Jen ,Tonya and Hunter are great. Their store is always clean and they are very helpful when you have a question. I’m a regular here and am always greeted by first name. KEEP UP THE GOOD VIBES.

I drove an hour and a half for the grand opening to find out that they wouldn't honor the 35% off on their $20 eighths called roll one. So I ended up spending an extra 200.oo dollars.I ended up paying 16.50 per eighth instead of 13.00.And I filled my entire rec so I feel freaking ripped off by these guys. I bought somewhere around 40 eights that day. I'd like management to reach out to me and try to make this right. I spent a shitload of money with you guys. And it's left a bad taste in my mouth ever since to the point that I stopped shopping with you guys so if you make this right I'll become a customer again.
I had been a Trulieve customer for 4 consecutive years. They're the largest most commercial dispensary in Florida. Good products at reasonable prices. The website works well and I had gotten used to shopping with them - placing orders online and picking them up in store. About 2 months ago, I arrived to pick up my order and the total in store DID NOT match the checkout price I received from their website. It was higher and about a 25.00 dollar difference. At that time, I thought I had made the mistake and went ahead and paid for my product. However, from that point on, I started keeping track of my totals from the website checkout when I went to pickup my products in store. All totals matched... until Thursday, August 7th, 2025.That day, I had placed my order online and checked out with my total of 170.00 dollars. Anyone who uses Trulieve's online website knows that the 170.00 reflects the full price, before sales and rewards points, at the checkout and that sales and rewards gets applied at the register. So, after sales (-29.00) and rewards (-15.00) my total should have been 126.00 dollars. I arrived at Trulieve Broad St. in Brooksville, checked in and was called to the counter. To my surprise, my total AFTER sales and discounts was ~160.00 dollars! What? I asked the budtender to double check the total and that the total he was giving me was not correct. He said that's what his computer was telling him. I asked what the total was before any sales or discounts to which he replied ~200.00! What? What?! I tried to explain that the website had a completely different total and that I had recorded the totals from the website. The budtender kept interrupting me and not letting me communicate with him about the issue. I even asked him to please allow me to speak but he couldn't help but interrupt and be rude. I asked to speak to a manager and this budtender proclaimed he WAS the manager. Yuck! This "manager" was completely ineffectual, rude and sounded like a parrot..."That's what my computer says. That's what my computer says. That's what my computer says." This "manager" had no managerial skills whatsoever and couldn't think outside of what his screen was telling him. Consumer Protection Laws prevent companies from advertising one price for a product and then charging another, higher price for the same product at the register. That's what this "manager" was attempting to do. Change an advertised price at the register to a higher price. That's ILLEGAL! I canceled my order and shopped at Trulieve's competitor 2 blocks away. I got a better deal on quality product and I'm very happy with my purchase.I was so stunned by the unprofessional attitude of this dread-headed "manager" that I called corporate. I notified them about his less-than-managerial attitude, the current pricing complaint and informed them this was the second time this type of price discrepancy occurred at this location. They were very apologetic and even gave me a standing 15% discount should I choose to return my business to Trulieve. Don't hold your breath. Corporate said they would investigate the issue and speak to the "manager" of the location. I'm not holding my breath. Get this though... Corporate even had, on their computer screen, my correct price of 170.00 dollars! I have a copy of my canceled order showing 170.00! Yeah..."Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Something's, literally, not adding up at this Trulieve location. If this happened to me twice at one location in as many months, it could be happening to you and happening company wide. BUYER BEWARE! I'll keep my business elsewhere.
Trulieve is the only dispensary I've ever had to walk out of without purchasing anything... and it's happened multiple times. You guys... do better. You're losing a lot of customers by consistently running sales on items you don't have, or worse, having the sale products and the employees refusing to honor the sale. It doesn't matter if you have good products if you have such terrible service that shopping with you is impossible.
First time coming to your store. It was a Friday, only 2 people working. 7 waiting in the lobby. 2 being checked out, that took 10minutes. Then there is only one IPad to check in on. Can't make an order there. Has to be online. I don't like sharing my credit card online. So I won't be ordering. This is why you have had a drop in sales for this company. They are not staffing in a way to expedite orders. Curaleaf, has me in and out in 15 minutes on Fridays. Because they have enough staff and equipment so people can make orders. I'm just saying all this so you can do better and not go out of business. Because the competition is rising. You will be left behind with slow service. Please staff better and get more pads. Make it easier for customers.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Specifically do not use your card if you’re going to go here! They charged me multiple times and I can not get anyone to address it and give me my money back. They keep telling me someone from the location will contact me but no one does!!
HIGHly recommend coming here!! (Pun intended.) But, seriously. I have been to MANY Trulieves and this one has been my favorite. They impressed me from the get go. Greeted with positive attitude from start both at the front door and at the counter. First of all, thank you, because Tampa traffic was horrendous that day and a positive attitude truly does go a long way to help lift someone's day. Even as it got busier, they were both friendly and proficient. What really impressed me, was Nigel's service. That gentleman was not only exceptional with his attitude, but with his knowledge and customer service skills. I look forward to coming back and recommending people here!
Have tried to order online so many times since grand opening. EVERY SINGLE TIME their delivery drivers aren’t there on delivery days and they would reschedule for days later. I have migraines without my stuff and any time we contact corporate they have trouble contacting the store because no one will pick up. This is so unacceptable. I advise either never ordering online from this store or going to a different dispensary entirely. Because this is unreasonable. I have trouble driving due to my migraines and I live out in the middle of nowhere. This trulieve is the closest to me and is FOURTY MINUTES AWAY. So this really causes problems for me.

Not up to par with other locations quality of customer service. Robotic staff with no personality..I placed an online order and it still took the lady 10 minutes to go through the in store pick up checkout. Right from the start the people here seemed like they had no clue what they were doing....They need a better management team to lead the crew here.

been to this location since the grand opening only a few weeks ago and every time they have messed something up. either giving us the wrong strain or literally not even giving us the amount that we paid for. employees need to stop smoking and pay attention.
