The role will identify, develop, manage and/or support strategic initiatives to assist in the Rooted in Good initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Collaborates with VP to develop projects related to Rooted in Good initiatives.

Executes vision and strategy.

Develop (or maintain?) master project plan; develop timelines and schedules, identify resources and best practices, develop processes and procedures to successfully manage and track the project to ensure deliverables are met.

Support the development of supplier diversity program by conducting (or arranging?) training sessions and capacity building.

Writes communication materials by coordinating with internal teams and external strategic social partners on content and details regarding program integration initiatives.

Performs comprehensive analysis and creates and maintains benchmark reporting on Rooted in Good initiatives.

Create, maintain and strengthen relationships with nonprofit, government, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of related experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility and/or marketing management.

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent additional years of experience is required.

Superior organizational skills, with attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, knowing how to prioritize and adjust timetables based on demand and other circumstances

Ability to absorb high volume of information from a variety of sources and to synthesize the key elements

High energy and a proven experience in corporate social responsibility

Strong interpersonal skills to manage up and across a broad range of relationships with discernment

Possess superb judgment, impeccable integrity, and the maturity to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
