I know it's not this store specifically, but seriously - it's a bad business move and huge turnoff for customers. Please Stop raising the price on the small buds deal. Come on. 3 small buds for $50 now? I and most other people only shop sanctuary for those specific deals. When I see 3 for 50 I immediately shop the other dispensaries. It should be 3 for $40. And the best is when you guys do the 4 for $40 deal. This sneaky price raising and constant fluctuations in product pricing sucks and is making me and many many others have to shop elsewhere for these deals.

I am a first time customer and I purchased 2 flower from them and it was tasteless, odorless and the strain was very poor, there was absolutely no potency. I called them and went back there to show it to them and they did nothing about it and said there’s nothing wrong with it. Which i’m telling you i drove 40 mins to take it back and they didn’t care. Something is weirdly off about the flower for sure, seemed somewhat artificial or old but i’m disappointed. i’ll never purchase from them again it’s not worth the money at all. I HAD MY RECEIPT AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.

I recently left a 5 star review and used to love this dispensary. Unfortunately, I bought a 1g disposable from them that started leaking. When I went to return it I was told that I couldn’t return it without a receipt. Maybe you guys should mention that when people purchase your product, this isn’t a product people expect to return and wouldn’t keep a receipt for; especially, since you guys have record of it in your system. On top of this prices have gone up for no reason on the same products. Usually prices go up when quality goes up. This wasn’t the case here. There’s plenty of dispensaries with the same quality or better; and now, with same prices. And they would exchange a product that was defected. I went in on 12/12/2023 and was told to come back the next day by the girl working. I came back the next day and the manager told me I needed a receipt.

Today I have a pre order and I’m waiting behind people who are shopping. I’ve been waiting what 20 minutes so far. The product is good and the place is close so I still come here. I’m never coming back here again. They STOLE my $!! I visited Sanctuary today, for the first and last time. They had a 50% off sale off of the entire store, so I indulged and purchased some crumble, which I never do, because of price. I live about 20 minutes west of the dispensary. I drove all the way home, and when I checked my bag (mistake, check it at the store, before you leave!!!!) the little jar of crumble wasn’t there. I immediately got back in my car and drove back. When I got there, Matt, who was the bud tender that helped me, said he was going to check the cameras. “I got you” is all he kept saying. Well, he looked at the video and showed me what looks like his back to the camera and the crumble is on the counter and then it’s not. He did not have any footage of him putting it in the bag. He refused to make me whole again. I’m a 50-year-old woman, not some punk trying to score free product. I had purchased five other items with the crumble. They’re very slick, they do a slight-of-hand routine and they pocket your stuff. BE AWARE!!! CHECK YOUR BAG IN THE STORE, BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
