Ignored when walked in for the first time. After standing there for a couple minutes one of the employees finally said ‘hi sorry’ and vaguely pointed in the direction of the tablets. I had to then ask one of the 5 employees hanging out if I was supposed to just use the tablet myself to place my order. They couldn’t be bothered to say more then 2 words to me. 2 stars cause the prices (and products) are cheap. 1 star for staff service. It was my first and last walk in visit. Terrible service!I don't recommend this location to anyone!Poor 1st experience at this location!Sarasota location provided me with phenomenal service so why couldn't this one?As you can see there is no one in the store and being instructed to place my order at a kiosk is ridiculous. Standing erect in one spot causes me immeasurable pain. I have a ton of medical problems, but on the outside I look normal. GPS leads to the other side of the plaza, ( update your address.)The door greeter and the bud tender initially didn't tell me I have points on my account. The door greeter said he assumed I knew I had points. You know what they say when you assume? I don't work for Curaleaf so I am not checking if I have points. When I make a purchase, I usually get informed I have points to use.In the photo you can see a ton of workers standing around and very little work being done. Cut the staff, because you are paying people fo just stand around. Overall this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

He helped us choose a variety of products for our cancer/anxiety/appetite-challenged mom and educated us along the way. Michael took over with checking us out and being so kind and helpful that we felt like valued customers. Tina, RoseMary and Julie were extremely helpful during my first and only visit today. Facility is secure as any customer would desire. And best of all Curaleaf did not force me to wear a face diaper. I don't not wear a mask ever and will not do business at any shop or store that requires me to use a self suffocating device. So in summary Curaleaf in Port Charlotte is a class act. and I will go back when i need product and will recommend my friends go there as well.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Curaleaf in Punta Gorda online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. When I make a purchase, I usually get informed I have points to use.In the photo you can see a ton of workers standing around and very little work being done. Cut the staff, because you are paying people fo just stand around. Overall this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

He is clearly unfit for a role in Customer Service, let alone the marijuana industry. He does not know the mechanications of his job or the details of the products he is pushing and on more than one occasion has gotten rude and/or loud with customers (myself now included) when they correct him or ask questions he is uncertain the answer of.

The waiting area is large, the front desk checks you in fast....I visited during the Grand Opening (September 12th) and even as busy as it was, we were checked in super quick and I was able to buy product very quickly. The inside of the store is big and inviting, everyone is super kind. As for product, the LA Woman shatter is fantastic, they wrap the shatter in parchment paper and put it inside the glass container, so no more sticking to the glass...love that! Very happy with this Curaleaf, will be my go-to for sure!
