I’ve been going to this place for some month. The drive through is convenient because of how speedy it is, but you have to get lucky. Today I went to the drive through and an associate didn’t know how to open it the pass through… which is fine he/she was probably new, but I saw to other faces before the 10 minutes of me staring through the window ended. Well, let me tell you something, darling. Curaleaf is just as fabulous as Trulieve, if not even better. It's practically a hop, skip, and a jump away from me with my brisk walk. Their flower is the bee's knees, unlike VidaCann, which always tries to micromanage the milligrams in their flower. Seriously, yawnsville!Curaleaf is hands-down the absolute best place to go, sweetie. As for VidaCann, well, it's like the most boring man on Earth. Terrible communication!!! They don’t bother telling you if order has been cancelled. Pick up instructions are to wait for a message once it’s ready and they send you a text stating that. But apparently not, you have to just go over and hope that it’s ready or they just cancel without telling you. If the product is out of stock they cancel your order without telling you. They also have an excuse on the ready that they had a glitch in the system and do not help to fix the problem. The solution is to just place another order?This place is in charge for helping me medicate my anxiety? No, they just add to it. Horrible experience all round 👍

Got home and noticed I did not get the full discount. Said would apply 25% on top of 50% on order over 200. Did not get that 25% and used my credits still paid the same. A few weeks ago, similarly , they changed my order cause the product was out. Did not notice the wrong stuff, and that paid more until later. Don't talk to them while charging and doble check before leaving.

Disappointed with customer service. I had to call because I wasn’t sure if my order hadn’t been filled due to not having enough MGs. I knew the amount of MGs I had left on my prescription I just needed to know the amount of MGs in their product to make sure I had enough. Instead of taking the time to listen to my issue her automatic response was we don’t give out that information here, meaning my prescription info. I kept trying to explain to her I already had my information I needed to know their products info, but she just wouldn’t stop repeating that they don’t give that info out…. Next please take a moment to LISTEN to the patient’s issue.

On my first visit there I saw people in the waiting space wearing T-shirts and emblems of other dispensaries waiting to get in to Cureleaf. That speaks volumes! And they have never let me down.

After a bad experience I waited a couple of months to give this location another try and I have to say it was a much better experience. The delivery was great the driver was in touch as to when he would be at my home so I could plan my day around it. Each staff member during this encounter where great! They carry a large variety of strains all of which have been good however Ice-cream Haze takes it for me.

This was my favorite dispensary until today. I placed a order for 3 products to the East Orlando location. I get the text telling me my order is ready so of course I thought my complete order was ready I mean they didn’t say otherwise. I drove 23 miles to find out that only 1 of the 3 are in fact ready. Prompting me to end the conversation and leave before I lost my temper and act like a crazy lady. I wasted about 2 hours and drove 45 Miles with gas prices at $4.60 a gallon, I certainly don’t appreciate the lack of compassion for how this played out when it could have been easily avoidable. The text from curaleaf just lies apparently the order was clearly not ready you did not even have 2 of the products in stock anymore! You should take your clients time and money in consideration a simple call or even a text would have been great. Now I will be taking my $300-$600 a month business else where. Which I am sure will not effect you in anyway but that’s the facts. 07/14/22 Case in point still have not heard anything a day later. from curaleaf!! So my word will spread and they will lose more business.07/14/22 still no response from curaleaf through here, phone, text, and email all the ways to communicate and still not one word. 07/19/22 big surprise still no response. The prices are pretty good. Had a special where everything was 50% off and that's a pretty good deal. So I grabbed a couple of things at a really great price. Ordering of of those little tablets though is pointless. Cause when I got up to the counter they said they didn't have what I wanted. Then someone from the back says they do have it. The deals here are good when you can find good THC levels. Other dispensaries are more expensive with higher levels but Curaleaf is good when you need your fix on a budget. The staff is always friendly and professional ready to help you get the best deal for you and making sure you get your money returned from your points. The wait is the usual sometimes longer or shorter than the last but if you can put up with the downside (the parking lot is also small an cramped as they share a tight space with another facility.)the upside is worth the visit.

Great communication.That is not the case with this Orlando location. Of the ones in the area they are the only delivery ones and they do not communicate and god help you if you have to call because you’ll never get That location on the phone. I was on hold so long it tossed my call to the other location 3 times. I spent hours of my day on hold and it isn’t the first time at this one but it will be the Last. The deals are not worth the hoops and irritation THIS location will run you when you are already in pain.I loved them in south Florida but this Location is not worth their great sales because it’s near impossible to get an order placed in a timely fashion let alone get a delivery with in 24 hours of ordering from this location. It’s a complete dice roll if you’ll even be delivered to. And if you don’t pick up the day it’s ready they put it back, you can’t even choose next day pick up like other dispensaries do to accommodate the quantity of people they serving.I will say this— their staff is very nice but they need to hire more delivery to keep up with their demand and be more communicative with the patients. Otherwise Pay a little more for better quality product and customer service somewhere else.

