The discount lingo and marketing strategy is obtuse at best.Though the sales clerk was kind, sweet and bubbly… they didn’t really help lend clarity and by the time I left… it wasn’t with the product I originally picked out before my arrival and paid more than I set out to do when I left the farm and drove 40 mins at that.Nothing like being told the one you came in for is the only thing you can’t use the discount on that brought you in…But hey… that’s the sales, capitalism and minimum wage era we live in. 🤷

This is the worst marijuana I've purchased in years. The THC said 27 and I am finding it barely smokable. Getting it from such an opulent establishment really stuck in my craw. What are they even trying to do? Sad situation. I want to get it from the streets again. Pot dealers are very honest in my experience. A business run like this can't afford to be.

I wrecked my bike on the 17th and broke several ribs, collarbone and was in UF Shands for a few days with a chest tube. Almost out of medication so I thought I would check this place out while I was in the neighborhood. I'm so glad that I did. Great atmosphere and my wife hung out on the couch while I was educated on the many different products. Usually I stuck with flower. but it hurts so bad when I cough that I was ready for something that wouldn't make me cough and still ease some of my pain. Not only did I get some flower (very good) I got some gummies, chocolate, tincture, a dablicstor and Keefe. Since it was my first visit there they gave me the Godfather deal. All I can say is this place is the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The people who work here are very knowledgeable and they work together to make sure the customers have a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this business to anyone. I guarantee you I will be going there again.

Today I want to recommend you try the 25mg capsules. Beginning about 30 minutes after taking a single capsule the effects are very gentle and in about one hour the full effect is mild and relaxing. Stress is gone and smooth & easy is the way forward. When smoke is not an option these capsules really fill the gap.Btw say hi to Nick when you’re there.My first visit to a dispensary was excellent and as a newbee I had lots of question. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous is what I found in the aide that help me. The suggestions he made are truly excellent samples and I look forward to my next visit.

Columbia Care is quick to send you 3-5 texts messages a day, thought I’d give them a try.My advice is: don’t be sold on anything the Budtenders try to talk you into. Always check your labels. Especially if your picky about indica/ sativa and % numbers. A pretty face will tell you exactly what you want to hear about a product, then when you get home, the labels will read something totally different. Fooled me twice. That’s it. Your menu in store never matched what product I brought home.This is a pharmacy right ? In order to shop, you need a prescription. No other pharmacy would do this to it’s patients. A patient shouldn’t have to deal with so much mislabeling.

Online prices are cheaper than in-store prices. Feels like bait and switch when you have to pay more in store than what was quoted online. Prob will stick with grow healthy after this experience.Don't offer discounts online if your system is unable to calculate them correctly. This is the only place I could find low THC flower. Having low thc like ADCD, is just as important to some of us, as high thc levels are to others. Please, never stop carrying low thc flower so those of us that are either sensitive or just starting, can have our medication too!

I wrecked my bike on the 17th and broke several ribs, collarbone and was in UF Shands for a few days with a chest tube. Almost out of medication so I thought I would check this place out while I was in the neighborhood. I'm so glad that I did. Great atmosphere and my wife hung out on the couch while I was educated on the many different products. Usually I stuck with flower. but it hurts so bad when I cough that I was ready for something that wouldn't make me cough and still ease some of my pain. Not only did I get some flower (very good) I got some gummies, chocolate, tincture, a dablicstor and Keefe. Since it was my first visit there they gave me the Godfather deal. All I can say is this place is the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The people who work here are very knowledgeable and they work together to make sure the customers have a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this business to anyone. Today I want to recommend you try the 25mg capsules. Beginning about 30 minutes after taking a single capsule the effects are very gentle and in about one hour the full effect is mild and relaxing. Stress is gone and smooth & easy is the way forward. Especially if your picky about indica/ sativa and % numbers. A pretty face will tell you exactly what you want to hear about a product, then when you get home, the labels will read something totally different. Fooled me twice. That’s it. Your menu in store never matched what product I brought home.This is a pharmacy right ? In order to shop, you need a prescription. No other pharmacy would do this to it’s patients. I’m brand new to cannabis and was a little nervous making my first purchase. I went to Columbia Care and Skyler answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to make a purchase that I really felt would help me. He then walked me over to the cashier, Nicole. She helped get my purchases together and was so friendly. I felt very comfortable there. It’s so beautifully designed and decorated. Very calming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Best dispo I’ve been to in Gainesville yet. Not only do they have a beautiful interior atmosphere, but also the friendliest and most personable staff. They take debit cards, stack discounts, And give free swag while still having the knowledge and insight to lead the patient to the right product for them. I bought a syringe of some hybrid distillate. Put it in an empty cart, tastes like an orange creamsicle. Amazing. Will be coming back often.

I drive from Lake City to Gainesville about once a month for doctors appointments..It takes a lot out of me. There aren't any dispensaries in Columbia County..🙄.. so I try to make it to a dispensary while I'm in the area. Great place..very helpful and friendly. I only waited a couple minutes which is so nice compared to one of the other dispensaries. Thank you Columbia Care..I will be coming back..❤

I picked up some Pineapple Express flower and Master Kush flower. The Pineapple Express says 18%, but it feels stronger. Less is more, here. Master Kush is more subtle and has the best flavor I've ever had! 😁👍

This was my first time trying Columbia and have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. DON’T sleep on this company!! First they STACK discounts, they give you a ton of free swag on your first visit and are super helpful/nice. Kristie helped me and was super sweet and AWESOME. Every other dispensary I’ve been to charges for any swag and NEVER stack discounts. The product is definitely quality medication. Recommend A+++

I have been a patient in 2 states and have been to many dispensaries so I consider my opinion pretty valuable. To describe this place, sum it up and cover all (not in any specific order)....Compassionate, Quality, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Professional and Friendly. Colombia Care is not only so beautiful, tranquil and clean inside, they have candy jars too! Can't go wrong. I drive over 2 hours to see these guys. Look no further and head that way. You will not be disappointed. Shout out to Master Kush!!!

Only downside is they are limiting flower sales to 2 per patient until they have more available. After weighing my purchase I found that it was also over 4 grams! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
