All of the employees at the 26th & Cortez location are knowledgeable and very attentive 👍🫶. I've been a patron at this location for approximately 3 1/2 years since the accident (an elderly man lost control of his car and crashed into the lobby "running me down resulting in multiple injuries and mental trauma. I only come in Once a month because my PTSD makes it hard for me to ride in a car 😞. This store treats ALL of their customers with Pride in the service they are providing 🤗. Got an eighth of flower that is short. Won’t exchange it. Didn’t break the seal on the package, you can feel the pouch is super short on weight. Bogus customer service! The guy is kind of rude to be honest. It’s obviously not 3.5g and unopened!! 😡 poor business to short people then be kind of rude about making it right. Didn’t make it right.

The 3 stars is for the wonderful employees. Here’s what I found out today. I’ve been a Curaleaf customer for several years but today I stopped at MUV on 75th Street and was super surprised by what I received. I ordered pre-roll from Curaleaf 5 joints in a paper box with no lid. Needless to say the 5 joints were falling apart and loosely wrapped.I ordered 5 pre-rolls from MUV and was so surprised to see they were tightly rolled and in a metal box with a lid!! Not only that they are twice the size of Curaleaf’s. I would love to post a picture of the difference but Curaleaf doesn’t let you post a picture here. I did however post one on MUV’s site. Oh btw I got 10% off everything and a free pack of pre-rolls for spending $120 i’ve never received a discount like that from Curaleaf

My experience here was awful. Their flower is unacceptably bad. By far the worst flower I've seen from any dispensary. Completely dried out flower and when smoked it had zero effect whatsoever. No pain relief or any sort of "high".When I called the manager told me there is nothing she is willing to do to compensate me for the unopened flower that I have and even refused to exchange it for store credit. Now I am stuck with medicine that does not work at all until next month when I can purchase more again.Do not go here! Try Trulieve or Vitacann if you want better quality (and good customer service/returns).

I was brought to them because of true leave. Doing me wrong and I guess because maybe they think I'm a drug addict or not or a scumbag that I'm not. They had a choice refund me for a vape that I can get there $7 cheaper cuz I'm having financial issues cuz I have two college students and no help or they could adjust the vape to $21 but no they said screw you. See you later so okay bye bye curaleaf. You are a business and you're not taking care of your customers. Okay no problem over $7 you could have adjusted the price of the vape the $21 if you supposedly can't take it unopened back with the receipt less than a few days old but hey it wasn't my decision. You chose to offend me and throw away a customer over $7. I would not recommend this place. Let me add she told me if I was a liar and scumbag and said it was faulty she could have done it. But because I was honest. She can't help me.

I have been a medical marijuana patient for a few years now and usually shop at two other dispensaries. However I saw Curaleaf had a awesome deal on Wax and that is my favorite concentrate. So I decided to give them a try. The shopping experience was awesome. The staff were polite and speedy and the deal they were running was great savings. However when I got home and opened the product I was shocked. It looked like a cross between shatter and crumble, not even close to Wax. It is dry and hard. Some of it is in crumbles and some flat, but multiple little pieces. It's not like any Wax I have ever seen. I tried it anyway and am very disappointed. The product is not what they said it was and I won't go back ☹️

I’ve had my medical marijuana card for quite some time now. It’s helped a great deal with my knee surgery that I’m still recovering from. Curaleaf blows every other dispensary in Bradenton out of the water. Top to bottom, their staff is top of the list, no better staff anywhere near Bradenton. Always a pleasure as I’m a daily customer. Their products are phenomenal, they even go as far as looking into Terpene Contents on flower. Their prices are the best around, so much so that other competition will try to put out flash deals which could never match the consistency of curaleafs high quality flower at a price that no one has held up with for as long. Their point system absolutely blows every other dispensary out of the water. They make it easy to stack rewards and to actually feel like your money is helping you save on a day to day basis instead of the traditional stack to the moon to get 5$ off. They are just winning all around and if you haven’t been using them as your main dispensary you are missing out.

Called to ask simple question about my flower limit. Wanted to save a trip to the store; called like I have done all the time to check this information. I have to do this because the state changed the flower limit to an agregate rolling basis.They must be too busy to check for me so they decided to lie about HIPAA violations. The associate Mathew was rude and nasty so I asked for the supervisor, but he hung up.. I called back and demanded the manager....Mr. Xavier gave me a ridiculous explanation about how it's against the law and violated HIPAA. This is not true; and the other multiple dispensaries I called subsequently had no issue helping me out with the request.

