Worst customer service ever!!! These people are just hungry money making people. They take no care or interest at all in their patients. I had been going to Dr. Jaffe for approximately 5 years and then he decided to make his wife the receptionist/office manager who is the most rude person I have ever met in my entire life. Having been a longtime loyal patient, I continued to go anyway but it got to the point that her nastiness became unbearable. She’s fake, NOT nice, condescending, unaccommodating, and RUDE! Hopefully, Dr. Jaffe will see that this woman is going to ruin his career! There are way better doctors/staff to spend your time and money on. Don’twaste it on them.And I wouldn’t be surprised if Mrs. Jaffe replies to this because arguing seems to be the thing she likes doing best instead of just scheduling an appointment…

I called to inform the office I’d be a few mins late due to an accident on highway. They were beyond rude and told me if I’m 10 mins late they won’t see me. The doctor is a fat sloppy Joe. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever experienced. They constantly make erroneous charges claiming missed appointment fees for appointments not even scheduled. The wife who runs the office is extremely unprofessional and aggressive in all communication. I have witnessed several verbal attacks on patients. The doctor can't seem to put professionalism in his office because his wife gets away with treating patients with judgement, hostility, and contempt. None of these qualities belong in a healthcare providers office. It is not conducive to a good working rela tionship between a doctor and their patient. As a retired nurse after 30 years of practice, it would be my recommendation to stay as far away from this practice as possible. There are too many other doctors in the area that will make you feel welcome and comfortable. Don't settle for this practice, because there are other practices that don't come with the drama that occurs in this practice. Obviously I am not alone after reading the reviews here. If they haven't made changes after so many negative reviews, obviously they have no interest in improving their issues. Which quite frankly seem to have a common denominator, which all seem to come down to the wife who runs the office.I only put three stars because I was told the office can delete reviews under three stars, don't know if this is true, but I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Ive been seeing Dr Jaffe for about 2 years now ever since I moved to Florida from Philly. He was quick to see me when I first moved here and needed help and I'm glad I chose him as my doctor because the last 2 years have been the most normal and productive I've had in a very long time. First and foremost this is a place unlike most doctors that you visit. I called because I needed help and they were able to get me in the door the same day and ontop of that within 30 mins. People that need there help are in need of it now and most tell you next week or we only do new patients on this day. Well not Dr. Jaffe and his wife. They are the most sincere people I have meet yet and they care about what your going through, how you feel and make it a priority to get you the help you need now. This is very early on for me but the care and attention I received right off the bat shows that this is a place for me. Looking forward to a long relationship and I urge anyone looking to do what I did to not hesitate this is the right place. And they take insurance and have a local pharmacy 1 min down the road. They just really have there stuff together and I’m glad I found them.

Had to reschedule an appointment. Tried to call and no one answered . Called the next day and finally got ahold of someone to reschedule. No text or reminder was sent for follow up. Missed the appointment. Rescheduled again. Went in and was charged an extra 100 dollars on top of the 200. Front desk told me I was basically lying about not getting notifications. I won't be returning. I drive almost an hour because I like Dr. Jaffe dut 100 dollar extra charge is ridiculous. My advice find someone closer to your house cheaper rates and better reception.Response. To their response.They absolutely didn't send me a text or email forthe two subsequent visits. Also did not tell me there would be a charge for reschedule until I drive an hour to their office. If I knew i wouldn't have even came and acheduled an appointment with a Dr closer to me. Why would I lie. All you have to do is read the multiple people you did this too from the other reviews. Stop you are looking foolish at this point.

BEWARE! They will schedule you for an appointment even though you tell them you DO NOT want to schedule your appointment 6 months out, but they will schedule you anyways and STILL CHARGE you $50 for not showing up to the said appointment you did not want to schedule in the first place! When I finally called to make my appointment they even failed to tell me about this 'missed appointment' until I was checking in. They claim its 'their policy' because they are "so busy" but every time i've been there it's always empty. I have since looked into other doctors and have found they are $50 more expensive for a visit. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO to Dr. Jaffee.

As someone who has seen both Dr Jaffe and Mrs Jaffe every month for 4 years straight before the pandemic and then bi-monthly since; my words are credible.These two have never treated me any less than respectful. Always polite, helpful and non judgmental. With 6 years of not a single blemish on my track record with them, I recently had an incident where some of my medication was missing. I reached out to Dr Jaffe. He was understanding, and explained what actions I needed to take to get the situation resolved. There was no judgment on me or treating me differently because of the type of situation.The Jaffe’s are great people! Don’t believe the negative nonsense in some of these other reviews. If you are respectful and do what is expected of you as a patient, you will be treated the same way.———————I have always enjoyed being a patient here. My job got moved to South Carolina over a year ago and I make a trip back each month for my appointment because I trust the Jaffe’s and they always treat me very well.

