My experience with Curaleaf was nothing less than fantastic. This was my first time in a dispensary. Upon entering,… the staff was super friendly. Yinette was the person who helped me and she was so nice and positive. She was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. I really felt comfortable in the store. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and more than willing to offer assistance. My one star is not a reflection on the staff, I would give them five stars! But….Curaleaf has some of the Worst… Flower I have seen in a while, and I’m talking (Black Market) ! I purchased (Strawberry Diesel) and (Orange Blossom) both strains are very Airy,fluffy,light buds with grassy hay like smell. I am Pretty disappointed to be purchasing flower like this from a dispensary. The Shatter and Crumble are pretty Decent considering how the Flower looks! I Wish I would have got Vape Carts instead of the Flower😣I Feel like I wasted my money (very harsh flower) lmao! If only I could have looked at the flower First, I am Disappointed to say the least….read more

I used to get pretty solid answers from the staff about products, but recently everyone has been way off. I’ve asked… numerous questions and received wrong or no answer. The manager always seems like she has no idea what’s going on (does she even use cannabis products?) Curaleaf really stinks. Been to Sarasota, St Pete, here and Ft Myers. Amazing experience first time patient there and I received 50% off, plus some flower was on sale. 1st time customer. I called today and spoke with Amber. She was patient (thank goodness!) because I wasn’t sure what… was what when she was going over the products with me. I placed an order with her and then drove to pick-up my order. We pulled up and Yinette came out side and was very pleasant and nice. First time experience with Curaleaf was great. I wasn’t familiar with their product line so I called the Port Charlotte… location and spoke with Britney. She was amazing. Took the time to explain the different products and strains. She spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone which I greatly appreciated since I live pretty far away and didn’t want to make the trip unless I was able to find suitable products that were in stock. She made recommendations based on my questions. Then when I went to the store to pick up my order that Britney placed for me over the phone and was helped by Alan. He was equally helpful. It’s my favorite dispensary, super friendly staff that I’ve grown to know and appreciate their knowledge on the… products and what I need. I’m always very welcomed by Amber’s smile, feedback, and patience when I am deciding on what I want. They all are so respectable and I feel welcomed there. Such a tasteful establishment..from their layout to their process, I find them to be very efficient and welcoming.… Amber has been my go-to girl!!! Great location, amazing staff! The waiting area is large, the front desk checks you in fast….I visited during the… Grand Opening (September 12th) and even as busy as it was, we were checked in super quick and I was able to buy product very quickly. The inside of the store is big and inviting, everyone is super kind. As for product, the LA Woman shatter is fantastic, they wrap the shatter in parchment paper and put it inside the glass container, so no more sticking to the glass…love that! Very happy with this Curaleaf, will be my go-to for sure!read more
