I called ahead of time specifically so I could go in, make a purchase and leave. Instead, they have to make a profile, do some computer work and I also had to sit and wait for two people ahead of me to have a profile made. They didn't have the battery I was looking for and I just didn't feel comfortable sitting and waiting after calling about 15 minutes ahead of time. I'll probably go back but, I will be ordering ahead of time and hopefully it will be ready. There are so many dispensaries in Gainesville. I don't understand why prices are good in one place, and not good in another. I don't care for any "point system"

The fact that, she herself, has tried it & could effectively show me how to use it allowed her to make an up sale of the product & a pin kit to me. She was friendly, smart, polite, neat, & efficient. I came to cookies specifically because I heard through a friend that he was there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the other associates and while I was looking around I heard “Hey Brian” and then he proceeded to give me his recommendations as well as explain everything Cookies has to offer. The dispensary itself it was well lit it was clean however I did not like the customer service the day of the grand opening at around I'll say like 5:00 p.m. ish to me I just feel "WELCOMED", I was being followed around, there were other customer(s) and the lady definitely was not up on them like that. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Cookies
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
