I’ve been here a few times and almost every time it’s a sour experience.I order ahead just to be placed in the same... line as a walk in. Sometimes I would order in the morning and by evening I still Gail to have my order ready…the discounts are great but it almost doesn’t make up for the customer service. I’m not sure who the girl with the grey sweater was with the curly hair but her customer service is by far is extremely pre entry level. If I’m at the counter already paying and decided to add something , great customer service would be to add something to my order , not shove me back in line….smh…going back to my other optionsread more

They mislabeled the flower I bought from them and when I called them about it, they just dismissed it. If this happened... at a pharmacy and meds where mislabeled it would be a big issue but I guess they don’t see it as a problem. Elizabeth LeFevre was the cashier. She was demeaning and sarcastic extremely unprofessional.I went into the store to... ask if I broke the cartridge because it looked black and broken in the corner and tasted burnt. When entering the first team member said oh yes that looks like a coil is broken. But when called to check out Elizabeth said no that discoloration just happens. I explained that it tasted burnt. She proceeded to take hers out and show me that hers cartridge was also discolored (however it was not black and cracked like mine and I tried to explain this but she did not seem to agree). She told me that was just how it is when you buy it and she understands if I didn’t want to continue my purchase. I did become quite upset and let her know she was making me feel like I was dumb and not hearing about the Burt taste. Even after explaining I have purchased many of them but and they never tasted like this or looked black. She continued to be extremely confrontational and when I asked for her name she said she was making a note in the system about me. Wow! Worst customer service ever. What made matters worse is this is supposed to be a medical dispensary yet I was chastised by Elizabeth, she said “why don’t u take your medicine home and chill out your just upset I didn’t give you a free cartridge”.read more

This was the very first dispensary I ever visited after receiving my medical card last year. At first, I was highly... impressed. But slowly after each visit, I lost my patience with these guys. First off, their flower products are probably of the lowest level quality… Other items are ok. Second, the wait times are HORRENDOUS. Even if you place an order online, they’re always so busy they can’t fill it until you arrive. Don’t get me wrong- They have some of the BEST SALES out of ALL of the dispensaries here in Florida, but the product and slow service together, both make it not worth it. Lastly, what’s up with the mask mandate- they took it away, and then brought it back? For what? Either way, I might go to Curaleaf again, just never ever this location. I’ll pay full price if I have to elsewhere. I don’t have the patience to wait close to an hour when I placed an order online for a reason.read more

I’m a relatively new patient and have only been to 3 different dispensary’s, I won’t... name names because it’s not my objective to speak badly of those places as they have been okay and not terrible. With that being said, Curaleaf is the first place I went to where someone sat down with me, understood my needs, and made appropriate suggestions for me. That person was Tom! This new way takes between 30min-1hr minimum.What is the point... of taking my order when I walk in, just to have me way while you fill it and then have to good over everything again.90% of the employees who take the order have no experience with the products, so information is lacking.As well as the website is never fully up to date so after walking and and placing order I see numerous products before the counter that were not online.Get it together curaleaf, stop trying to copy everyone else.read more

I am currently regretting my most recent purchase and, starting to see it as a partial waste of my time and money.Some stems do not have any flower on them. I'm Paying for FLOWER not a huge stem with absolutely no flower attached. The bud from here is poorly trimmed at best. Bud is always DRY and harsh when hitting it, making it difficult to enjoy a dosing session. I also find that the effects from the flower here do not have a great efficacy rate. I could smoke 2 or 3 joints of Curaleaf flower and still not get the desired effects that I could get from 1 joint of another brand. It is worth a visit or two but, Curaleaf has a LONG way to go on the quality of their flower.read more

Can I give more than 5 stars? If so, I'd give 50! I have been using Curaleaf dispensaries since they opened. I tried 2... others once, and went RIGHT back to Curaleaf. I've had to move a bit over the years and have had to switch Curaleaf dispensaries 3 times. The Brandon location is my 4th Curaleaf dispensary and BY FAR my absolute favorite!! I have never met such kind, caring, compassionate, intelligent people. The staff is absolutely amazing: ALL OF THEM!!! They listen to your problems, offer suggestions, ideas, out of the box thinking (which I require not being able to eat). Sometimes it's difficult to physically get there and they are so kind about holding your order until you're able to pick it up. They call you to remind you it's ready. Love this place so close to my house the staff always so nice and quick to assist when you walk through the door all... the other dispensaries I have to wait to get serviced but this location I always get in and out quick! And its close to my house which is soooooooo awesome! Wonderful atmosphere. And they always have what I want or recommend something better. This location def deserves 5 stars!read more