Jessica provides horrible customer service in the drive through. I got a text my order was ready and complete. I waited most an hour in drive through and when I finally get there they tell me they don’t have Half my order. So I asked if I can substitute all the missing items and she tells me no I need to go inside to wait another hour. There are dispensaries that are actually professional that you should consider first.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! By far one of the worst locations in the TERRIBLE Curaleaf dispensary network. No matter when you place your order, it will NEVER BE READY! doesn’t matter the location, doesn’t matter who’s working, doesn’t matter if you order 2 days in advance. I have ordered at least 10 times & each time even with a 4 hour notice, I still have to wait for 30+ minutes to get my order filled. I have seen people with walk in orders come in, order, & leave before the online orders have been filled. Why even offer order ahead when you’re not gonna prepare the order. Additionally, I have tried calling a few hours after ordering & it’s as if the phones aren’t actually connected. I have experienced phone waits over an hour & I constantly get the “you are next in line” recording but it’s never accurate. Unacceptable. I much rather spend my money elsewhere.

This location is terrible. Overcharge you and refuse to refund all the while they charge whatever fee amount they feel like. The fee is somehow different every single time and for the past sixth months or so they gave you the card reader fee back in cash, now they’re charging even more for fee and refusing to give the cash for it like they have always done. Manager has no clue what they’re doing and pulls every excuse in the book as to why they’re overcharging me and why they won’t give me my money back. I have been charged 4 different prices for the exact same item and somehow that’s normal according to the manager.

Hi I just wanted to share this with everyone. I went to the Curaleaf on N Semoran Blvd in Orlando Fl I live about 45min away. I was in the area and decided to pickup some feel good med lolol. I went in and placed my order and the lady told me that I couldn't purchase any flower because of the new rule. So I went home and checked for myself and it told me that I had 1oz left. So I called the store and talked to Celest and boy what great customer service she had as well as being very friendly. She asked me what was the problem and I told her what happened she went the extra mile not ones not twice but 3 time to check if the person had the wrong info because of its new rule. She is a great asset to your company and she should be the one training everyone on the phone because of her drive in wanting to help customers.

Order placed and I come to pick it up and the drive thru is CLOSED!! Waiting in the lobby that only holds 5 people. Sometimes they will ask you to wait outside in the heat! No thank you! For the quality of the product the wait is unacceptable. Sorry to the staff that I have grown to love here but as a team, do better!! Your sad little sorry doesn’t mean anything if it’s the same every time I visit!! This isn’t just my voice or opinion here, everyone that was in the lobby with me agrees this isn’t right. I love Dr. Cooper, she’s the best doctor ever! I thought I had scheduled my first appointment with her and after arriving I found out it wasn’t with her so I cancelled and rescheduled. The receptionist I guess misunderstood that I wanted to see her in person and I was scheduled a phone visit. Sometimes this location will have a bit more choice nugs as far as their 8ths as I'm sure each store gets different batches had grape diamonds at both stores but the diamonds I got from the East location were like 22%🔥. Store is large and very accommodating has a drive-thru as well for pre-orders and customers can order through drive-thru as walk-in they just prefer that you know what you want to order before using the Drive-thru feature.another great thing about care relief is they are open a bit later than most dispensaries up to 8:30 p.m. is their closing time I believe. Had I made this review 2 months ago it would be a 3 star tbh. Ive gotten mostly great products very few I was disappointed with but I also require a high level of thc and usually concentrates but honestly even most of their high % thc flower works great for me. Ive found seeds on 2 occasions where I was essentially told to post it on social media to receive a response from the company (which I refused). But lately I've had staff go to the furthest extents to ensure customer satisfaction including tonight when they stayed open in the drive thru till a minute past close just to make sure I got what I needed. I actually loved when I came here the first time because the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, the dispensary is clean and the products were great! But I came here for a second time and placed an order in the morning thinking it would be easier than walking in, and I was completely wrong. the wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculous and the website doesn’t allow you to pay in advance, so each car takes 10-20 minutes minimum. On top of that the parking lot is not made with this in mind so some customers that park and go inside are blocked in by us in line. The order ahead system needs to be more efficient so that the drive thru and pick up options actually make sense. walking in was a 30+ minute wait and I was told to go through the drive thru anyway, but I’ve been in line for at least 45 minutes. I love y’all, but there has to be a better solution.

