I love that. I use them for carts. So.etimes for both or just one or the other they really have helped me quit smoking cigarettes for 40+yrs. I've been cigarette free for 43 days now.

The overall energy from most of the staff here feels like, “I don’t want to be here, and I want you to feel that too.” It’s disappointing, because this should be a relaxing, welcoming experience.The one exception is the manager — he’s consistently kind, professional, and always makes sure to hand your ID back directly instead of dropping it into the shopping bag. That small detail matters. I’ve accidentally thrown my ID away once because it was placed in the bag, and I can only imagine how many customers have had similar issues.Honestly, when have you ever gone to a store where your change or your ID is tossed into the bag with your products? It’s strange, careless, and really frustrating. A little more attention and customer care from the rest of the staff would go a long way.

It is always something w/ this specific location. Waited about 30 days for a double charge to be refunded. Gave me the run around for weeks. Recently, had an online order w/ $5 off and he (the store manager) did not apply it to my balance( even though I had done so online). Both of my encounters with the same person. This location needs a full new leadership.

I had a truly terrible experience at Trulieve dispensary, made even worse by the fact that I had just lost my beloved cat that same day. I went there hoping to find some comfort and guidance, hoping to find even a shred of comfort. Instead, I was met with one of the rudest, most clueless staff members I’ve ever encountered!! She had no idea what she was talking about — couldn’t answer basic questions, didn’t offer any guidance or education, and acted like I was just another nuisance in her day. We ask what genetics the product was no explanations — nothing. Had no clue about the sales. Instead, she rushed through the process and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I was already emotionally raw, and instead of compassion, I got the door practically slammed in my face… I really hope Trulieve trains their staff better and emphasizes empathy and education, because no one should have to feel like this — especially on such a tough day.If Trulieve wants to keep customers, they need to seriously rethink who they put behind the counter. People come here looking for help, not to be treated like garbage!!!!

Your product is over priced and the bud is trashy 30% thc bullshit I don't even get high until I smoke most of this junk 60$ for an 1/8 and you don't even get the full effect of it if it's in the 20s for thc it should all be 20$ why would I pay more for a stupid name like black tuna stop robbing your customers. MF now is 45$ roll one brand you decided not to get anything worthy at 20$ because people weren't buy the other trash.
