Shop here frequently. Most of the staff is wonderful and extremely efficient. Lately I've noticed a plummet in this service. A few weeks ago I went to pick up an express order placed online and was told my jar had been sold already and there was a website error with stock quantity. Following this I find out that my order was flat out cancelled by the staff member while I was standing in front of them, and the jar was 100% available and mine if I wanted it. Following that visit, I go in and ask about applying my birthday month discount. “Oh it’s points now, there’s no discount, and you’re not signed up.” No offer of helping me to sign up, just the vague “it’s points now.” I didn’t have the email handy at the time but here is a few day ago reminding me to use my offer before the month is out. Disappointing to say the least.

Quick, kind, and always accurate! Love this place.Edited to add: Trulieve has updated their website & ordering system. I believe most of the negative reviews here would be negated / non-existent with the new system! Nothing but good things at this location!! I order ahead, and I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes at peak times. Give it another try, yall
Absolutely the WORST store I've been to. An employee named Gina was completely rude to my wife who's a new first time patient and is now traumatized by her experience with this store. DO NOT SHOP FOR YOUR MEDS HERE PEOPLE
This team is amazing namely Jessica and her team consistent of the recent team members I have worked with. Jessie witch is been there a while but always a joy to work with and a newer gentlemen Dillon who was working reception and is now working as a consultant has sold me really good products. This is a team that is doing something right!
Knowledgeable, friendly, and great discounts. This place is amazing! It’s a nice, respectable shop rather than a run-of-the-mill CBD or smoke shop. The building is clean and quiet with a professional atmosphere, yet the staff are down-to-earth.
Slowest Trulieve I’ve been to. The waitlist means absolutely nothing. I’ve had an express order and 4 walk-ins came in and sent before me. Greeter also skips the line for friends. This place has had problems and nothing ever is changed…
This is the worst place to buy anything all the stores are so slow even for pre orders! They give you an excuse that they only have this amount of staff.. I been a member for 2 years and to hear this for 2 whole straight years is total bull!! You would think they would hire more people!! And what is the point of pre orde if you have to wait still?,
The staff are always friendly and nice, I wish the water bottles in the waiting room would come back lol. Always order online before I go and never had to wait long at all. The staff smile and give you eye contact and are very well mannered. I do appreciate sometimes I’m in so much pain I have to lean over the glass counter and they never say anything to me about it and don’t judge at all.
4 pickups walked in after I been here for 10mins waiting along with another man. Granted we were walkins but there were only 4 of us the 2 express got their things and we sat while others walked in and out going ahead of us. You need a better way of treatment for walkins being skipped multiple times is unacceptable. The man ahead of me said he was there awhile. I actually left. The front desk person should have more knowledge on product availability. So that customers aren't wasting their time. She said we have the products but when I looked this was not true.I'll go elsewhere although I may wait at the other store their employees are knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their guests.

I am very upset at this Trulieve location. I have driven through the location after making orders twice to use my renewal, my renewal card discount and both times I was told how to do it by the manager I get here and they say I can’t get ground I can’t get anything basically so very new car discount at this Trulieve is not real. I’m very upset, gas expensive. Now I am driving home with $50 less in my pocket after they’re in back trip twice so a half a tank of gas in the truck is another $40 for my $90 trying to listen to a manager about their discounts that Navin, you can use truly feel free to contact me if you’d like to.
In general, I love this place. Most locations I go to are a lovely and helpful experience, including this one. Except when it’s not. And my problems only exist at the check in counter. I don’t know if the problem is systematic or just per this location but there is seemingly no rhyme or reason to their waitlist. And I’ve even watched a desk attendant let in someone they know personally ahead of people who are there for express pick up. Why is there a whole express pick up door if we’re still impacted by the walk in order? I understand be understaffed but this is unhinged. No hate to the bud tender doing the dispensing always. But the check in staff is fully unhinged. Get it together and you’ll have less obviously aggressive people in your waiting area.
2 stars. The associate at the front desk was super rude. The only reason there’s more than one star is because the other associate in the back was so nice. You can’t get an attitude when someone asks you a question just because the other dude made you mad. Curb your attitude since you’re the “face of the company” as the front desk associate. If you cannot keep your attitude in check, please choose another profession other than customer service. I will not come back to this location, Longwood for LIFE!
Great store and great staff! Liz was super friendly and knowledgeable on everything and applied my discounts. I would highly recommend her to anyone shopping at Apopka Truleive.
Stopped by for the first time and was helped by the nicest front desk staff I’ve interacted with in a long time. They listened to my questions and actually had deep knowledge of the products and helped me feel confident about what I wanted. Thank you so much Liz! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone new to Florida cannabis or just looking for a friendly experience.

