So they were 35$ due to older packaging. I asked for 5 at 35$ for 175$ gave my coupon for 75$ off and they would not honor it. Even though the vapes were repriced he called it a discount which it wasn't because the price was 35$ not discounted but repriced. Wasn't impressed with the outcome. I went in today a little low on money hoping to get maybe a tier 2 with the discount that I had. The bud tender right when I got there was so nice off rip. I started talking about one of the Tier 1 strains and he told me he’d definitely recommend it. And then we talked about Reddit and some other dispensary’s and their quality and such. Everyone was very excited for a new MUV patient and treated me so nicely- 10/10 will be coming back! I have a hard time finding a dispensary that feels warm- I think I have found it. Only thing I would suggest is having more availability when it comes to different tiers, I understand product runs low but every single strain only came in the first tier so I could not get a lot of different strains to try- instead I stuck with one.
