Going to have to stop shopping here. You can tell the associates are always high to where they can't even perform the duties in a timely manner. Second visit in a row after not shopping awhile and waiting 20 plus minutes to pickup in an order. Would be fine if they were busy but 2-3 customers ahead of you with orders already placed shouldn't be that long.

I went here soon after getting back from a ," vacation" and the guy working the counter seemed to be picking up on exactly what I was putting down. I didn't order much, but what I surely didn't expect was for him to make sure that I had the batter I needed for the vape cartridge I had bought! I definitely had a great day thanks to that guy, I didn't get his name but it was him and s female (am I allowed to say that?) at the counter and they held my order from like 9am when I made it until 6 or so when I got off work and could come pick it up. I was a little anxious about doing this after so long but they definitely reassured me of how easy and basic it is. PLUS, when I saw a Briq and asked about it, I learned that it's basically an upgrade to a pod that I prefer in the first place so he definitely sold me on one of those in the near future. When you use debit they are suppose to give you some change back. They never do. They always keep it. I never say anything. I been a loyal customer for years. One day, I was short $0.50 cents for a pre roll and was turned away. The person that always short change me was there and she didn't say a word. Oh and I always always tip well. Got a text and email confirmation my order would be ready for pick up “tomorrow between 9am and 8pm” got to the store and was told we don’t hold orders overnight your order/sale is gone. And when I showed proof that the system said I would have my order and said deal on todays date I was told “never seen that before” basically too bad have a nice day.

I asked about the quality of the preground and prerolls... The budtender couldn't answer, Budtender says she has a favorite preroll.... I try some of it and It's all leaf and stem pieces. First of all, I'm super picky about my flower. Curaleaf has some good strains but I've not been impressed with the THC percentages in most of them. I never buy flower less than 20% and I rarely find strains that have it. I'm also interested in the percentage variant in the hybrid strains. ( 70/30 Indica or 60/40 Sativa leaning ) Knowing what they are would help identify similar strains when looking for relief from your personal medical issues when you can't find your favorite strain. It would also be helpful to show the CBD%, Terpin%, etc. but very few dispensaries do.The staff is helpful and the concentrates are really good! Strain consistency seems to be a problem for all the dispensaries. I fail to understand why the growers can't keep popular strains on the shelves. I've been growing medical marijuana for over 35 years and much longer before it became legal and I never had a problem maintaining popular strains. Again, it's not Curealeifs fault at all. They are good people with good products. Go give them a try!!

On 09/27/2022 I visited Curaleaf's location in Gainesville, Florida. I was displeased with customer service and generally had a negative experience, during which classless behaviour was exhibited, with a female employee whose Cashier Identification number is 60209, so heads up, keep an eye on your receipt. The female employee who checked me out claims she gave me my medical marijuana identification card back but I know she did not, her Cashier # is 60209. Both employees on staff also refused to give me a name or number of a manager or district manager. When I went back to attempt to retrieve my stolen identification card again, employee 60209 shuffled papers around on a counter space while she dispensed another dose of attitude, as much as she could muster. Despite it all, I know for a fact she stole my identification card, authorities do not obviously have enough information to take action on said matter. There is no way to reach a human being at Curaleaf's cooperation number nor any real option for submitting a complaint or report against an employee on Curaleaf's website. I am very disappointed and angry as I suffer from PTSD and it has caused a great upset for me since my full home address is on my medical marijuana identification card. I will never again be visiting any single one of Curaleaf's locations.

To be honest, this was one of the best jobs I ever had. Then, management changed and everything went downhill. The ENTIRE staff complained about what was happening in store with him and instead of sending it to HR the District Manager took it upon herself to do conduct “confidential interviews” with each of us then immediately went back to the Manager with what was said. Funny enough, everyone who complained had something negative happen in return. He had enough evidence pilled against him for security breaches and products being left out to lose his job just as he and the DM had fired 3 previous employees. I let this go for a while until I was passed up for a position because “Jaime didn’t like my interview” (no other feedback for WEEKS). Never heard from her again. Yet, 2 INEXPERIENCED people were placed in those positions. A store Lead was fired because we had a social gathering at her house. Seems like retaliation for complaining on the Manager. This company is being run by a woman who loves to cut the head off of the snake (HR) and not inform them of serious issues with her hires. Absolutely not a place that I recommend anyone work for until there is a huge change in leadership. “A fish rots from the head down.” Good luck to my friends who still have to endure that place. PSA: ALL NEW HIRES… he told y’all that he FIRED us. WE ACTUALLY QUIT. To the patients that we’ve built such amazing relationships with, I know the deals are great and all, but your pals behind the register are being treated poorly and are absolutely not cared for. Absolutely writing to the BBB.

