The doctors and staff there really take the scariness out of the process and treat you like a person. Like another review mentioned, I went in worried about how things were going to go and if I had to rehash my entire medical history yet again just to receive relief. That didn't happen. Assessments are quick and the doctors really understand that the process doesn't have to be complicated or make you feel like you have to prove that you need it beyond a few basic questions. They are also helpful if you need resources learning about how it all works and products you'll be able to use. For someone struggling, it's a nice change to see and I highly recommend them.

First of all, everyone in this place is incredibly sweet and helpful! They’re also being very covid cautious, which I appreciate. I went in pretty anxious and skeptical, but came out feeling hopeful and excited to work my way off of 4 of my 5 medications. I got a little packet of information too that I plan on using to help me research treatments. Dr. Lipinski is incredibly knowledgeable and I definitely look forward to working with this clinic. I was immediately greeted by Joyce. She has a very welcoming and compassionate personality. She took my temperature when I approached the window. I filled out my forms and she answered any and all questions that I had. Dr. Lipinski was very nice. I felt at ease talking to her. She explained and I asked her questions. She made sure that I understood everything before she left the room.Joyce came back in and she explained my information with the state as far as getting my card. And I had more questions and I felt comfortable enough that I could ask her. Very nice young lady.

There were two young ladies there today when I was in. They were extremely helpful, caring and professional. This office is clean and welcoming. Just had my first Tele appointment and it went smoothly no issues at all. Doctor was prompt and very helpful with new idea's on ways to consume cannibus. I was so nervous walking in here mainly because I didn't know what to expect. Immediately I felt all my anxiety go away as soon as I walked in there. They have a great atmosphere and the staff is excellent. They were very quick and thorough and super friendly.
