Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, organized Bills of Material (BOM) Data Entry Analyst that is proficient in SAP. In this position, you will quickly and accurately transfer data from a variety of sources, including written and recorded reports. You must be able to correct existing data, update and develop new and existing databases, and be comfortable working independently with large amounts of numerical and written data.

  • A methodical and analytical approach to bill of material and inventory maintenance

Update databases bill of materials, and other records with new information as it becomes available and creates bills of materials for new product launches

Correct and modify inaccurate files and records

Transfer data from written records, interviews, and paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners

Modify and investigate all inventory transactions as necessary.

Create and organizing spreadsheets with large numbers

Update database or records with new information as it becomes available

Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly

Summarize and compile data for standardized reports

View and verifying confidential or private customer/client information;

Protect the information and identities of customers/client

Verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation

Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed


Proven experience as an inventory control individual (SAP preferred)

Quick and efficient typing skills

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Two years previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field

In-depth understanding of databases

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

Great attention to detail

High school degree or equivalent

Additional Requirements

Florida Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Salary will be commensurate with experience; rate of pay is $12.50/hour. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