I was frustrated after having left my house (which is an hour away) early so that I could make the stop and then get to work on time. I was clearly frustrated and expressed that I only had 20 minutes to make it to work. I had to run over to the convenient store to get cash and luckily made it back in time, and was able to make it to work with 5 minutes to spare. The girl who helped me the first time clearly took my frustration as a personal attack, because she didn't come out to help me the second time. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Gainesville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. First of all, I'm super picky about my flower. Curaleaf has some good strains but I've not been impressed with the THC percentages in most of them. I never buy flower less than 20% and I rarely find strains that have it. I'm also interested in the percentage variant in the hybrid strains. ( 70/30 Indica or 60/40 Sativa leaning ) Knowing what they are would help identify similar strains when looking for relief from your personal medical issues when you can't find your favorite strain. It would also be helpful to show the CBD%, Terpin%, etc. but very few dispensaries do.The staff is helpful and the concentrates are really good! Strain consistency seems to be a problem for all the dispensaries. I fail to understand why the growers can't keep popular strains on the shelves. I've been growing medical marijuana for over 35 years and much longer before it became legal and I never had a problem maintaining popular strains. Again, it's not Curealeifs fault at all. They are good people with good products. Go give them a try!!

On 09/27/2022 I visited Curaleaf's location in Gainesville, Florida. I was displeased with customer service and generally had a negative experience, during which classless behaviour was exhibited, with a female employee whose Cashier Identification number is 60209, so heads up, keep an eye on your receipt. The female employee who checked me out claims she gave me my medical marijuana identification card back but I know she did not, her Cashier # is 60209. Both employees on staff also refused to give me a name or number of a manager or district manager. When I went back to attempt to retrieve my stolen identification card again, employee 60209 shuffled papers around on a counter space while she dispensed another dose of attitude, as much as she could muster. Despite it all, I know for a fact she stole my identification card, authorities do not obviously have enough information to take action on said matter. There is no way to reach a human being at Curaleaf's cooperation number nor any real option for submitting a complaint or report against an employee on Curaleaf's website. I am very disappointed and angry as I suffer from PTSD and it has caused a great upset for me since my full home address is on my medical marijuana identification card. I will never again be visiting any single one of Curaleaf's locations.

To be honest, this was one of the best jobs I ever had. Then, management changed and everything went downhill. The ENTIRE staff complained about what was happening in store with him and instead of sending it to HR the District Manager took it upon herself to do conduct “confidential interviews” with each of us then immediately went back to the Manager with what was said. Funny enough, everyone who complained had something negative happen in return. He had enough evidence pilled against him for security breaches and products being left out to lose his job just as he and the DM had fired 3 previous employees. I let this go for a while until I was passed up for a position because “Jaime didn’t like my interview” (no other feedback for WEEKS). Never heard from her again. Yet, 2 INEXPERIENCED people were placed in those positions. A store Lead was fired because we had a social gathering at her house. Seems like retaliation for complaining on the Manager. This company is being run by a woman who loves to cut the head off of the snake (HR) and not inform them of serious issues with her hires. Absolutely not a place that I recommend anyone work for until there is a huge change in leadership. “A fish rots from the head down.” Good luck to my friends who still have to endure that place. PSA: ALL NEW HIRES… he told y’all that he FIRED us. WE ACTUALLY QUIT. To the patients that we’ve built such amazing relationships with, I know the deals are great and all, but your pals behind the register are being treated poorly and are absolutely not cared for. I was frustrated after having left my house (which is an hour away) early so that I could make the stop and then get to work on time. I had to run over to the convenient store to get cash and luckily made it back in time, and was able to make it to work with 5 minutes to spare. The girl who helped me the first time clearly took my frustration as a personal attack, because she didn't come out to help me the second time. I've never had a problem coming to this location before. I think we're all entitled to a little frustration over this COVID bs, and I've never had a problem with any other employees here, nor did I imply that anything that was going wrong was her fault.