After purchasing some product on Weds. Sept. 7, I discovered my car wouldn't start. This was a Roadside Assistance day from hell! Ended up waiting 6.5 hours for the tow truck! While "stuck" at Curaleaf, Chloe (a store manager) was "out-of-her-way" kind enough to let me hang in the waiting area (in the A/C!), offered me water and even brought me a phone charger (as my phone battery was dying).I was stuck by the compassion and kindness offered by all the staff at the Bradenton Curaleaf location!Kudos and a BIG THANK YOU!!!

They conveniently had an AWESOME sale today which happened to be the same day my husband got approved for his medical card. They offer a 50% discount for new customers but unfortunately it cannot be combined with their sales. AND they offer other discounts for veterans and people who get government assistance like SNAP. Got an eighth of flower that is short. Won’t exchange it. Didn’t break the seal on the package, you can feel the pouch is super short on weight. Bogus customer service! The guy is kind of rude to be honest. It’s obviously not 3.5g and unopened!! 😡 poor business to short people then be kind of rude about making it right. Didn’t make it right.

The 3 stars is for the wonderful employees. Here’s what I found out today. I’ve been a Curaleaf customer for several years but today I stopped at MUV on 75th Street and was super surprised by what I received. I ordered pre-roll from Curaleaf 5 joints in a paper box with no lid. Needless to say the 5 joints were falling apart and loosely wrapped.I ordered 5 pre-rolls from MUV and was so surprised to see they were tightly rolled and in a metal box with a lid!! Not only that they are twice the size of Curaleaf’s. I would love to post a picture of the difference but Curaleaf doesn’t let you post a picture here. I did however post one on MUV’s site. Oh btw I got 10% off everything and a free pack of pre-rolls for spending $120 i’ve never received a discount like that from Curaleaf

My experience here was awful. Their flower is unacceptably bad. By far the worst flower I've seen from any dispensary. Completely dried out flower and when smoked it had zero effect whatsoever. No pain relief or any sort of "high".When I called the manager told me there is nothing she is willing to do to compensate me for the unopened flower that I have and even refused to exchange it for store credit. Now I am stuck with medicine that does not work at all until next month when I can purchase more again.Do not go here! Try Trulieve or Vitacann if you want better quality (and good customer service/returns).

I have been a medical marijuana patient for a few years now and usually shop at two other dispensaries. However I saw Curaleaf had a awesome deal on Wax and that is my favorite concentrate. So I decided to give them a try. The shopping experience was awesome. The staff were polite and speedy and the deal they were running was great savings. However when I got home and opened the product I was shocked. It looked like a cross between shatter and crumble, not even close to Wax. It is dry and hard. Some of it is in crumbles and some flat, but multiple little pieces. It's not like any Wax I have ever seen. I tried it anyway and am very disappointed. The product is not what they said it was and I won't go back ☹️

I’ve had my medical marijuana card for quite some time now. It’s helped a great deal with my knee surgery that I’m still recovering from. Curaleaf blows every other dispensary in Bradenton out of the water. Top to bottom, their staff is top of the list, no better staff anywhere near Bradenton. Always a pleasure as I’m a daily customer. Their products are phenomenal, they even go as far as looking into Terpene Contents on flower. Their prices are the best around, so much so that other competition will try to put out flash deals which could never match the consistency of curaleafs high quality flower at a price that no one has held up with for as long. Their point system absolutely blows every other dispensary out of the water. They make it easy to stack rewards and to actually feel like your money is helping you save on a day to day basis instead of the traditional stack to the moon to get 5$ off. They are just winning all around and if you haven’t been using them as your main dispensary you are missing out.

Called to ask simple question about my flower limit. Wanted to save a trip to the store; called like I have done all the time to check this information. I have to do this because the state changed the flower limit to an agregate rolling basis.They must be too busy to check for me so they decided to lie about HIPAA violations. The associate Mathew was rude and nasty so I asked for the supervisor, but he hung up.. I called back and demanded the manager....Mr. Xavier gave me a ridiculous explanation about how it's against the law and violated HIPAA. This is not true; and the other multiple dispensaries I called subsequently had no issue helping me out with the request.

After purchasing some product on Weds. Sept. 7, I discovered my car wouldn't start. This was a Roadside Assistance day from hell! Ended up waiting 6.5 hours for the tow truck! They conveniently had an AWESOME sale today which happened to be the same day my husband got approved for his medical card. They offer a 50% discount for new customers but unfortunately it cannot be combined with their sales. AND they offer other discounts for veterans and people who get government assistance like SNAP.
