My first experience there was great the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew when new product was coming in this last time that I went in the person that helped me act as if he wasn't interested in helping me and when I ask for when other product was coming in he acted as if he had any knowledge told me that I can go online and find out what they had even though online don't be accurate and up-to-date so if you are not interested in the money I spend with you I have no problem going somewhere else but customer service was lousy with the last person I went thank youUpdate: The staff is doing much better and I feel more comfortable coming for my product, thank youread more

I went in and was helped and educated. staff really knew their stuff. They cared about all my needs and wants. Not only was the service great the environment in the store is friendly, happy and professional. I could hang out and talk to the employees like they are old friends all day long. Amanda and John are wonderful employees and deserve raises and tips. Customer service just doesn’t come like this anymore. I would highly recommend doing your business with curaleaf in Bradenton. Very happy with my first experience at a dispensary. I really wasn't sure about anything and Mathew was not only knowledgeable but courteous and very helpful. He made me feel comfortable right away and helped me pick what was right for my body. Definitely recommend, the only thing that would have made it better would be if I could have left him a tip. Great first experience. The employees are very helpful and know their stuff. You tell them your ailments or conditions and they will tell you exactly what you need. They conveniently had an AWESOME sale today which happened to be the same day my husband got approved for his medical card. They offer a 50% discount for new customers but unfortunately it cannot be combined with their sales. AND they offer other discounts for veterans and people who get government assistance like SNAP. I definitely recommend checking this place out. 😁read more

If you want great cannabis products along with top notch customer service where employees are happy to help/educate this is the spot. The location is so easy to pop in and out They have a large selection of products and Harley is so positive and helpful. She is always a happy addition to a visit. 😊 The products are excellent too!