If you’re looking for a caring and considerate doctor, look elsewhere. Any doctor that refers to a treatment plan as YOUR treatment and not OUR treatment, is clearly here for the wrong reasons and yet another blemish on the atrocity that is the American healthcare system. I could sit here and list everything that went wrong at this place, but it was my own fault for giving them excuses and for staying as long as I did. I promise you, he will make sure he does everything by the book and make sure only the patient does wrong, and in terms of human decency and treating patients like they are individuals, you won’t get that here. You’ll get a stigmatized treatment plan and little to no respect for yourself as a person. Once they realize you have a situation with payment, they’ll refuse treatment and essentially tell you to go fend for yourself. And these doctors wonder why the relapse rate is sky high. If they truly felt they were a good health provider, they wouldn’t feel the need to defend themselves against anyone that posts a review. Unfortunately, they are the definition of burnt out, whether it be due to years of horrible patient experiences or the constant numbing of emotions that allow them to actually provide proper healthcare. I’m sure at one point in time they had every intention of doing good (I hope), but that’s not what it is now. So if you want something quick, to the point, and have the financial stability to do so, look no further. But if you want real compassionate treatment, I urge you to go elsewhere.Also I only gave him a 2 star because he is certainly quick and by the book. it’s their lack of compassion that led me here. Like another reviewer said, they should not be treating those with substance abuse. We are not one single person that all went down the same path. You certainly don’t have the right to behave like we are inferior to you.I’m posting this to help others like myself. Im fortunate enough to know about our healthcare system and all the regulations it comes with, but I also know that we deserve better, so I humbly ask of you to consider another doctor if looking for substance abuse treatment in particular. If you still choose to go here,just please make sure to get a copy of the contract. I have been going to this doctors office off and on for 5 years. They use to be my favorite doctor I have ever gone to. The reason I say off and on is because I have moved 4 times out of the city to different location because I like to travel. I came back about a year and a half ago and everything has changed. They treated me as if I were using or selling my prescription. I use to take a drug test once a year if that. Then all of a sudden I was getting drug tested everytime I went in. I have been sick as a dog the last 3 days so I called to see if they would prefer me to do the visit over the phone due to covid concerns. I accidentally called the old phone number from years ago and Dr Jaffe got completely upset and mad I had the number. They still wanted me to come in so I did. Of course they wanted me to do another drug test. I have no problem with that but the thing they did to cross the line was he wanted to stand there and watch me. Unfortunately I have a very shy bladder and so it is nearly impossible for me to use the restroom that way. I tried my hardest to use the restroom with both Dr Jaffe and his wife watching me use the restroom. I just could not do it. I pleaded that they would just crack the door but they would not and told me it was part of my contract to watch me use the restroom. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. They told me I could use the restroom with them watching or I would have to go to quest diagnostic to take one. So I decided to go to quest, little did I know it was $340 for a drug test. I could not afford that. Once again I went back and pleaded they let me take the test with door closed. Of course they get angry with me and treated me as if I were a piece of trash. I asked for a refund they told me to take a drug test or leave and they refused to give me a refund. After all that I decided to leave because I have not been more humiliated in my life without my prescription and without my refund. They basically stole $110 from me. This has become the worst doctors office in Bonita and I recommend if you care about people treating you right then you should not even think about going here. I AM Very upset and think I may try to sue to at least get my money back.I saw the doctor for a total of 5 mins. None of which was about my prescription which was why I was there. I was happy to give the drug screen pure my contract but was not givin the opportunity without Dr Jaffe and his wife watching me. I have never failed a drug test nor have I ever givin a reason to need a chaperone while peeing in a cup. Like I said this doctor is not patient friendly and is no longer worried about doing right by his patients. I recommend you look elsewhere for your medical needs. Dont let his lieing response foul you. I was treated completely wrong today and I do not appreciate it.

I’ve come here for the last few months and it’s been super easy. They’re always over accommodating! Which is great as I’m a single mother of a 5 year old and a 5 month old. So it’s hard to schedule. Yet they always manage to get me in quick and easily. It’s a very clean office, with great staff! The secretary is so nice! And the doctor is too! My last appointment they sent over my prescription and the pharmacy messed it up. They took over and will be changing the pharmacy next time to make it easier. He is a nice man who really knows what he is doing and does his best to make sure that all his patients are on the right path to recovery. My experience with this place has been the worst I’ve ever had. I had a death in the family and had to go out of town unexpectedly to be with my family, and upon calling to reschedule, I was threatened to be discharged. Then when I called for my next appointment, and I explained the circumstances, the awful woman on the phone snapped at me, “THATS IT YOURE DISCHARGED BYE BYE,” like a child having a tantrum. In seven years of being on Vivitrol I have never had a doctor suggest I discontinue the medication and re-addict myself to opiates. Dr. Jaffe suggested I stop Vivitrol at 6 months clean to get back on Suboxone, an opiate. At least Dr. Jaffe is a moderately pleasant person, but his wife who I spoke to on the phone is a horrible witch and should be ashamed of herself, the was she treats those calling in to get help.

They made a mistake and tried so hard to get me to say i said something i never said. I believe it was because the fear that they would get in trouble for prescribing the wrong meds. I tried so hard to tell them what i had been through and was called a liar and a addict. I understand i am on treatment for my addiction but no actual medical professional would ever speak to me the way that horrible lady at the front desk did. She put me in serious risk for relapse without caring a bit. I have been clean for over 3 years thanks to subutext and was just trying to do things the right way instead of risking everything i had worked so hard to achieve these last 3 years. They made me feel like i was less than a inch tall. And i am not one who gets offended very easy. They then threatened to discharge me for not agreeing to the lie they made up to dodge possible trouble for them. Please beware of going to this man for addiction treatment. Especially if you are not rich, he doesn't care about people getting better he enjoys making money and doesn't care about your financial issues. He also is a bit arrogant and tries to make you feel less than him. I would rather pay more to see a doctor who actually cares more about his patient than money and has control issues. Be careful.
