I say this because it takes a good culture to develop and cultivate great talent. Their knowledge has shown to be superior to other dispensaries and I’m very impressed that I’m still learning something new every time I go in there.No particularly crazy special deals today (which they do have all the time) but because of the experience, culture, and genuine care that they showcase is what makes this my go to. Ok let me start by saying I'm a budget minded shopper, so I walk into cannabist on a budget worried about the best ways... to deal with my pain that day. I'm greeted by this cool guy with curly hair and a super friendly security guard. Who then pass me over to Rachel. But for privacy let's call her ranch. Because this interaction was amazing. She Taught me all about the new dablicator. Talked me through how it works and I picked it up along with my normal order on a whim. And I must say I would give this review a six star if I could because going home and trying that out on my puffco made a dramatic difference on my ability to dose myself and properly medicate. I was just completely blown away. In fact it took me like 2 days to really sit down and write this review because I've just been so perfectly feeling life since that order pickup happened. The staff is all extremely friendly and they have informative, helpful videos to show you how to use the products before you buy them if you have any concern or confusion. I'd say that Rachel deserves a raise after this interaction some kind of bonus because she's simply the best. She's making the cannabist dispensary better than alllllll the rest.read more

I really liked this place. The location is great for me, since it’s like 3 miles from my work. Everyone there was super... friendly. Unlike all the other dispensaries this one was unique in that it was all open. I like that. You walk in and out of one door, it’s one big space. I was a new customer so I had to wait while my info was put in, but it was super fast and easy. They filled everything out for me. It was super clean as well. I think the open area helps with that. You are always out of powder. This is insane. Back when I was taking legal heroin if the pharmacy was out of stock it... was back in 2 days later. This is a thc pharmacy and should be just as quick filling stock. An absolute amazing experience from start to end! Walking up to the building I felt so special having my door opened... for me like I'm at the Ritz-Carlton. Once inside I was amazed by how professional and pristine everything looked. From the wood paneling decorating the side counters, to the open layout of the store, down to the calming music being played, it all culminated to such a peaceful experience. I was greeted warmly by Melissa at reception the second I crossed the threshold. Even with masks on you can tell everyone working there was smiling and genuinely happy. The rest of the staff; Matt, Yves, Ida, and Leslie, showed their expertise patiently answering my every question making me feel like part of the family.
