This was my first visit and was told they accept cash or card. When I went to use tap. Pay with my phone that was not an option on top of being told, I was gonna be charged a $3.50 fee for using my card.After finding a card that I could use I was then later charged for another ATM fee. For it being out of network. The staff were happy, After finding out that I did get such a big discount for it being my first visit.Certain products were unavailable.

Terrible service!I don't recommend this location to anyone!Poor 1st experience at this location!Sarasota location provided me with phenomenal service so why couldn't this one?As you can see there is no one in the store and being instructed to place my order at a kiosk is ridiculous. Standing erect in one spot causes me immeasurable pain. I have a ton of medical problems, but on the outside I look normal. GPS leads to the other side of the plaza, ( update your address.)The door greeter and the bud tender initially didn't tell me I have points on my account. The door greeter said he assumed I knew I had points. You know what they say when you assume? I don't work for Curaleaf so I am not checking if I have points. When I make a purchase, I usually get informed I have points to use.In the photo you can see a ton of workers standing around and very little work being done. Cut the staff, because you are paying people fo just stand around. Overall this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Punta Gorda does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Punta Gorda online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Pay with my phone that was not an option on top of being told, I was gonna be charged a $3.50 fee for using my card.After finding a card that I could use I was then later charged for another ATM fee. When I make a purchase, I usually get informed I have points to use.In the photo you can see a ton of workers standing around and very little work being done. Definitely from the get-go, I am always greeted with big smiles at the front counter and in no time at all they're buzzing me back into the showroom. I am an exceptionally emotional person and when I'm having a rough day, all I gotta do is shoot a glance and they already know what I need! He is clearly unfit for a role in Customer Service, let alone the marijuana industry. The waiting area is large, the front desk checks you in fast....I visited during the Grand Opening (September 12th) and even as busy as it was, we were checked in super quick and I was able to buy product very quickly. The inside of the store is big and inviting, everyone is super kind. As for product, the LA Woman shatter is fantastic, they wrap the shatter in parchment paper and put it inside the glass container, so no more sticking to the glass...love that! Very happy with this Curaleaf, will be my go-to for sure!
