I just called the store and I was asking specifically if there was any sales the saleswoman proceeds to tell me if there was any sales and then I asked her if she just has any regular wax and she goes no and I said well you have wax there right and she goes. yes she couldn’t even understand the fact that I was trying to see whether or not there was wax there, regardless if it was on sale or not decided to argue with me on the phone that’s why this place is always empty. They never have sales.

The manager here, Hailey, is truly phenomenal. I transferred from OK dispensaries where the pricing and selection are very different, but here at Cannabist I have found the most knowledgeable and friendly staff in town. They helped me understand the card application process, the allotments allowed every prescription, and requesting prescription changes. While the pricing can be steep sometimes (they run deals and discounts!), it’s competitive to other local clinics and the customer service definitely makes it worth it. Love this suntree gem!

Cannabist is one of my favorite dispensaries in Brevard. Their selection has a lot more variety now that it is no longer Columbia Care. Their facility is always clean and their customer care is A++. Friendly and knowledgeable employees make going there a fun experience. Check online for their stock, it's always up to date. If you have a strain you weren't able to pick up, they are more than happy to call you when it comes in if you just ask. Have never waited more than 5 minutes to be served.

That being said, this place is run seamlessly (or so it seems..which is the point isn’t it), by people who care not only for the product but for the patients’ needs and wants. From Anthony, Rob, and Rachel, to the rest of the team that works there….everyone makes you feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for. The place is always spotless clean, know you received your correct medication and you know you will get quality. I accidentally arrived early on a crazy day I had and honestly I didn’t mind waiting, but someone came out and said, “Sir, we’re gonna open early, we’re ready and no need for you to wait in your car.” That’s not just great customer service, that’s being a decent human being. I have already reviewed this location once before, but after todays visit I had to do it again due to the awesome customer service I received. As soon as I walked in I was escorted to the counter where Yaya was helping me find which medicine I wanted to purchase. She was incredibly kind, and even helped me get signed up for the loyalty point program without me even asking her to. While I was getting signed up for the program, Emilio was answering any questions I had and was extremely kind as well. The actual product Columbia Care sells is great, but with customer service as good as this it elevates it to a whole new level. I felt welcome and at home the entire time, and was never rushed.

I come here weekly. I also frequent other dispensaries. This place is by far the best customer service experience out of all of them. They also have great product most of the time with few outages (when I visit anyway). They always answer the phone when I have a question and overall all of my interactions here have been very positive. The first person to ever help me was Greg and today he helped me again. He is a very genuine, nice guy who obviously cares about his customers. All of the staff deserve credit though. They obviously all enjoy working with each other and seem to make a great team or at least do a really good job of making it appear that way.

They appear to be consistently sanitary and have been that way since before covid-19 was known. There are several dispensaries in the area however this is my preferred dispensary.

I went in the other day and was just really going through it, Ashley took her time to talk to me and really had me feeling better by the time I left. You never know the kind of impact you will have on someone, but for me it was really reassuring for someone to show care and concern. I have been a medical marijuana patient for over a year now and have visited a decent amount of dispensaries in the area. Columbia Care in Melbourne is, by far, the best dispensary of all!During my first visit I was treated with care and provided knowledge about their numerous product offerings. Other dispensaries tend to rush you through and seem only interested in taking your money. Not at Columbia Care. They take the time to listen, to understand your needs and to guide you in the right direction. I met Chris on my first visit and he did then and continues now to impress me. He welcomed me to the dispensary, listened to my concerns/needs and treated me with respect. Chris has helped enhance my knowledge of medical marijuana, the various products and has gone out of his way to address my individual needs. He is definitely a valuable employee at Columbia Care and a brother to me now!In fact, the whole staff is incredible! Jessica, Lori and Marissa are top-notch and always treat me extremely well. They all are also very knowledgeable about the products and they never rush me. They are very caring and are always there to help and guide. It is such a pleasure to know these wonderful people and I’m very thankful for all of their help and professionalism.The Columbia Care product line is diverse with high quality products. Serious inventory issues... they just held a promotion for buy 3 and get one free including flower products, but they didnt bother to actually provide the stores with any inventory of flower. I have literally checked every single day for a week and when I called on friday, the last day of the offer, one of their staff members lied and said they had some flower in stock on Monday, but I had called the minute they opened on Monday and they had nothing. Absolutely nothing in stock. I looked at the other locations and it seemed the same across the state. Terrible policy to advertise something you can not provide to the stores. Very deceptive practice if you ask me. I dont like being lied to. Make sure you check ahead of any trip to one of their dispensaries. Thay are probably out of most everything.

