The fact that, she herself, has tried it & could effectively show me how to use it allowed her to make an up sale of the product & a pin kit to me. She was friendly, smart, polite, neat, & efficient. Definitely on the “higher end” of the Florida MMJ program, product wise. I waited a quick minute to try this dispensary but I’m really happy I did. Everything I’ve gotten from them is top tier! Mike in reception is great help on advising what’s good in the shop and from my experience the behind the counter tenders Tyler, Elizabeth, and Faith are all fluent in the products they carry and the best sales to acquire them at the lowest cost. The help from the staff is unmatched across the state and so are the products Cookies produces. Points add up fast and you can save a ton of money.

So happy to walk in and see my favorite bud tender in town Tyler!!!! Tyler always goes above and beyond making sure his patients have the best experience possible. I came to cookies specifically because I heard through a friend that he was there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the other associates and while I was looking around I heard “Hey Brian” and then he proceeded to give me his recommendations as well as explain everything Cookies has to offer. I went with some laughing gas and Gary Payton and it’s honestly some of the best flower I’ve ever gotten here in FL. 5 stars for cookies and their quality and 10 stars for Tyler for making the process fun, friendly and easy. The dispensary itself it was well lit it was clean however I did not like the customer service the day of the grand opening at around I'll say like 5:00 p.m. ish to me I just feel "WELCOMED", I was being followed around, there were other customer(s) and the lady definitely was not up on them like that. The crazy thing I was super excited about the Grand Opening and it definitely did not exceed my expectations.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Cookies
