Today I went to Cannabist and it will be the last time that I go there. I purchased two chullum pipes and when I got in my car I realized that they were not what I wanted. I walked back inside and explain to them that I bought the wrong thing and that I wanted a refund and they said that they cannot do that even though I left the store 2 minutes ago. They wanted to give me a $20 credit when I paid $40 and that was the best they can do, so I lose out on $20. How unfair is that. I have been a loyal customer for 2 yrs and this is how I was treated. I will never go there again.

I felt that they were "pushing" products, rather than supplying Medical MJ to the public. The edibles products are poor quality, making me feel nauseous and no other supposed effect. They are all hybrid and seem to be the same, and none offered any medical benefits, not could the salesperson guide me. I've lived in states where this is legal to all, and the dispensaries were far more knowledgeable and they did not push stuff; they believe in the alternative benefits. The free promotional "blunt"was stale or tasted like, what I used to call "junkweed". I did only try their free promotional item, although I did purchase another to get my total up to the buy 4 get 4 free promo. That being said, I mentioned I do not inhale any products but that was their only choice: I gave them away.As a new customer, I would think they want to cultivate repeat business. I certainly will not be wasting my time or money at this establishment., oh yes, they do not have any return policy. That should have been my first sign of the type of experience/product I was in for.

What a delightful encounter it was! She pointed out a couple items on super special. She presented composed & calm yet interested & intent. There was a moment of drama due to a technical difficulty with a credit card scanner. Just when it seemed like curtains, she tuned the tables on the near desperate situation: things went back to normal. She pulled us out of a nosedive & next thing I know is my head’s in ☁️☁️☁️☁️. The girl got the goods. She skims a few layers away from the dispensary environment yet it abides.

I thought the assortment of devices to enjoy with our products was very small and limiting. Next year, you ought to have someone demonstrating the various ways of ingesting marijuana i.e., Smoking vaping cooking in chocolates and candies , dab tabs, etc it could be educational and promote more of the products being sold. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Cannabist

Coming from the West Coast, dabbling anywhere & everywhere from recreation to medical, I had high hopes for my upcoming experiences. I made the terrible mistake of 1st going to the more well known competitor in the area. With multiple terrible experiences, I tried this Cannabist location and I've been blown away by their product, packaging, customer service and experience as a whole. There was a party atmosphere in the air. The giveaways were generous. It's amazing how much value we place on little things like store gifts! "It was a memorable 420 indeed. I thought the assortment of devices to enjoy with our products was very small and limiting. Next year, you ought to have someone demonstrating the various ways of ingesting marijuana i.e., Smoking vaping cooking in chocolates and candies , dab tabs, etc it could be educational and promote more of the products being sold. Just sayin". Teach everyone the vocabulary of our products.