Col Care is one of my favorite dispensaries in Brevard. While their selection is sometimes limited (they are actively adding new flower strains every month though!), their facility is always clean and their customer care is A++. Friendly and knowledgeable employees make going there a fun experience. Check online for their stock, it's always up to date. If you have a strain you weren't able to pick up, they are more than happy to call you when it comes in if you just ask. I pay in cash but they have a credit card that gets you 20% your first purchase and a rewards program that gets you decent store credit after so much spent. Have never waited more than 5 minutes to be served.

Called them a few weeks ago and the manager answered and said they weren't open yet but offered to call me when they did open. I thought that was awesome! Got the phone call today that they were open so I headed over. I bought the mint chip and Granddaddy purple. I just tried the mint chip and I'm impressed with the flavor. Staff was super friendly and the facility is nice and open theres plenty of room unlike some of the dispensaries. Definitely will be back.

The manager here, Hailey, is truly phenomenal. I transferred from OK dispensaries where the pricing and selection are very different, but here at Cannabist I have found the most knowledgeable and friendly staff in town. They helped me understand the card application process, the allotments allowed every prescription, and requesting prescription changes. While the pricing can be steep sometimes (they run deals and discounts!), it’s competitive to other local clinics and the customer service definitely makes it worth it. Love this suntree gem!

I have already reviewed this location once before, but after todays visit I had to do it again due to the awesome customer service I received. As soon as I walked in I was escorted to the counter where Yaya was helping me find which medicine I wanted to purchase. She was incredibly kind, and even helped me get signed up for the loyalty point program without me even asking her to. While I was getting signed up for the program, Emilio was answering any questions I had and was extremely kind as well. The actual product Columbia Care sells is great, but with customer service as good as this it elevates it to a whole new level. I felt welcome and at home the entire time, and was never rushed.

Went there for the first time today, and I have nothing bad to say at all. The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot to ask for your name) was very polite and helpful getting me registered in their system. I come here weekly. I also frequent other dispensaries. This place is by far the best customer service experience out of all of them. They also have great product most of the time with few outages (when I visit anyway). They always answer the phone when I have a question and overall all of my interactions here have been very positive. The first person to ever help me was Greg and today he helped me again. He is a very genuine, nice guy who obviously cares about his customers. All of the staff deserve credit though. They obviously all enjoy working with each other and seem to make a great team or at least do a really good job of making it appear that way.

I highly recommend this dispensary for the quality of their products but the staff puts me at ease. As our medical issues very and our conditions affect us differently from one day to another, the staff is still consistently kind and patient and helpful. They appear to be consistently sanitary and have been that way since before covid-19 was known. There are several dispensaries in the area however this is my preferred dispensary.

From the security opening up the door, to the front desk staff checking me in, to the bud tenders helping me with my selection. I think I’ve had a positive interaction with just about everyone of the staff members. The level of care and kindness they have is not something that can be trained. I went in the other day and was just really going through it, Ashley took her time to talk to me and really had me feeling better by the time I left. You never know the kind of impact you will have on someone, but for me it was really reassuring for someone to show care and concern. I really like how they have bag checks too so you always know your getting to right products. I couldn’t recommend this location enough, the staff is seriously some of the best of humanity. Serious inventory issues... they just held a promotion for buy 3 and get one free including flower products, but they didnt bother to actually provide the stores with any inventory of flower. I have literally checked every single day for a week and when I called on friday, the last day of the offer, one of their staff members lied and said they had some flower in stock on Monday, but I had called the minute they opened on Monday and they had nothing. Absolutely nothing in stock. I looked at the other locations and it seemed the same across the state. Terrible policy to advertise something you can not provide to the stores. Very deceptive practice if you ask me. I dont like being lied to. Make sure you check ahead of any trip to one of their dispensaries. Thay are probably out of most everything.

Col Care is one of my favorite dispensaries in Brevard. While their selection is sometimes limited (they are actively adding new flower strains every month though!), their facility is always clean and their customer care is A++. Friendly and knowledgeable employees make going there a fun experience. Check online for their stock, it's always up to date. If you have a strain you weren't able to pick up, they are more than happy to call you when it comes in if you just ask. I pay in cash but they have a credit card that gets you 20% your first purchase and a rewards program that gets you decent store credit after so much spent. Have never waited more than 5 minutes to be served.

Called them a few weeks ago and the manager answered and said they weren't open yet but offered to call me when they did open. I thought that was awesome! Got the phone call today that they were open so I headed over. I bought the mint chip and Granddaddy purple. I just tried the mint chip and I'm impressed with the flavor. Staff was super friendly and the facility is nice and open theres plenty of room unlike some of the dispensaries. Definitely will be back.
