Description

The CMMS Coordinator will be the person responsible for the management of our Computer Maintenance Management System. This individual will be the key holder our of maintenance system and will be responsible for the implementation, development, and up keep of the system. This individual will be responsible for the management of the CMMS for our Monticello Cultivation Facilities. This position reports to the Facilities Maintenance Manager for Monticello.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies job skills and company’s policies and procedures to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Responsible for the daily processing of maintenance and calibration documentation by management of the electronic and paper files.
  • Responsible for conducting routine internal audits of maintained records and documentation.
  • Provides support for internal and external audit requests of maintenance documentation.
  • Interfaces with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) customers on a daily basis.
  • Primary customer contact for CMMS related requests, updates, status and guidance.
  • Daily processing of maintenance and calibration work orders including: issuing Tag Ids, generating, closing and filing work orders.
  • Maintenance of electronic records and paper files which includes: performing quality check of records and files to be processed, performing CMMS system updates and for collaborating with customers as needed for clarification and guidance.
  • Responsible for facilitating work order review meetings.

  • Responsible for facilitating work order review meetings.
  • Generating and distributing status reports.
  • Development of maintenance plans, equipment lists, and KPI Tracking
  • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory
  • Work in conjunction with Facilities Director, Manager, and Project Managers/Coordinators on projects

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A high degree of PC literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office applications Preferred: An associate or college degree in a technical field 2-4 years of related experience in a GMP environment would be preferred.
  • Experience with a maintenance management program is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience as maintenance planner or maintenance technician

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 50+ hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