The manager Anthony ended up calling me, ON HIS DAY OFF, just to apologize and let me know that specific employee was from a different store and was a floater and ask me what he can do to make it right. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

They ran out of the other 2… I stated at that time I wish someone would have called seeing how I just drove 23 miles and then I got a shrug of the shoulders from the boy behind the counter as if to say oh well not my problem. Prompting me to end the conversation and leave before I lost my temper and act like a crazy lady. I wasted about 2 hours and drove 45 Miles with gas prices at $4.60 a gallon, I certainly don’t appreciate the lack of compassion for how this played out when it could have been easily avoidable. The text from curaleaf just lies apparently the order was clearly not ready you did not even have 2 of the products in stock anymore! You should take your clients time and money in consideration a simple call or even a text would have been great. Now I will be taking my $300-$600 a month business else where. Which I am sure will not effect you in anyway but that’s the facts.

Ordering of of those little tablets though is pointless. Cause when I got up to the counter they said they didn't have what I wanted. Then someone from the back says they do have it. The deals here are good when you can find good THC levels. Other dispensaries are more expensive with higher levels but Curaleaf is good when you need your fix on a budget. The staff is always friendly and professional ready to help you get the best deal for you and making sure you get your money returned from your points. The wait is the usual sometimes longer or shorter than the last but if you can put up with the downside (the parking lot is also small an cramped as they share a tight space with another facility.)the upside is worth the visit.

No matter when you place your order, it will NEVER BE READY! doesn’t matter the location, doesn’t matter who’s working, doesn’t matter if you order 2 days in advance. I have ordered at least 10 times & each time even with a 4 hour notice, I still have to wait for 30+ minutes to get my order filled. I have seen people with walk in orders come in, order, & leave before the online orders have been filled. Why even offer order ahead when you’re not gonna prepare the order. Additionally, I have tried calling a few hours after ordering & it’s as if the phones aren’t actually connected. I have experienced phone waits over an hour & I constantly get the “you are next in line” recording but it’s never accurate. Unacceptable. I much rather spend my money elsewhere.

The fee is somehow different every single time and for the past sixth months or so they gave you the card reader fee back in cash, now they’re charging even more for fee and refusing to give the cash for it like they have always done. Manager has no clue what they’re doing and pulls every excuse in the book as to why they’re overcharging me and why they won’t give me my money back. Hi I just wanted to share this with everyone. I went to the Curaleaf on N Semoran Blvd in Orlando Fl I live about 45min away. I was in the area and decided to pickup some feel good med lolol. I went in and placed my order and the lady told me that I couldn't purchase any flower because of the new rule. So I went home and checked for myself and it told me that I had 1oz left. So I called the store and talked to Celest and boy what great customer service she had as well as being very friendly. She asked me what was the problem and I told her what happened she went the extra mile not ones not twice but 3 time to check if the person had the wrong info because of its new rule. She is a great asset to your company and she should be the one training everyone on the phone because of her drive in wanting to help customers.

I love Dr. Cooper, she’s the best doctor ever! I thought I had scheduled my first appointment with her and after arriving I found out it wasn’t with her so I cancelled and rescheduled. The receptionist I guess misunderstood that I wanted to see her in person and I was scheduled a phone visit. Well I missed that call and gladly I did because I would have told her I wanted to reschedule just so I could see her. She shared her funny skydiving incident with me after I told her I recently had skydived. Sometimes this location will have a bit more choice nugs as far as their 8ths as I'm sure each store gets different batches had grape diamonds at both stores but the diamonds I got from the East location were like 22%🔥. Store is large and very accommodating has a drive-thru as well for pre-orders and customers can order through drive-thru as walk-in they just prefer that you know what you want to order before using the Drive-thru feature.another great thing about care relief is they are open a bit later than most dispensaries up to 8:30 p.m. is their closing time I believe. Had I made this review 2 months ago it would be a 3 star tbh. Ive gotten mostly great products very few I was disappointed with but I also require a high level of thc and usually concentrates but honestly even most of their high % thc flower works great for me. Ive found seeds on 2 occasions where I was essentially told to post it on social media to receive a response from the company (which I refused). But lately I've had staff go to the furthest extents to ensure customer satisfaction including tonight when they stayed open in the drive thru till a minute past close just to make sure I got what I needed. I actually loved when I came here the first time because the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, the dispensary is clean and the products were great! But I came here for a second time and placed an order in the morning thinking it would be easier than walking in, and I was completely wrong. the wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculous and the website doesn’t allow you to pay in advance, so each car takes 10-20 minutes minimum. On top of that the parking lot is not made with this in mind so some customers that park and go inside are blocked in by us in line. The order ahead system needs to be more efficient so that the drive thru and pick up options actually make sense. walking in was a 30+ minute wait and I was told to go through the drive thru anyway, but I’ve been in line for at least 45 minutes. I love y’all, but there has to be a better solution.