Placed an order online and enabled text notifications, I know they were enabled because I received the first one telling me that they were processing my order and that I'd get a text when ready for pickup. That text never came. 24 hours later I called the corporate line and they were very rude to me, saying that my order was partially filled but they are out of stock on some items, no explanation about the lack of text notifications. I couldn't get to the store that afternoon so I came in to get my partial order the next morning to be told that my order expires from their system and that I would have to wait in the walk in line to reorder and then wait another 45 minutes for my meds. I'm never coming back to Trulieve.

Terrible customer service. Nasty manager and reps. Never really had a bad experience at a trulieve before but this location sure made up for. Trulieve is good and consistent with multiple locations. Just avoid the Apopka one, do yourself the favor.
I absolutely love shopping at Trulieve Apopka! Going there reminds me of the TV show “Cheers” in that everyone knows my name! I want to especially give a shout out to Jessica. She always treats me like I’m someone special - like I’m actually a close relative! I’m also thrilled with her current hair color! The bottom line is that going to Trulieve in Apopka is so much more than a pleasurable shopping experience. See for yourself!
The is the best location, with the best employees, Liz specially is always super kind and very helpful. This location was super speedy and then I was told their hours were cut, this was a bad decision and caused me a half and hour wait (last time) instead of the normal 15 mins or less. Please give them back their hours!!!
The Apopka location is great. Always have lots in stock and the staff are really friendly. Liz was a huge help and was a pleasure to engage with. Highly recommend!
Always clean, prompt, and overall friendly experience, service, and environment. Be nice to see the same people every visit but just like your favorite strains they never seem to be the same availability as the last time. Lacks variety in chocolate flavors compared to online ordering.
One of the rare times that I wake up early in the morning to go to the dispensary, and it was totally worth it. Cory the awesome dude who dispensed me made sure I left knowing that I had been well taken care of! Get that man a raise, his energy was outstanding specifically given it was 10 in the morning.
Had the pleasure of meeting Gina on my first visit to this location. They don’t have the new Trulieve POS system here yet, so my experience was flawless. All my items were available and able to scan. Quick in and out and Gina provided excellent customer service, she was friendly and efficient! I will continue to use this location and avoid the locations with the new system at all costs.
I visit the apopka location quite frequently. I very rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes before I get called to the back. Liz is the absolute best, she's very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. It doesn't matter if she is at the front desk or the cash register it's always a pleasure dealing with her. She's able to answer any questions that I have about any of the products. This is definitely my go-to location for all my medical needs. Thank you for the wonderful experience. This is a new location and it’s amazing! The lobby was huge and so was the showroom. My first time visiting this location and my experience was amazing! My budtender was Paul. He was nice and beyond helpful and was able to answer all my questions and made some great suggestions as well! I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family in the area.
Came into this location on my way home. Was informed it would be a 15-20 min wait as a walk in. I watched 9 people come in well after me and be serviced before me. Bringing my wait time to 45 min. I understand you can order online for pick up and be express if you have no modifications to your order. But that does not mean you neglect the walk in patients. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I’ll stick to the Eustis location.
Every time I visit this location everyone has been super cool and helpful! Paul even wrote down some products he recommended and I’ll be sure to check them out. Will be back again!

Terrible customer service! I ordered online only for them to tell me that my order was ready.. when I got there they told me that they would not honor the price displayed online that it was a “glitch” I even had a screen shot of the online price in my processed order receipt! They basically said that if you see a good deal on their website that it was probably a glitch 😳 I recommend MUV, it’s 100% better and never waste your time!
I do want to like this place as much as the other one's but when you got 7 to 9 cash out spots and your only taking 1 person at a time seems like why even open at all.....oh and when someone asked for a certain product and you give them the wrong product that's not ok cuz then there the time, gas, to take it back and all you give is "I'm sorry" that's a script line if I say so myself not looking good for this location. I'll change my review when I feel like deserve a better one till then 1 star

Sat for 35 minutes, then was pushed down on the walk in list and was not told why. By the time I got up and left everyone in the store came in after me and were being served before me, worst trulieve I've ever been to.
Every time there is always an issue trulieve is a miserable corporation don’t even know where to begin …….The man who is working today 7/19/22 who claims his name is “dave” with the brown hair needs to be fired!!! he is atrocious and unprofessional !!!! He stared me up and down and made remarks about me my whole transaction he wasn’t even the person cashing me out ……
What an ESXCELLENT Dispensary! Having tried every MJ dispensary in Central Florida (including ALL the Trulieve locations), I found this one to be fresh and energetic. The professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous & FREINDLY staff worked as a team to make my 1st visit to the ne Apopka FL location a rather pleasant one (Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I dislike ALL of the local dispensaries equally LOL!). David (the Store Manager), Lindsey Allen (My Budstro) and all the rest who I simply can't remember their names make this location Top Shelf! Plus it's well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this dispensary while in Central Florida or the Orlando Metropolitan area!
Went to this location on 7/14 and was helped by Gina. Amazing experience! Gina helped me look at some things with my account and was beyond sweet and happy to help. If you get a chance to have Gina as your bud tender you will be happy.
