I was greeted warmly and assisted with many questions and issues I had. My issue was resolved immediately and every single question I had was answered professionally and I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to like other dispensaries I’ve been to. I really appreciate that. The bud tenders ( I won’t post their names) were super nice and pointed me in the direction that I needed to be. They finally opened. The building has been sitting for a year.Stopped in for the soft opening and then on the grand opening. Soft opening experience was way better.Big sign and lots of branding on the outside of the store. The inside is very bright and open. There are displays scattered through the store, with merchandaise on the walls.Flower station lets you see and smell some of the flower they have available.Check in at the front and then another budtender will help you from there.Good to great product, although very steep retail prices. Must use the early bird discount (09:00am - 11:00am) for 25%. They used to have a 10% online discount you could stack, but they stopped that.Catering to higher end shoppers, this isn't really a budget friendly dispensary.Their rewards points are one of the best in the FL program. $200 spent gets you $25 (12.5%). Your wallet empties after 90 days of no purchases though.

One of the coolest things is their wake & bake which is for the first two hours of operation where you can get 25% off the entire store from 9 am to 11 am, best time to shop is when they first open plus you can stack your discounts you already have with the 25% off. Another to legit to quit thing they do is that they let everyone into the building not just patients since they are also considered a retail store because of all the fire march they have to buy. The have a wide variety of flower, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, vaps, and pretty much what ever your heart desires when it comes to your medical marijuana needs. I really loved all the fire merch they had for sale, especially how all the merch is exclusive to the Orlando area which gives Cookies Orlando more of an intimate feel. I loved the whole feel you get from when you walk in till when your ready to checkout 10 out of 10. Lastly I really love the decor and all the cool designs for their products that they offer great marketing. I would recommend Cookies Orlando for everyone for patients and non-patients.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Cookies
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The have a wide variety of flower, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, vaps, and pretty much what ever your heart desires when it comes to your medical marijuana needs. I really loved all the fire merch they had for sale, especially how all the merch is exclusive to the Orlando area which gives Cookies Orlando more of an intimate feel. I loved the whole feel you get from when you walk in till when your ready to checkout 10 out of 10. Lastly I really love the decor and all the cool designs for their products that they offer great marketing. I would recommend Cookies Orlando for everyone for patients and non-patients.

My wife and I came into Cookies Orlando for the first time ever, and our experience was top notch straight fire. We were greeted once we stepped foot into the building which I thought was really awesome great customer service from the beginning of our experience. One of the coolest things is their wake & bake which is for the first two hours of operation where you can get 25% off the entire store from 9 am to 11 am, best time to shop is when they first open plus you can stack your discounts you already have with the 25% off.
